10 of us stayed at Universal Endless Summer Resort Surfside. We had 3 of the 2 bedroom suites which were spacious and kept clean daily. Kids loved the pool area which wasn't too deep. Beach Break Cafe very reasonably priced and food was nice. Free transport to the Universal Parks was excellent, never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Position of this hotel to International Drive is excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

This hotel was incredible! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cafe in the hotel serves very good food at very reasonable prices. The pool, although a little too shallow for my liking, was perfect! It was never too crowded because it's a huge pool. We had 5 people in a two room suite and it was so nice. It didn't feel cramped at all. Very clean and modern feeling with convenient accommodations for what we needed. And the best part was the price. We paid around $600 for 3 nights which isn't bad at all. They have shuttles that take you to the parks that run every 10-15 minutes from 7AM - 1AM. The shuttles do get a little crowded when the parks close but throughout the day there is always seating available. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever we go back to the Universal parks.

I would give it a 4.5 if allowed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The check in process was quick, possibly because I arrived 90 minutes before scheduled check in time. My room was ready when I checked in so I was able to go right to my room. The room was very neat and clean. I was in a standard 2 queen bed room. There are family suites available that sleep 6 and have a kitchenette and dining area, great for families with more than 2 children. Amenities are definitely more than expected for a value resort. Starbucks in the lobby, quick service food location and access to the Coke Freestyle machines all day, I know I was able to get water after 11pm. My trip was business with some vacation mixed in.
Mombie- rella (Mombierella)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Surfside! Our family suite was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space and amenities. We especially appreciated having three beds, a private bedroom, and two sinks - it made getting ready in the mornings so much easier. The kitchenette and full picnic-style table were fantastic for meals, giving us the flexibility to dine in when we wanted. While our room didn't have a direct theme park view, we were thrilled to catch glimpses of the distant Universal and Islands of Adventure theme parks and, even better, enjoy the fireworks lighting up the sky at night! We can't wait to come back.

Pros: This place wasn’t bad and fits great if you’re in a budget. They do a great job of maintaining a professional face when interacting with customers. Cons: Bar and food closes at 11 which is early and don’t expect to get anything complimentary as they charge for everything in the dinning cafe area. Be careful if you ask to extend for a late checkout. I asked to checkout late and they gave me a 1 hour late check out; which I spent 3/4 of it locked out of my room waiting with my family trying to get in because they didn’t leave the keys activated or document the late check out.
