We had a great time at the Riviera Princess! There are several pools, lots of dining options, our room was clean (cleaned everyday) and comfortable. The resort is very large with lots of beautiful foliage and animals to see. There is a convenient trolley that goes around if you don’t want to walk but I’d highly recommend walking around some because it’s so beautiful. There are lots of bars and snack areas, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent, the staff were amazing and attentive. I would not buy the Platinum upgrade bracelet it was not worth it. I would also not waste time booking reservations at the restaurants the buffet had better food and seemed more fresh. The grounds were gorgeous the wild animals and nature combined with the setting was great. I went in late May therefore the pools were warm and not as refreshing. The location is great if you don’t want to go to the markets if you want to go to the markets I would suggest a different hotel. The rooms were good overall a bit out dated overall great place to go. I would suggest the chill bar on the ocean it doesn’t come with the all inclusive price but food is great.

These reviews have to Fake or paid out.
The food in this resort is nothing better than awful. Meats felt like rubber, guacamole literally had freezer burn, no variety in the buffets, everything was the same every day of the week 🥴
I got food poisoning 4 days into the trip. The sad part is that it is actually such a great resort with beautiful scenery, pools, and beach. Rooms were pretty good and the night life was great for a resort.
Unfortunately the service was not great from staff. If you ask for a round of drinks they stare u up and down. They make faces and get mad when there are asked to do the job they are paid to do.
Even when tipped if they don’t like the amount you are giving the straight up ask for more.
Loosing the sense that they are there to serve. Would I come back to this hotel? Unfortunately not. Not because of the location and the place as it was very very nice. But because of the service from staff and food .
Giving it a 2 star for the overall opinion. Definitely no where near 5 if you’ve ever been to a 5 star hotel

Lovely hotel with great service. Kept clean and served drinks etc promptly. Estrella was always smiling and welcoming in the buffet and found us a table for our large group quickly. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated although our cupboard door was wonky which made the room feel less polished. We struggled to find beds with shade around the pools and I’m surprised there aren’t more parasols as the heat is intense! Overall a good resort.

We were in Mexico for the first time and chose this hotel. Vacationed in November 2023 as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Very satisfied. The territory of the hotel is clean, it is constantly cleaned, the rooms are a little old and smell musty, but since we only spent the night in the room, it was fine. The service in the hotel at the bars is great, but everyone needs $1, there is nowhere in Mexico without it 🤪 Service in buffet restaurants depends on who you meet, because sometimes you can wait a long time for coffee. But in the bar you can make a delicious cappuccino to take away. Good show program in the evening. Proboscis bears sometimes spoil the rest, because you always have to keep an eye on your things. 3 times they were caught pulling a bag out of a baby carriage and dragging it into the bushes. In general, I liked everything, I would definitely like to come again.
