Check-in was easy, the staff at the front was really great. Rooms were nice and clean, although not a fan of the comforter. The location was great if you are going to the parks and walking down to Sapphire to take the ferry was amazing as well.
I think the pool could’ve used a lot more chairs, hot tub was not in working order and so were the other things that came with the hotel (pool table/games) the food in the cafe was super expensive and not really good at all. Honestly I give it 4 stars for the convenience and how clean it was.

Aventura is a great hotel especially if you're a young adult or older adult without kids. The hotel does have kid friendly areas but it's primarily more for those vacationing without children especially with the lobby bar, pool bar and rooftop bar. The decor is a nice mixture of modern and abstract without it being to much or ostentatious. Within 15 minute walk to City Walk via Garden Path, 3-5 minute walk to Water Taxis, and 5-10 minutes walk to Volcano Bay; it truly in my opinion has the best prime location accessibility wise. It also has great high rise views of Volcano Bay and Islands of Adventure. We were able to see the fireworks from the comfort of our room multiple nights.

What an incredible experience. All of the staff were super knowledgeable, the room was awesome with a couple of quality of life improvements such as two bed side tables and a hook for the hand towel in the bathroom area would elevate it that much more. Overall the experience was fantastic, the shuttles ran on time and frequently and access to amenities was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel due to its location to the water park and two main universal parks. It did not disappoint. Smart hotel, very clean and has everything you would need a whether travelling alone or as a family. Good range of food in the restaurants, but just be aware it’s expensive. 6 elevators taking you to your floor so no waiting around. The hotel is designed really well and everything is easy to access. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. Poolside bar, kids play area and fire pit all a nice additional touch. Room was spotlessly clean and seemed like new. Roof top bar views are fantastic and good range of food and drink from this bar too. Parking garage was good for access to the lobby, always plenty of space. Only disappointment was daily parking charges which I felt were a bit excessive. Friendly staff and they look after their customers. Access to all three parks is only minutes away via some very scenic walks or even a boat ride. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a great place to stay.

Chose this hotel over a few when booking the trip through Costco Travel, based on reviews and I’m happy I did.
Staff were always helpful and friendly. The pick-up desk where you can send purchases never gave issues. Check in and out was simple, even considering we arrived hours before our check in time. A few hours wait but they managed to get us in a couple hours earlier than supposed to, which after an early start leaving from Canada, were very grateful for.
Had a complete Starbucks store, which according to staff, they’re the only hotel to have one. It became our main breakfast place before hitting the parks so honestly, I’d rebook there just for that. Also had quite a few other food options, though only tried the pizza one night (tasty but oily) and the wings (huge but tasty). I enjoyed how open the entire main floor was.
Pool was nice to have at the end of a hot day in the parks.
Elevator system needs some work. For the number of guests, a few more perhaps? Sometimes it could be quite a long wait.
Pictures of the room made it look larger than it is. One side of the bed is against the window, so only one nightstand, plus at the end of the bed, there isn’t a ton of space. Served our purposes though and was overall comfortable.
Overall, we felt we picked well for our trip.
