Our hotel stay was perfectly fine. Quick check-in, room was clean, AC worked great, and it was close to where we were going. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were ni e and pleasant. They didn't clean our room, but to be honest, we only stayed 2 nights, and we really didn't need them, too. There were plenty of towels in the rooms, so it was okay. Check out was quick and easy. Lobby and Property were very nice and pretty. The lobby smelled really good, which was impressive. I would recommend and stay he again.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Avanti, my first time at this hotel. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and I found the staff could have been more welcoming. However, the room was excellent for the price, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, though the bathroom facilities were fairly basic. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds available, though towels were occasionally in short supply. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and nearby parks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Location is nice! Clean property. I felt safe. The kiosks to check in were down so had to wait in line for over an hour to check in. My room had issues with a/c but maintenance fixed the issue right away. My freezer part of my fridge did NOT work. Pool is BIG but water was hotter than the air temp. and to many people in the pool felt like a mosh pit at times. Rating this resort a 3.5 out of 5 Stars.

It's in a great location and the workers were nice and welcoming, but the room was disgusting. There were stains on the walls and the floors, and it looked like they just made the beds and changed they trash, without actually cleaning. The bathroom was also gross and the tub was peeling. It was so bad, we didn't even want to step on the floors barefoot.

I can without a doubt say, the location is stupendous. Staff is understanding, checking-in is limited to only 4pm and later, quite frankly we all will wait in a lovely line as we inch closer and closer to holding a key card. Although it's easy to loose yourself, please remember to HOLD YOUR 👅 wait your turn. Clearly you and I are NOT business class therefore that so lovely thing to the left as Guest Self Check IN has no relevance to you or I. Just leave it alone it has no meaning, probably just for show.
