It's interesting. Cocokey Hotel Orlando, truly amazing, we LOVED our stay here. The rooms are renovated and brand new, with great details. It's a very family - friendly hotel with a water park and front pool and stores like Starbucks. I loved it. The breakfast has a good variety and is acceptable priced. There are many places to visit in the area and it's in a great location. Amazing room service, fresh and pleasant cleaning. We really appreciate the service from the housekeeper.

We had a fantastic stay here, the location is in a perfect spot the hotel was spotless and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The kids loved the water park and the pool was lovely and warm, perfect in the evening. The room was ideal for us, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. If you want to watch football I recommend Murphy’s bar that’s about a 5-10 minutes walk away. The shuttle bus to universal studios was great to use. I cannot fault our stay here we absolutely loved it and will be booking again next year!

Great overall hotel. We were lucky to have a remodelled room which was very clean and nicely finished. Room came with a handy fridge and microwave but no tools to eat anything with (plates etc), so worth considering if you wish to make full use of those. Only downside was the interconnecting door to adjacent room had no sound proofing and every sound could easily be heard.....not helped by the large gap at the bottom and tiled floor. On several occasions we were woken early and late by noisy neighbours. Please consider this if booking, and also try to keep your own noise down. Also unsure how long some areas will remain in good condition. Some parts outsode such as the black floor of the paths was already showing some signs of wear, and the paint on the bathroom doors could be easily scraped off with your nail after a hot shower. Staff were amazing and any issues quickly resolved, kettle arrived within about 10 minuites after asking for one, hence the 5 star review. Im sure once this is fully refurbished, it can only be better. Also worth noting is the discount you can get on site as a guest of the hotel.

Had a lovely 2 week stay here. The rooms are in the process of modernisation. We had one modern room and one of the older rooms. They were very clean and housekeeping kept them tidy for the duration of our stay. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

( see update below) We just arrived. People are kind but what in the actual hell are these fake hidden fees? 45 USD a night just to be here and then 15.81$ per night just to mark a car? Do NOT and I repeat be careful DO NOT FALL for this. Be prepared to pay 400$ plus a night. Contacting Expedia to ensure there is something done about this! UPDATE: Expedia should have told us this. Julisa was amazing and helped us on checkout. Buffet was amazing each day , Sandra made this experience less stressful and the renovated rooms were very clean and decent. Hygienic. Other than the extra resort and parking fees, this would be perfect
