We just recently had a stay at this hotel while in Florida and found it quite pleasant. The room was had a well working air conditioner, microwave, and the mini fridge kept our items cold. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels. The pool area was awesome and it was nice that they provided towels to dry off. We were able to bring our fur baby with us and thankfully they did not charge a lot for her staying with us. We tried the breakfast all you can eat buffet and the selection was great and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend and I plan on staying here again next time we come to Orlando. Thank you for a positive experience and comfortable stay.

The overall service of the hotel was fine. it is your standard cheap hotel near a theme park. The entire experience was truly elevated by our bartender, Jeremy. He was fantastic! Super easy to talk to, the food was great. My boyfriend and I genuinely looked forward to going to the hotel lounge because of his wonderful customer service !!

The Rosen Inn Suites is a great value hotel. Upon arrival, I was slightly disappointed with the room. It's a very basic room with two double beds, a small bathroom, and some kitchen facilities inside, giving the vibe of an upper-class motel. However, after staying there, I realized there's no need for a fancy room if you're budgeting and seeking an experience-rich holiday. This is a great, if not the best, hotel for that purpose.
It's conveniently close to all the parks, with a 15-minute drive to Universal and SeaWorld, and maybe 30 minutes max to Disney parks.
The hotel features two pools that, while not thrilling, are perfect for cooling down. There are plenty of towels on demand and ample seating. One pool has a depth of up to 9 feet, and the other around 6 feet. There's also a 1.5-foot paddling pool.
The hotel grounds are lush with greenery and trees, creating a hidden oasis feel. Despite being near a main road and highway, it's surprisingly quiet.
A major perk is its proximity to the world's largest McDonald's, just a 2-minute walk outside the complex.
There's plenty of parking and a standard gym with a few weight machines, two cross trainers, and treadmills.
The on-site shop, while pricey, has everything you need, including hot and cold food. The hotel also has a buffet area, which we used a couple of times for about $17 per person. While it's not highly recommended due to its limited variety, it’s decent for a quick meal.
The room itself was cleaned daily, with towels topped up. Each room has slightly noisy air conditioning. While the room wasn't immaculately clean, it was sufficient and didn't ruin our experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Rosen Inn Suites if you're staying on a budget. There's even a petrol station right outside the gates, and one turn puts you on the highway.

Stayed in May as a family of 4, great location for Disney and Universal parks and good value room. Room and bathroom a little dated but was clean and housekeeping did a good job every day. Fridge and microwave in the room was very useful. Only used the restaurant once as wanted to try lots of places on International Drive but had a nice meal. Enjoyed the pool and plenty of towels and sunbeds available. We found the Universal shuttle was chaotic, but this isn't arranged by the hotel.

ROACHES. Absolutely horrible. Besides the fact the bathroom wasn’t clean when I got here. The mini fridge doesn’t fully stay cool and the sink and tub drain weird. There are ROACHES. I am on night one of 3 and will be having to most likely sleep in my car the next 2 nights I have left. I am deeply afraid of bugs and have seen 3 so far. Including 1 of them dropping from the ceiling into my bed. This is retchid and I can’t afford a different hotel after paying for this one.THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CLEAN HERE AND THEY HAVE AN INFESTATION. I included a picture of a baby roach in the toilet for proof. I don’t want to hear this is an isolated incident when there’s multiple reviews with the same problems and the family 2 doors down told us there are bugs in their room as well.
Update: In response to the hotels response. A worker told me management can’t do anything for me and even after I told them at 2 am the first night I stopped staying in the room they would not offer me a full refund for my stay. I came in at 12pm tried to get settled in and by 2 am found bugs and left the room. This place does not care for its guests.
