Food is delicious, so much to choose from. Beach is clean and beutiful but bring beach shoes due to all the shells and coral to protect your feet. Staff is super nice. 0 issues, drinks not watered-down you will get a buzz pretty fast. Pool is clean.. I had a great time.. Definitely good for family or singles trying to get some.. I'll be back

The resorts is amazing! Service is very great but rooms in Colonial and Tropical needs to be renovated. Rooms in Beach and Caribe were renovated in 2022 and are very nice. The buffet and concert hall are amazing in Beach and Caribe. When resorts is busy this buffet is one of the best I have ever been in. They put extra time to decorate all food that is there. Every dish is setup in certain way and looks and tastes amazing. I recommend specifically this part of resort (Beach and Caribe) as everything is newer and decored in special way. However you can access any part of the resort out of 4 I have listed. One time we have stayed with the family in Beach portion, Second in the Colonial and 3rd in the Tropical and I liked all these times! We especially liked our servants Antonia Mex and Sandra Garcia in Colonial that were bringing our drinks on the pool. Very friendly and they know every cocktail that is existing! Antonia makes best bloody Mary I have ever tasted! Overall, this is one of the biggest and best resorts we have stayed in.

This place is amazing, this resort has all the accommodations needed. They have a huge pool, amazing ocean views and a mall all inside. We went several times to Palapa Mariachi to dine in and were greeted by Gilbert Hernandez and Rigoberto Tun. Each time we were served with great detail, they made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our food and experience dining here.

Awful experience. We came for my cousin’s wedding and were treated terribly from the moment we arrived. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We requested rooms with two beds since we’re a big family, but every room had only one. Our room had no AC, the shower was dirty, and the shower head was falling off. For such a special occasion, it was really disappointing. Would never come back—do not recommend!

I will be updating this review as i go through the week. So far, the service and friendliness of the staff is thumbs down. Huge difference from the resort we are coming from (Hilton tulum) They don't even offer any refreshments at check-in. And when they say 3pm check in, they mean that. So far, thumbs down. Day 3. I had to find another resort and checkout earlier. The food u very low quality and the rooms are in need of a huge upgrade. The only positive aspect is that they promised to refund the remaining unused nights.
