Decided to visit this resort for a birthday trip! I would recommend this place over and over. The staff from the time we checked in until the time we left was amazing, the food was fantastic and the swim out room was very nice and clean! Thank you so much Secrets for an awesome experience, I will be back! Also I may add, Oscar does a wonderful job welcoming and telling people all about the events that go on throughout the day! He is super friendly and I’m glad we were able to meet him. All around the best Mexico experience I’ve had !!

I usually never write reviews unless it’s too bad or too good. We just recently stayed in Secrets Maroma April 10-16. The resort is perfect ! It’s the best experience we’ve ever had. Food is amazing, we couldn’t stop eating. Rooms are excellent , service is great . Shows are exceptional. Beach is so beautiful, with white sand and clear blue water, no sea wheat , they do a very good job in cleaning their beach. The only concern we had is that resort doesn’t have buffet for dinner and no reservation for restaurant, it’s first come first serve. And if you come after 7:30 pm there is at least 30 min wait to be seated in every restaurant. We didn’t like that , but it’s not a reason to take off a star from the rating . Also, we got a dinner at the beach for my birthday, we got the most expensive package and we didn’t enjoy it because it was very windy at the beach. Keep that in mind if you consider dinner at the beach. We mentioned it at the check out and management gave us a discount so we were satisfied. Over all, we would absolutely come back again. Great resort !

We got married here two weeks ago and let me tell you.. everything and everyone was absolutely amazing. The people that work at Secrets Maroma are so wonderful! Food was fantastic everywhere we ate on the resort and drinks were great. We were there six nights. Entertainment was so fun every day/night whether it was at the pool, beach, lobby bar, sports bar, theater, or music lounge. The spa was incredible. Beach is gorgeous. The staff does a great job keeping the beach in pristine conditions.
Claudia (our wedding coordinator), Roger (our room concierge), staff members Hugo, Alfredo, Gloria, Issac - thank you for everything! Us and are wedding guests had the best time because of you! We love Secrets Maroma!

I was fortunate to stay this last week and my biggest positive is the staff. They truly are so kind & the highlight of this hotel. Our concierge at 12, the cleaning staff, the bellmen — so kind. I also had the honor to spend a good deal of time with Hugo & Gloria on the event staff who were an absolute highlight of my trip!! Everyone was wonderful!
Hibachi dinner did make us feel poorly for about 24 hours but staff was made aware. Would recommend the resort.

I came to this resort for a work engagement and I must say that this Resort is absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was the check in process, the man who checked us in was not friendly, not helpful in any way. He showed us a map in which I wanted to hold on to and he took it right back. He didn't let us know that there was an app to download. Nonetheless, the rest of the experience was exceptional. The service from the other staff was amazing. From the room service, to the restaurant staff, to the staff on the beach, it was amazing. This experience has truly been one of a kind and I will be planning personal vacations to this resort soon!!
