Not sure why some reviews are so low as this hotel served us well for our holiday and was great for the price.
It's in prime location for the parks, offers free WiFi and has lovely staff.
The reception/foh staff were all lovely, along with the housekeeping ladies and the lady working at the bar in the lobby.
The only downside is the lack of choice with the breakfast foods, but overall we were happy with our stay.
Clean room, cleaned every 3 days. Nice small fridge in the room which we used for our drinks, and decent Air con.

Great location, Nice hotel on a pretty pond. The only problem was with the check in staff. Deborah was quite rude with multiple interactions between my party and other parties as I noticed. Otherwise we valued our safe stay.

I have been here for 4 days,everything is nice and clean. The only issue I can say is the breakfast is definitely not worth the extra $20 a day per person. No bacon, or anything kind of sausage. The boiled eggs seem plastic and out of the pickled bag and reheated in hot water. Juice was pure sugar. The "fried eggs" seem to be already made as well. Other then that the place is nice.

Second time here, the staff were great, big shout out to Carina in the Club roof top bar, she was amazing and friendly and looked after us all week. Also front of house staff were helpful. Hotel is great location for Universal. Hotel is a little tired and room could do with a lick of paint... but a great time was had

Rooms are clean and it is a great location to universal studios. However, the key cards for the room is a joke, the key card is used for the elevator, the room, and getting in thw lobby. They worked about 45%of the time.
had to have them reprogrammed daily. The pool never had towels amd the pool temp is just as hot as the air. House keeping is done every 3 days but what they really mean is it's hit or miss, they will get to your room if they choose to....however if you run out of stuff like toilet paper, the front desk is very accommodating. Maintenance in the hotel is not spectacular. Large gaps in the doors even when latched. Allowing heat, pot smoke and cigarette smoke to sneak into the room. On-site laundry service available but washer on one floor is out of service and dryer on other floor is out of service. 1 elevator for the entire south tower. Stairs not marked well and key card wouldn't work most of the time to get to the stairwell. All in all the hotel wasn't bad if you were needing it for a quick stay. Definitely not a place I would want to stay long term. 6 days was bad enough.
