I love this place so much! It’s only my second day but the service has been outstanding. I logged in to write this David at the Steakhouse really just blew my mind with the quality of his service and I had to write a review right away. The food in the steakhouse was so well flavored. Starting from our airport pickup - Juan our driver was amazing and funny. The front desk staff and waiters at the buffet (which is surprisingly mostly great for a buffet of its scale- so many options!) and Pez Vela (Raul here was hilarious too). Even the tram operators are wonderful. Just a 10/10 experience thus far especially as I am with my mom who is dealing with grief and having the time of her life.

We just returned from our second stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise, and once again it exceeded our expectations! The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Fernando, who was hands-down the BEST karaoke entertainer on August 23, 2025. He had the bar absolutely energized the crowd was laughing, singing, and having the best time. His enthusiasm and ability to get everyone involved really made the night unforgettable. This resort continues to impress us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you to the entire team for another amazing experience!

- Rooms are good but could do with a partition in the family room - Kristina on the juice counter in the morning buffet - amazing lady always so passionate about her job. - Buffet can do with labelling for vegetarian items and more choice for the vegetarian food - margarita restaurant was great. We ordered vegetarian tacos which were slightly dry and could do with some salsa or guacamole. - Margarita restaurant- waiter Jesus Miguel was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Overall was a great experience with an authentic Mexican feel. 😊

We had an incredible dining experience at Riviera Paradise Hotel in Cancun, where I enjoyed a beautifully crafted 5-course meal that was nothing short of perfection. Each course was thoughtfully prepared with amazing flavors, presentation, and attention to detail. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was executed flawlessly. The ingredients were fresh, and the portions were well-balanced, making each course enjoyable and satisfying. What truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service provided by Juan, Fidel, and Omar. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth added so much to the overall experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Riviera Paradise, this special dinner is a must-try. Amazing food, relaxing atmosphere, and staff who truly care – it was the highlight of my trip to Cancun!

My daughter and I just came back from a week! Loved the resort, so much to do! Restaurants were great. We loved all the activities, we did karaoke almost every night. Fernando was amazing one of the entertainment coordinators. Always had a smile on his face. Jesus on the front desk was so helpful. All the staff were so accommodating at all times. The room was spacious. Some people complained about the seaweed on the beach, but the beach was beautiful. We will back! Would highly recommend.
