My husband and I stayed at Coco Key for a week, and our experience was really good. The rooms were pretty much renovated and clean, which we loved. Their amenities were clean and organized. They had movie night and free popcorn on Wednesday, we enjoyed while hanging in the pool. And last but not least, their staff members were amazing, big shoutout to Nordine, who checked us in, and was really helpful, friendly and cool, and Alex and Carolina, who checked us out, and made our process so smooth and gave us a warm good bye… you guys rock! Thank you, we will definitely recommend it and come back:) PD: Keep up the good work with the renovations and taking good care of them, looks great!

We had a great time. The kids loved the water park, and the different pools. Staff at the front desk were great. (Julissa was super helpful with anything we needed and very kind. Grateful she was there to help!) Location was good, walking distance different restaurants and attractions. Easy to get users or cabs to wherever else needed.

Location is great. You are around many attractions which makes getting to them very easy and accessible. A lot to do in the resort itself which makes chill days fun too. Rooms were great. Very spacious and everything is easy to find. Breakfast was very good, our server Sandra was very nice and helpful. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone interested or going to Coco Key.

Stayed here with my wife and kids this week and found the reviews to be helpful while shopping around so I figured I would leave my own now that we're home. We stayed in building 6, room 206. The rooms are decently sized but there was an unbelievably high level of moisture in our room. My kids colouring sheets remained damp the entire week, as well as some of our clothes. "Daily housekeeping service" was nonexistent. Our garbages remained full the entire week. While we requested to not be disturbed on the 2nd day of our stay, nothing was done day 3 and when my wife spoke to the front desk tho clarify the daily light housekeeping vs full service, we still had to go down to request towels (twice) after the call. Although there was a language barrier between us and the housekeeping staff (Spanish) they were all still very sweet and helpful, but regardless, we still didn't get the full service as requested that day. We intentionally planned a day outside of the resort but came back to a still uncleaned room. It seems like they've done a good job on the partial renovations to the rooms outside of building 6 and the lobby, but could certainly benefit from a full renovation. The location is perfect and they offer great amenities for the kids (seriously, kids will love it) so why not spend a little more time and money making it something guests want to continue to come back to. Overall- just OK. 3/5 stars

Our stay was fantastic! We were put into one of their newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. We opted in for the breakfast vouchers in our stay, which you couldnt beat the price. Breakfast was an actual buffet you got to choose from, it was close by our room, and all the amenities were awesome! We loved the pool, hot tub and especially the water park! Kids loved the cotton candy machine as well! Everyone was extremely nice. Our kids had a blast and we will be returning next year for sure. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
