Location is great! We went for my son’s birthday. I ordered the in room birthday package for $25… there was 6 latex balloons that clearly weren’t new and had been used for another room or event ….so I don’t recommend this package. Check in took a while due to the outage however the front desk staff was nice and worked hard as they could. The rooms were okay. Our room didn’t have a microwave, only microwave we had for use was in the gift shop which closed so we couldn’t heat up food late night. We stayed 3 nights. Our room was only cleaned once. Valentina I think was her name done a great job. The other days no one cleaned we asked for more towels and rags to accommodate us, a new bag of towels was dropped off in our room the used rags and towels were left no trash was taken out until I asked her to when she came by. The bathroom was only cleaned after our first night. I tried to call front desk but never got an Answer, however there is a number provided to text and make requests.The convenience of the water parks and pool being right there was great. The bars and the restaurants are a convenience as well. Other than housekeeping issues our stay was fairly food.

Not attractive externally, didn’t even recognize the hotel! The lobby was pretty, the rooms were in better condition than I thought! The hotel pool was disgusting 🤢 if it was cleaned earlier that day I’d be surprised. The waterpark was nice and clean, I smelled chlorine!!! I do wish it had more room for more attractions, like a wave pool. The food was a tad on the expensive side for basic food that I could tell was not freshly made (frozen/processed products). The arcade was cool, a nice selection of games to play. I would visit again, as a cost effective alternative to being in the pricey Orlando area!!!!!

My family and I loved our stay. The rooms do need some updating and the bathrooms need proper ventilation, but that would dramatically increase the costs to accomplish. The staff is very welcoming, and eager to answer any questions. The water park is non stop fun, and the buffet breakfast had more options that I expected. We spent most of our time swimming, or at the Waterpark. Parking was plentiful, and it's pretty much in the middle of the tourist area. Within walking distance of almost everything. We will be staying here again.

Neicee Still Winning

I stayed at this resort over this past weekend. Check in was a breeze, the gentleman at the front even gave my son a card for 2 free games at the arcade. Everyone was welcoming! They provide you with a text number at check in for any questions or concerns during your stay. Responses were quick and helpful. Our first night it stormed. I was able to text and ask about pool updates. luckily the kids were able to enjoy a foam party at the pool once the pool reopened after the storm. Resort and pool area was clean and you always saw housekeeping or maintenance keeping all areas clean and tidy. My son absolutely loved the pool area and we were lucky enough to have a pool outside our room that we could enjoy until the actual water park opened in the morning. Towels were always readily available, I traveled with family with small children, did wish there were more life jackets available. My only complaint was the shower in my room leaked my entire stay and at night when the room was quiet the faucet was loud. The rooms also could use some updates that include better lighting on the bedroom area. All in all I would return to this resort and recommend to families looking for an affordable family friendly vacation close to Disney and universal studios.

Great food, great area, great water park and pool with an amazing hot tub. Service was awesome with great hotel staff. Rooms could use an update, tub water was running a little and the air conditioner kept jumping from 60 to 69, wasn’t really getting cold in the room but it was doable overall all the room are clean and comfortable to stay in because you’ll be out exploring the area of all the fun around or either out in the hotel water. Visited August 30th to September 3rd 2024
