We absolutely love coming to Barceló! Everything is always so cozy, neat, and perfectly clean. We’ve been coming here for 10 years, and each year the service somehow gets even better! One of the highlights of our stay is enjoying the buffet, and we want to give special thanks to Saul Perez, Francisco (with big heart and smile), and Jose Arcos. These gentlemen work incredibly hard and go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable every single day. They are not only professional, but also genuinely friendly and kind. Their dedication and warm personalities truly make our experience unforgettable. Thank you for everything — we can’t wait to come back again!

My family, including my husband, mother-in-law, and two children (aged 8 and 14), stayed here in April. The stay was great, from the welcome drink at check-in to the rooms and dining options. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our son also celebrated his 8th birthday while we were there, and the restaurant staff made an effort to make him feel special, which was a nice touch.

Most services are not included in the all inclusive price. You have to pay for additional things like use of the bowling alley or arcade. Room service is also not included. Most of the specialty restaurants were booked out. We only managed to get a reservation for one night of the 4 nights we stayed there. The buffet food was alright, nothing special. Some of the buffet restaurants would also serve cold food, which was disappointing. Some aspects I did enjoy, though, were the night entertainment, the activities for the kids club during the day, and the free mini golf. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't an impressive one either.

This vacation was awesome. Our most favorite restaurant was Palapa Mariachi by the pool, we always had Gilberto Hernandez as our server and he as fantastic. He was great with all the kids and always made sure we were satisfied. Great service and good food!

I’ve had the pleasure of taking a yoga class with Alexandra Patiño, and it has honestly been one of my favorite activities so far! She was absolutely amazing. She guided us through every pose with such clarity, explaining everything in both English and Spanish, which made it so accessible. She really took the time to correct my form and encouraged me to push beyond my limits. I was surprised at how much I was able to stretch and I feel so great after this class! I’ll definitely be coming back to try another class with Alexandra!
