I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Riviera Princess, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The resort itself is great, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. They were all very accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The staff at the buffets and restaurants were exceptional, providing top-notch service every time. I want to give a special shoutout to Wendy at the Princess Buffet. She was incredibly welcoming each day and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Grand Riviera Princess for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Bravo to the entire team for their outstanding service and hospitality!

This place is amazing. Huge and beautifully landscaped and maintained to the highest standards. Our room was stunning and gave us great views of all the wildlife. Food buffets are fantastic, high quality with so many options. We didn't even bother booking restaurants. What makes this place extra great is the staff. They are all so kind and always smiling. At the buffet, Moises, Valeria and Erika were always so lovely to deal with. They remembered us after our first day and always made time to come and say hi and provide the best quality of service we have ever encountered at an all inclusive resort. There will always be some bad apple guests that find something to complain about. Do yourself a favour and ignore it and come here for an amazing experience.

We visited for the second time in September 2023 and found the quality of the resort had degraded significantly. Hotel management now allows third party vendors to pester guests on the grounds. We received calls at 8 am for excursions. I had to explicitly demand not to be called in the morning. You will also be approached for photos anytime you are walking around. The filter in the lagoon in front of our villa had failed, resulting in green smelly water. Hotel staff banging on our doors at 11pm to clean up food they had brought only 30 minutes ago (I suspect to secure a tip before shift end). All of the restaurants had degraded In quality, save for the French experience. Seaweed has engulfed the beach, which was clean years ago. We had to walk significant distances into other resorts to secure clean sand.

We stayed at this resort for 7 days and had an incredible time. Everything from the food, drinks, rooms and beach are excellent. And the nightly entertainment is phenomenal featuring amazingly talented performers. The staff is extremely friendly and the resort has lots of daily activities available for those who wish to keep busy and have fun during the day. If you want to do an excursion, there are countless options available right at your fingertips. Do not listen to the negative reviews. Those are clearly posted by people who are simply never happy and find ways to complain about everything. Do yourself a favour and book a trip to this resort. You will not regret it!

Lovely hotel, great experience. Lovely people. The Staff are great we had a nice dinner last night, the service was amazing Rafael in the steak restaurant was amazing, I was very impressed with how he looked after us and done his best to make us enjoy our evening. We would give him 5 stars for doing his job perfectly.
