Had an excellent experience at Tropical buffet. Our waiter, Diego Mendez, was very friendly and gave us very good service. Diego's partner Edgar Boutista was also very helpful as he kept things ready for us at all times. Thanks guys!

This resort is great. The beaches were beautiful and the views are spectacular. For hosting so many people it is super-clean. The food at the themed restaurants was pretty good and the service at them was phenomenal. The buffets weren't bad, either. They could use a few more bartenders at the pool bars and it would have been the best I've ever been to.

Beach is amazing and clean - the entire resort is very clean. Rooms a bit worn / tired. Suprised not much activity or music in the lobby at night. Not a hang out spot like at other resorts.

Cristal came to me to made a review! I don’t usually make some but I loved this place! The sun is hot!! The water is also hot (pool and beach) so don’t worry about hit being really cold! It’s the perfect temperature! The people are really kind and serving!! The rooms are beautiful and very clean! There are really big waves so if you like it it’s your place! The food is really good! I’m personally a very very picky eater and I still found a lot of food to eat! A lot of desserts too!! The hamacs are really cool! And the excusions are amazing! They brought me a cake the day of my birthday!!

We just had the most amazing dinner. Ignacio at the Tokyo-Tepanyaki Restaurant was a great showman and entertainer. The food was absolutely delicious. We met some nice people made for a great Valentine's dinner. Our entire stay has been great, a little bit windy but has not altered our vacation at all. Buffet is great staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice. Our second time here.. hopefully not our last.
