Pretty good experience. Good pool/water facility. My kids had a blast at the water slide and pool. When we went, it wasn't busy. The food served is decent. The room we were in is clean, however, the electrical outlets were kind of wonky. It is conveniently located near universal studios, with a connecting shuttle service. Quite convenient and good value for money

First arriving was quick booking in, first few days room service was great. One time we had no room service until 8pm, a few times after a day out, came back and rooms were not done, complained to reception who assured us that our room would get done earlier, this didn’t happen! Stopped leaving tip! Coming in for a full day out and wanting to get showered to go out for dinner and there was no clean towels. Nowhere to hang clothes up, could do with hanging space. Good location on international drive, has everything on doorstep! Waterpark was great for having a quiet day, our son has autism and this came in handy!

Overall the family had an amazing time. Love the location. The water park is great for young children. Lots of places nearby to eat. The rooms are ok. The ones we stayed in had green carpet and one of the rooms had a smell to it- like something was spilled on the carpet and was fermenting. The rooms definitely don’t look anything like the pictures and I definitely feel they would be overpriced if not for the location. Also, there was someone in our building smoking weed so the entire hallway reeked. If not into that or do not want your family around it definitely would suggest another hotel. Don’t know if I would stay again but overall- we had a nice experience.

Neicee Still Winning

I stayed at this resort over this past weekend. Check in was a breeze, the gentleman at the front even gave my son a card for 2 free games at the arcade. Everyone was welcoming! They provide you with a text number at check in for any questions or concerns during your stay. Responses were quick and helpful. Our first night it stormed. I was able to text and ask about pool updates. luckily the kids were able to enjoy a foam party at the pool once the pool reopened after the storm. Resort and pool area was clean and you always saw housekeeping or maintenance keeping all areas clean and tidy. My son absolutely loved the pool area and we were lucky enough to have a pool outside our room that we could enjoy until the actual water park opened in the morning. Towels were always readily available, I traveled with family with small children, did wish there were more life jackets available. My only complaint was the shower in my room leaked my entire stay and at night when the room was quiet the faucet was loud. The rooms also could use some updates that include better lighting on the bedroom area. All in all I would return to this resort and recommend to families looking for an affordable family friendly vacation close to Disney and universal studios.

My kids and I stayed here this past week and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was very attentive with great personalities. The lifeguards were on point and watching the kids at every second. The grounds were clean and very well maintained and they pressure wash daily before the rides even open. Food was very affordable with great portion size and flavor. Arcade had a lot of really fun games for the kids to play. I cannot thank them enough for giving my kids an amazing stay after we lost our home to a tornado! Will be back very soon to enjoy another stay! We can’t wait
