What an amazing experience. The staff is phenomenal especially Alberto, Samuel, Raguel and Maximilano at the Royal level. Absolutely wonderful. Alberto made us the flaming strawberry dessert tableside, so amazing. The dinner staff was great as well although we didn't eat there as often this trip as the menu is French cuisine, and even though it was good food, the menu was limited. The cleaning staff works so hard as does every single employee we saw throughout the resort and so friendly! Yimena the entertainment coordinator was fantastic as well, I even won at bingo. Woohoo. Such a great experience

Alberto, Samuel, Maximile, and Raguel at the Royal level restaurant were incredible. By day 2 they had already memorized our favorite drinks and food preferences. Our group of four felt so welcome and taken care of by these gentlemen. This was our 4th time here and the service at the Royal restaurant was exceptional every time. If I had to say anything negative it would have to be that the recent change to the dinner menu was not something any of us enjoyed. We loved the nightly themed menus from 2 years prior and the absolute best menu was in 2020 and 2021. Overall ALL the staff at this resort are very friendly and make your enjoyment their priority. Rooms are clean and well kept every day with a great turndown service by the ladies.

It’s is our 4th time at Occidental as members with Barcelo and you all never disappoint us. The resort is amazing and beautiful. We absolutely love it here from the minute we get off the transport van , to check in , restaurants and waiters , pool and beach bartenders ,spa and room cleaning services. The waiters and all staff are absolutely amazing with so much kindness and always so attentive. Occidental please take care of your employees and maybe give them some bonuses or paid bonus day off because they work so hard and they are the ones that keep this resort running amazingly and they make us come back every time because it’s just such a great experience . Spa -Ruby and Noemi were exceptional. Waiters at the main buffet: Marbella, Gerardo, Alfredo, Floriano, Sugeyli, Efrain are our regulars, amazing and fell like family now. Keep up the good work and thank you for having us and let us create amazing memories.

This is our favorite vacation spot as we have been here many times with our little one. Let me start by saying how well the staff is taking care of this place - clean, safe, friendly. Super friendly, amazing people Gerardo, Marbella, Annabella, Alfredo (and many more) have been taking super good care of us, we can’t wait to see them our next trip in 2026. The whole environment is perfect especially if you have kids. We have been suggesting to our friends and family to visit as they would not regret it. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Occidental Xcaret, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of activities, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at La Hacienda. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Francisco, went above and beyond—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend Occidental Xcaret and especially dining at La Hacienda with Francisco. I can’t wait to return!
