We booked several rooms for our family of 8 during Christmas vacation, and all of the rooms had 2 queen beds. The hotel gave our rooms away and instead left us rooms having only king beds. The front desk, being run by Sara and Ricky, said we could accept the 3 king beds for our party of 8 or leave. It was terrible. We have been loyal Marriott members for years and because of incident and the atrocious service we received from management and the front desk employees, we are rethinking our membership & loyalty.

A few reasons I truly would not recommend this place : -There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms, we had to ask to change the room because it was horrible. -The staff is not helping nor nice at all, for example they charged my credit card ‘by mistake’ 650 USD and no one could tell me when I’ll have it back/ why it happened. I would ask 3 different people, I had 3 different answers. I still haven’t received it back. Everyone was cold and unfriendly for no reason. -The breakfast is horrible, we ended up eating elsewhere every morning although it was included in the price. Overall, absolutely does not match the price requested.

We had a tough day of travel, flights got cancelled.. bags lost. All we wanted was to lay our heads. Rickys checked us in and was a godsend, we appreciate his attention to our tough day, was very professional and helpful. Nebraska was very pleasant as well. 3stars for location, because there weren’t any real good views or scenery compared to our other hotels on our stay, but is in a quiet area with close access to kfc. Cool amenities as well. Will be staying here again next trip.

ALERT 🚨🚨🚨I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. At check-in, I was informed that $75 would be blocked on my debit card “in case anything happened in the room.” After leaving the hotel, days passed and that money was never returned. When I called to ask why my $75 hadn’t been refunded, I was told that they had taken it to cover parking, a charge I was never informed about and that doesn’t even appear when making the reservation. They are completely non-transparent, and this feels like an abuse. Be careful, I do not recommend this hotel, as they charge you money with hidden fees.

This place is unfortunately deceiving the lobby looks clean and decent but the rooms are not. While i was unpacking my suitcase there was a roach running across the couch and hair in the bed! My colleagues and i had to check out after a full day of travel and find new accommodations. I hope the property does something to fix the roach issue. Don’t waste your time.
