As others are stating the rooms are definitely dated, but everything else was amazing. Clean rooms. Fresh towels everyday and bed was made by the time we got back each evening (so great after a long day). The location is the best part. Short walking distance from a lot of restaurants and short driving distance to all the parks/other activities. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a warm friendly smile. Loved the free parking and that it's a gated parking lot. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Orlando!

Stayed for 2 weeks in May, the hotel does exactly what it promises. Good 3 star hotel, very clean and good location. Good bar area with happy hour and lovely Ali who was an absolute joy, amazing service from her, really missed her on her days off. Would definitely stay again... only criticism was the beds were on the small side.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. I stayed here for 15 days and had to fight just to get the bare minimum: proper cleaning. Within the first few days, cockroaches started appearing. I killed several, but shockingly, even after the room was supposedly cleaned, they kept coming back. I had to argue just to get basic hygiene taken seriously. But it didn’t stop there. More cockroaches kept showing up, even on the bed while we were sleeping. On top of that, I woke up with multiple bites — turns out they were from bed bugs. If you expect even basic cleanliness, this is not the place. And it gets worse: the air conditioner smelled terrible and had a filthy filter, and the carpet reeked of dust. If they couldn’t even get rid of cockroaches, imagine the last time anything was really cleaned. The only good thing is the location — but for everything else, especially the essentials, it’s awful.

Horrible hotel. Booked through hotels.com, extended 1 day when I checked in, I paid in full for the extra day. Got back to a locked room, guest services said I had to check out and check back in. No one told me this. I also had to pay an additional deposit of $50. Then we ate at there restaurant, which was worse than I remember my elementary lunchroom food. When I complained, I was met with resistance and told my $50 deposit would not be refunded because the room smelled like smoke. We are smokers, but never smoked in the room. I would recommend Choice hotels, comfort inn anytime! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Rooms are very only fashioned but have everything needed. Easy check in, friendly desk staff. Rooms are spacious with 2 double beds and a bathroom. Breakfast was bad! Not worth it food is cold and dry. However a good experience the location is perfect to walk along international drive. We booked on the free shuttle bus to Universal which you book at the desk the day before or morning of. Would recommend for a budget but clean hotel.
