I really loved my stay here. We were here for a week with extended family. The pools were lovely, service gracious, and grounds extensive. I loved the buffet and the restaurants were delicious if you could get a reservation. They had nightly entertainment which was great for the kiddos. Location was excellent, so close to everything. The only thing I would like to see are the rooms renovated. It's probably been a decade or so since the rooms had any TLC. Also some rooms had poor AC, which thankfully was not the case for us otherwise I would have died with the heat.

The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere when you first arrive and you really felt relaxed after a long journey.
The staff were absolutely amazing. All of the staff go over and above to help make your holiday special. They work very hard and their customer service is outstanding. It was also nice that the staff are so down to earth and friendly.
There are a few names I’d like to mention. Lovely Norma looked after us on our very first morning and almost every morning after that. We really miss her as she really brightened up our mornings. She had all our drinks etc ready for us everyday and left us little messages on our table. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and we were sad having to say goodbye.
On our first day we also had Nicteha at breakfast, who was lovely and so kind. During our visit she always stopped to talk to us and really looked after us all. She was so amazing with the kids too. We will really miss her too.
There was another staff member who worked alongside Norma who made little swans for our kids from paper napkins. I feel bad I never took his name as he was brilliant. This really made our day and the kids smile. They are keeping the swans as little souvenirs to remember the hotel by. He is so talented and thoughtful.
Other staff we would like to mention are Francisco (the Brazilian restaurant) and Caesar (the Mediterranean restaurant) who made us laugh and had great sense of humour. They made or visit feel special.

The rooms we had were great spacious for our family of 5. The A/C is not the best, the room service did keep the room stocked and cleaned. The food at the buffet could have been better and there is no A/C it is very hot, I only ate there the first day when I arrived, thankfully I was able to use the amenities of the other resorts. There was entertainment every night and karaoke was always a hit. This resort is very big if you are looking for a more private resort this is not for you.

This hotel is amazing!! Booked all inclusive with the hotel and I can say it was well worth the price. The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful! I want to thank Alexis who was working at Mikado and Louisa from the Spa for their lovely service.
I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family. Hope to stay again soon in the future.

Overall it was a good vacation. We were here 6 days; family of four, parents and a 12 year old and 15 year old. We were here in June so it was hot - most days high 80s/low 90s F.
The resort staff is so helpful and kind. We had 2 excellent dinners at Portofino and our waiters, Alejandro and Luis, were incredible. The main buffet was better than expected and had many options so it even worked for our one picky eater. The only complaint is that the restaurants are not much cooler than outside. It would be nice if there were even light air conditioning or more fans in the restaurants to get a break from the heat while eating.
We had trouble figuring out how to kayak or snorkel at the beach and the beach is kind of rocky so we spent most of our time at the pools which were very nice.
But overall, very glad we came.
