Rooms were clean. House keeping came daily and towels were refreshed in the evening. The food was good at the buffet and the steakhouse, the Italian restaurant, the sushi restaurant and the sports bar. We didn’t try the others. We did try the Thai and it wasn’t for us. But everything else we ate was great. The shows at night were cute. And, the people in the shows work hard at putting on an entertaining show. The entire staff from check in, to the ones who helped make dinner reservations for each night and the staff at the each restaurant were excellent and so nice and friendly.

If you want to find a bit of paradise, this is the place to go. Unbelievable impressed, from when you enter the resort to when you leave, the staff can not do enough to make you relax. The food was very clean and always had a great variety to choose from. The resort is kept very clean, and the pools are a brilliant way to relax. They offer an array of trips or, like I did, just relax in the warmth of the Caribbean. My photos are from around the resort, and the dishes I sampled.

La Hacienda - Pedro Tapià I would 100% recommend Pedro to any member of the public eating at La Hacienda. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly, recommending the most authentic Mexican dishes on the menu. Not only did he recommend the foods he thought we’d like, he was also very quick to refill our glasses when they were empty. Thank you Pedro for such great service.

We stayed at the Princess Hotel Family Club and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel had plenty of pools for the children to play in and the beach was also very good. Despite complaints of seaweed on other reviews, we found that once you’d cleared the first few metres of sea, there was very little seaweed and we all enjoyed snorkelling and seeing a variety of fish. The Family club was very good as there was always plenty of space for the children to relax and they really enjoyed the food. A special mention to Dora, Carmen and Elizabeth in the family club restaurant who were always very welcoming and great with the children, plus were always willing to help me and my wife work on our Spanish!
A great holiday which was enjoyed by all!

If I could leave this place zero stars I would! There are so many better resorts than this one. First of all, they have a million Coati aggressively all over the place harassing you for food. They are EVERYWHERE! even digging in the trash in the main lobby. It's disgusting. You can't enjoy yourself because they are literally everywhere. We woke up one morning and couldn't enjoy our balcony because there was feces left there overnight. Awful. They do a horrible job at keep the floors dry, I fell walking back to my room. The beach was awful! It smelled like sewage! We didn't even go close to the beach the entire trip. The food wasn't good at all and there was barely any nighttime live entertainment. I've come to Mexico before and always stay at RIU, I wanted to try something different but not this place ever again! The bartenders act like they have an attitude when you approach the bar for a drink like it's not ALL INCLUSIVE. And one of the bars smelled as bad as the sewage beach. They deactivated our key cards at 5am when check out was until hours later, so we had to get ready to leave in the dark!!!! Worse place in Mexico. Boring, stinky, too many rodents and animals scavenging for food, this was the 1st time I've traveled and couldn't WAIT to come home! Not to mention, I'm leaving this place sick! Horrible! Never again.
