⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Great Stay With a Few Hiccups We recently stayed at Dreams Puerto Morelos and overall had a really enjoyable vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely updated, and the resort offers tons of gluten-free food options, which was a huge plus for our group. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room service, however, was a bit slow at times, so patience is definitely needed. The biggest issue isn’t actually the resort itself, but the road leading to it. The access road is rough—nearly a dirt road—with large potholes that make the ride in a little bumpy and surprising for a resort of this level. The resort is on the smaller side, so the buffet and pools are smaller than what you might find at larger properties, but we still had plenty to enjoy and never felt like we were missing out on anything important. We did have a confusing start to our trip, as we had originally booked the Hyatt Ziva and didn’t receive notice that it had changed names the week we arrived. For a moment, we thought we were at the wrong hotel. Once we got it sorted out, though, we settled in and were able to have a wonderful time with our friends. Despite a few bumps—both literal and figurative—it ended up being a great getaway, and we left with lots of good memories.

We had such a wonderful experience at this resort! The entertainment team was incredibly engaging — every night’s show was full of talent and energy, especially the circus and fire show, which were absolute highlights. The dinners and evening service were fabulous. We especially loved Rue, Miyako, and La Parilla — every meal felt like a special occasion. It was also so convenient having purified water stations in every hallway — a thoughtful touch that made things easy and comfortable. Our bed was even comfier than our bed at home, and every single staff member we met was so warm and welcoming. From start to finish, everything about our stay felt relaxing and genuine. We can’t wait to visit again — highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here! Food was generally very good at the restaurants, and we met some very nice employees. Shoutout to Vanessa and Giovanni! Rooms were clean and spacious. Resort was a bit on the smaller side but that didn’t affect the experience much. Really enjoyed the entertainment team and the nutritionist activities they had there, that was very unique and showed me how to enjoy vacation guilt free. All in all a enjoyable and relaxing week!

Giving a 4 star for location only because there is no beach. Other than that, we just spent a week at Dreams Puerto Morelos and we had the absolute best time. The service was excellent, especially from Antonio, and we received the most attentive service from the best butler, Cindy. The food was delicious at every restaurant and buffet and the amenities were fabulous. We would go back anytime. This hotel truest cares about their guests.

NEVER GOING TO MEXICO AGAIN! Not a 5 star! Food: MOLD on the pastries. I am not a foody but some of the food was flavorless but I was able to always find something. I noticed staff was always ready to please customers when needed. I ordered what I can eat and try not to waste the food as I'm sure there are lots who have less than I. It's not a gourmet meal so I don't expect it to be I applaud the staff on their service and kindness! Shout out to my top 6 staff members: Brisa, Hector, Angel, Eduardo, Jose, Feliberto....you guys know what it takes to make for a great day/ night. Thank you. Xo Entertainment ' Enjoyed the DJ on the later show. Although not all music played was my taste, I try to blend in and have fun. He was a great DJ and kept the people dancing. Only entertainment we enjoyed, the rest was not as interesting. Kisses to my little dance partner ! Twinkle Twinkle Little Star 🌟 KARAOKE - not long enough and sound was terrible. We had 8 people willing to sing but too short. Filiberto was wonderful but skills were not there. But he was a very pleasant man and polite. Xo Rooms : very large king size bed in a very large room with sofa and a 4 chairs and table. Very clean, no issues there. Bathroom was amazing with a large tub, a large shower and open area. Our room was just off of a pool so we were close. In 1803 handicapped room although we did not need. I was happy with the room. Hot water was there if you understood how the switches worked. Beach - None at all. Overall we came with 8 people and with all the little issues?, life is too short to worry about things that are not up to our standards. We came to enjoy our friends and play games and live life to the fullest. Shout out some wonderful people we met - Alberta, Vancouver/ Longueil/ Rimouski/Sarnia/Astorville/North Bay and our US friends New York/Philedelphia/ Kentucky/Georgia/ Tennessee (our condolences to your family on your loss, our hearts are with you 💝 and our neighbor Jack Black ! We enjoyed everyone of you and your families! Not a 5 star but nice place if you have a positive outlook and go with the flow! WILL NOT RETURN!
