If you are sharing rooms and want more privacy, it's not that good. The bathroom shower doors are pretty much see thru. And there is only one mirror thats facing the shower. So even if you are trying to use the sink/mirror, you can totally see the person behind you taking a shower. The size was decent. Plenty of space to move around. Nice fridge. No microwave. Oh and put the toilet seat down before flushing! If not, you'll find out why. Breakfast was served really early for the volleyball players that had the am wave. It was really good! Eggs, bacon, fries, waffles parfait, etc. Coffee is on the much stronger side that I prefer. Gym and bar area were good. It was nice to hang out. They played pool and other board games available.

Nice place. They didn't make my bed properly one night. The actual place is kinda great with a pool table and lots of booths with charging ports where you can work plus a gym etc. I liked it.

We booked a king! But when we arrived there "sold out" .... other then that, it's clean. Even gave them a chance to fix everything but of course they couldn't! Even though we booked a king bed, rooms are first come first serve.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was not very busy on this particular weekend. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and tidy. Nice pool area and grounds. Excellent location right by SeaWorld and also convenient to Universal and Disney. My only gripe was the sound deadening in the room. You can hear all sounds coming from the poop closet, and the shower is exposed. So just make sure you are on very comfortable terms with anyone you might be sharing the room with. Overall had a great stay and plan to return.

We came on a Thursday and could not stay to Monday which was checkout. We ended up checking out early Sunday morning. When we arrived the bathroom smelled of strong urine. The shower was nasty and obviously not cleaned at all. We asked for room service since Thursday night and they never came once until sunday. I asked to speak with a manager about the situation and they never were available to speak with me. We asked for towels we needed a total of 5 and they didn't bring us any until the next day which was only 2. I went downstairs to request them in person they guy tells me he already had the request in. At this point I am beyond pissed I ask him to please bring me the towels he goes back brings me two pool as there are no bath towels available. As I waited for the towels another customer asked me how long I was waiting for the towel and I told him our story. He shared that they has requested soap and he neither has received it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and we will never stay again. After all of the issues we read same reviews online go figure. For charging $714.00 this is absolutely absurd and this is not the way you treat your customers!!!
