Let me share my thoughts. This hotel is definitely my favorite, as it stands out among all the universal hotels by offering a king bed at an excellent price. The rooms are very high-tech, spotless, well-appointed, quiet, and feature beautiful decor. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. While the food they serve isn't extraordinary, it becomes special when it's made fresh just for you, every single time. What I love most about this hotel is the adorable robot that delivers items you might need, like extra toilet paper, shampoo, or towels, right to your room. It's simply the cutest thing!

Our family had a four night stay at Aventura and we were very impressed. The workout room was well equipped with plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and machines. The rooms were clean and had a fantastic view of the parks. One of the best aspects of Aventura were the staff, especially Ines and Scarlet. After a morning workout, I always stopped by the breakfast area, where Ines was always super friendly and welcoming. Having friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff really takes a vacation to the next level!

Fantastic hotel! Rooms with Floor to Ceiling windows and great views. Modern, comfortable and just the right size. The location is perfect with access to the water taxis next door if preferred. Starbucks in lobby a bonus. Rooftop Bar 17 has panoramic views along with tasty food and drink. Bar Sol poolside offers great frozen drinks and draught beers. What makes this hotel even better is it's staff. Super professional, Friendly and Engaging.

Beautiful ultra modern hotel. More aligned with adults than family vacations. Rooms are so nice, with, if you get the right room, amazing views of universal theme parks or water park. Request your required view when booking! We had twin doubles and the beds were massive and super comfortable. They only come with a fridge and coffee machine though so if you are looking for any serious self catering this isnt for you. Staff are really friendly, helped us with issues immediately even though it wasn't hotel related. All round, superb!

My first night there I was determined I was going to hate my experience. I had locked myself out of the bathroom, I called down to ask some one to come up and let me in. I'm sorry to say after two hours of waiting needing to use said restroom, I went down to the lobby. Star bucks wouldn't let me pay in cash... had to get change from overnight desk clerk to break into my bathroom. As I said was determined to hate it. The restaurant in the lobby was amazing. Such nice people. The lobby bar three days I went to that bar and only met one bartender that was just "doing his job" all the others went above and beyond. The pool bar guy was also nice. Never made it to the roof but my daughter and now fiance both had wonderful things to say. I also left my phone on the day we left. It was in lost and found before we even made it back to the hotel. Never seen a staff that cleaned as much as these people either. Always polite good, days, mornings,afternoons and evenings from them all.
