Tonight we dined at the Santa Fe restaurant at the Barceló hotel. When we first sat down, we were greeted by our waiter Jorge Morales who gave us superb service. Jorge was quick with our service, even while attending multiple tables, and was very attentive when checking in and refilling our drinks. Along with the great service, we had a delicious multi course meal topped with an amazing dessert. My family and I highly recommend this restaurant when staying in the hotel, and if possible, request Jorge Morales as your waiter.

Jorge Morales is one of the best waiters I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. He’s made our experience at Santa Fe extra memorable by always making sure we were well attended with his firm S teir attitude. It made up for the rather long wait times for each dish to be served but the good food overall made up for it

This was our children’s 1st time staying at an all inclusive. We had a great time! We stayed at Maya beach and loved our section of the beach! The pools were huge and fantastic and our kids enjoyed trying different fun drinks. The restaurants with reservations were all very good. We especially enjoyed having Jorge as our waiter at SantaFe. He went out of his way to help us and gave us great service. I wish we could
Have gotten more reservations because we preferred this food to the buffets. Overall a great experience for our family and we had a great vacation!!

Room was nice and house keeping very friendly. However our AC was determined to keep the room freezing cold. The buffet meal were OK. They definitely could use better quality ingredients. But you will learn what is good and what is not. Definitely worth making your reservations at the alla carte restaurants. Food is great definitely worth it. Beach is beautiful, water color is AMAZING! Do your reservations asap… and definitely go on jet ski and get the drone footage - amazing!
