Just returned from a 12 night stay as a group of 10, 3 adults 7 children aged 7-17 years old. Hotel is well equipped with lots of activities to join in for all ages. Food excellent with lots of choice but as with every all inclusive can become tired over time. However, several restaurants on site and we enjoyed the Italian the most. Sadly we couldn't book into the Brazilian for the entirety of the stay which was a shame, this maybe due to large party but the bookings don't open until 7am daily and even with an early start we couldn't get in. Staff welcoming and in buffet were attentive. However, bar staff need some more smiles and service speed at times. Felt a little like we were putting them out but lady waiting on loungers was wonderful. We enjoyed a bus trip into Playa del Carmen as a change of scene and lots of other trips available.

I recently returned from my second visit to this property, and it genuinely feels like a second home. The resort grounds are beautiful. Paths meander through beautiful mangroves, and there is plentiful wildlife to observe throughout the day and evening. The pools are large, spacious, and relaxing. The beach is well maintained. The food is good for an all-inclusive, and the drinks are delicious. But truthfully, what makes this place really so amazing are the people. Across our two visits here (6 months apart), we've met some great, enthusiastic and hard-working people. Across both visits, Frank - at the pool bar - has been amazing. He whips up delicious drinks fast, with a huge smile, and makes you feel so incredibly welcome. He remembered us at our second visit and continued to create great experiences. The entertainment team, as well, made things fun and engaging. Special shout out to Victor (aka papacito!), Roman, and Jirah who were always around to put smiles on our faces.

We loved our stay at Iberostar Paraiso del Mar! The lush grounds were full of amazing wildlife—flamingos in the lagoons and playful spider monkeys in the trees made every walk special. The beach was gorgeous: soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. Food and drinks were excellent—the restaurants offered great variety and quality, and the cocktails (especially at the beach and pool bars) were outstanding. A big thank you to our wonderful concierge Cristian and Ricky, who took fantastic care of us with his helpful, attentive service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back—such a beautiful, relaxing escape! 🌴🦩🐒🍹🏖️

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Jose the concierge from the club was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face he made our day. He run extra miles everyday. The best concierge we ever had, very well customer service. Strongly recommended the resort to everyone if you’d like to spend great holiday. Definitely coming back.

We played bingo with Diego two nights this week and it was a blast. He keeps things moving and he’s very engaging and very funny. He definitely keeps the crowd involved and engaged. He also has great recommendations on the other shows and other activities to attend. We had a blast!
