This was my second time staying at this hotel, I will definitely be coming back! I drove down to Florida for the holidays and stayed with my family in a beautiful room overlooking Universal. I enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning before heading out to the park, and it was so close that we could just walk over! With the free breakfasts and parking, clean rooms, proximity to the parks and nearby restaurants, you definitely get your moneys worth here.

The hotel and staff itself are amazing this would have easily had been a five star review! The pool closes at dusk you can't go out and sit by the water it makes absolutely no sense! Guest enjoy going outside and relaxing of the evening you see it's in a nice location that's the reason I booked this hotel. I didn't know I wouldn't be able to use the facilities! That's the reason that I would never stay here again!

I am definitely coming back here. Everyone who works here is so friendly and always asking if there’s anything we could help or something. One of the friendliest staff I would say. The front desk guy Wayne he is very professional, friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and organized. It’s very modern. When I asked for any help they helped immediately.

Rooms, location and morning breakfast area were good. We faced issues in finding parking spot after 10pm, everyday. Shampoo etc were very tiny tubes. Coffee machine was not working.TV was useless. View from room was excellent. Breakfast was continental. It was alright

Location (if you are there for disney/universal) is excellent. Rooms (at least in the newly renovated part of the hotel) are really good. Clean, confortable, spacious and well equipped. Pros: Free and very large parking lot. If you get a lake side room, the view is really nice. Cons: Breakfast could be improved. Too many people and not enough food if you go after 8am. Food offer at breakfast could also be wider. The pool area is ok but after 11am it stops getting any sunlight. Some of the hotel staff members can be rude or unwilling. The overall experience was really good but consider we were mostly out of the room all day and did not use hotel hospitalities at all.
