Brilliant!!! It's all so good. Our room had a lovey new carpet, fresh painted wall, cleaned every day. We had a manger knock on our door to check that we had everything. The water park is awesome. There are water slides, a foam party, and a kids disco. There are 3 pools. Arcade, bars, Starbucks onsite. There are restaurants to eat which are OK. The grounds are tidy, refurbished, and clean. The staff were brilliant, and they were always happy to help. We are still here. I've been here a week so far and love it. Location is perfect and free shuttle to universal. We will return and have recommended to friends back home already.

Nice place to take your kids, thought the rooms would be a little more resort like feel but it doesn't even compare to a Holiday Inn. Beds are size full so barely fits 2 adults. But having a water park next to your room is great. Breakfast is a little to expensive for what they serve. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Overall my children and I enjoyed our stay, it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great location!!

We visited for the weekend for my daughters birthday, and honestly, we had very little expectations based off mixed reviews. But when I say this place exceeded all expectations. My family had a great time . We stayed only 2 days but could have done 3. There is so much to do for such a small place. The water park side has life guards at both pools. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Not bad. When you first pull in it looks a little rough but the Rooms look like they have been recently updated. They were very clean. The picture of the outside on Google looks enhanced because it does look like that but the paint isn't as nice in person. Lots of pretty plants on site. There's a cute squirrel who steals rolos from the store and stashes them in a palm tree!!! It's so cute. The store has drinks snacks and souvenirs. Nice big Jacuzzi with waterfall. Big pool. Both were busy but there was always time to relax in the Jacuzzi or play in the pool without a bunch of people in it. I didn't try the breakfast but it's a buffet for twenty dollars and if you pay for an adult kid eats free. The water park area is pretty decent. They have a place for small kids and then a place for bigger kids and really big sides adults can enjoy. The small kid area is covered. The kids had a lot of fun. They also had a place that sold food and drinks and also a bar for adult beverages. The arcade, unfortunately, is a little too expensive. Staff is mostly friendly except the life guards on the sides of the kid pool inside will literally run right into you if you go in their walking space. It's quite strange how they act and if he would have hit my five year old son, which he almost did on purpose mind you, the life guard would have gotten knocked out by my son's father. You might want to talk to them about that. All in all, my kids had fun and that's what matters.

We had a good time. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The rooms do not have microwaves, closet space, no where to hang your belongings other than that it’s fine. Tradewinds (Breakfast Buffet) I give that a 3.5 star rating. Not much on their menu selection. It’s not worth the money. Also, I believe they need to reconsider mixing pork sausage in the same serving tray as turkey sausage. Everybody is not pork eaters. My children enjoyed themselves overall.
