I am writing to share my recent dining experience at the Santa Fe Restaurant, located in the delightful Barceloo Tropical Hotel. I must say that my visit exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed.
The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional service provided by waiter Jorge Morales. His attention to detail and personal touch truly made my dining experience memorable. Jorge went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and his professionalism was truly commendable.
The ambiance of the Santa Fe Restaurant was simply wonderful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The menu offerings were diverse and delicious, and I found the quality of the food to be top-notch.

We recently dined at Santa Fe, and it was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to our exceptional waiter, Jorge Morales. From start to finish, Jorge ensured that our evening was nothing short of perfect. His attentive, friendly, and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcomed.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed the appetizer bar, which offered a delightful variety of fresh and flavorful selections. The beef consommé was rich and comforting, setting the stage for the star of the meal, the rib eye. Cooked to perfection, the steak was tender and full of flavor, just the way I like it. To finish, the tropical fruit with ice cream was a refreshing and delicious end to the meal.
The atmosphere at Santa Fe was also fantastic. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing evening out.
Overall, Jorge Morales and the team at Santa Fe provided an outstanding dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable and the many pools make for a relaxing and uncrowded experience. We love our swim up pool and hot tub as well. Overall extremely happy and relaxed 🤗 Thank you Barceló Maya Riviera for a wonderful Anniversary celebration!

Love this place! So relaxing and just what I needed as a break. The Santa Fe restaurant has delicious appetizers and our server Jorge Morales was extremely kind and courteous. The spinning instructor, Lupita, made me SWEAT but was so encouraging and pushed me to work harder during every single session. The rooms are very well air conditioned considering how hot and humid it is in Cancun. The facilities are beautiful and the wait staff at the buffet are lovely. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Was at the Santa Fe restaurant today for a delicious dinner with my wife and sister in-law. Our server was Jorge Morales. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Cajun crusted sirloin. Was cooked perfectly and seasoning was delicious. The “Santa Fe snacks”, as an appetizer was also delicious and was just the right amount for two. Jorge was so gracious and attentive and as seemed all of our questions and accommodate all of our requests. If you go, and I suggest you do, ask for Jorge.
