You never really know what you’re going to get with a resort that you’ve never been to before but i can honestly say we had an amazing experience! The restaurants are decent, but the buffet was by far our favorite. The food was different every night and for the most party everything was delicious. Idalia has a coffee cart in the buffet where she makes you a boozy coffee - she is amazing! William is on the entertainment team and he is incredible, so fun and remembers everyone’s names. All the staff are so kind and treated us so well! We made friends with so many staff members and loved seeing them everyday. Also such a clean resort - the staff is constantly working hard at keeping things looking nice. I would 100% recommend this resort. Went as a family of 10, great for kids, great for adults - all around a great time!

Novela has been our waiter for breakfast throughout our stay — always so polite, attentive, and kind. We always asked to be seated in his section. He truly made a difference and started our days the right way. We had our last dinner here at The Privilege. Onecimo and Karla were also wonderful with our family. The food was amazing, especially the Chateaubriand steak. A quiet and intimate atmosphere. Highly recommended — 5/5.

BlueMoon Restaurant delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had anywhere — and that’s not an exaggeration. From the moment we were seated, Misael Nayeli was exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked on us at just the right moments, and made sure every single detail of our meal was perfect. His knowledge of the menu, recommendations, and timing were flawless. What really set him apart was his authentic care — not rushed, not forced, just pure excellence in hospitality. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction. He made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. If you’re dining at BlueMoon, ask for Misael. He doesn’t just serve food — he creates an experience. Truly top-tier service and someone who deserves recognition, praise, and every good thing that comes his way.

We stayed here last week with our young kids and honestly will NOT be coming back. I will start with the good. This resort does kids activities and experiences really well. Every day their experiences team had some fun activities going on. Although they should mention that the day club activities are for kids 4+ some parents were quite confused and frustrated around those. The beach was very rocky and once you walk a few steps in there are large rocks making it unsafe for most people. I saw some older people try and get in but ended up falling. This obviously isnt on the resort. Pools/drinks/food were good they had a variety of food for everyone and the restaurants were okay too. Not incredible food but also not bad, we didnt get sick so I was happy about that. The main issue we had which throws everything off is the room. We checked in at 4am to a room that smelled so horrible like paint and chemicals. If you are painting the room then you need to find a way to air out the smell or something. I felt so sick and was super worried about my kids even sleeping in that smell. Then when we woke up we continuously saw bugs EVERY single day in our room and bathroom. Cockroaches and ants as well. The service we received from front desk was HORRIBLE. They made it seem like it was no big deal and we ended up staying in that room for our stay. Had they even tried to help us and get us a new room and apologize , maybe things would have gone better but unfortunately this experience was just traumatic. Also rooms in the pics look nice and new but they are very outdated especially the bathrooms.

Margarita ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at the steakhouse was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Margarita. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Her service was impeccable—friendly without being overbearing, and incredibly thoughtful with our whole family. The atmosphere, food, and overall vibe of the steakhouse were excellent, but Margarita truly elevated the entire evening. She was wonderful with the kids, great with recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It was one of those dining experiences where everyone leaves happy, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. This ended up being a highlight of our stay at the resort, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience—or about Margarita. Highly recommend! 🌟🥩
