Outstanding 5-Course Dinner at Riviera Paradise – Exceptional Service! We had an incredible dining experience at Riviera Paradise Hotel in Cancun, where I enjoyed a beautifully crafted 5-course meal that was nothing short of perfection. Each course was thoughtfully prepared with amazing flavors, presentation, and attention to detail. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was executed flawlessly. The ingredients were fresh, and the portions were well-balanced, making each course enjoyable and satisfying. What truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service provided by Juan, Fidel, and Omar. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth added so much to the overall experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Riviera Paradise, this special dinner is a must-try. Amazing food, relaxing atmosphere, and staff who truly care – it was the highlight of my trip to Cancun!

From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations and made sure our drinks were never empty. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he anticipated our needs without being intrusive and handled everything with a smile and great energy. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. This kind of service turns a good meal into a great experience. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for you by name!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Juan Fidel Omar, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and welcoming staff set the tone for a delightful evening. The food was the star of the show. Each dish was crafted with care and presented beautifully. The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail. Every bite was a new adventure, and it was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used.

We stayed here for a week in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were super nice and updated. We were in El Beso and each room had a shower and jacuzzi tub which was nice! Some rooms had a swinging chair on their balcony and some did not. All of our friends next to us had swinging chair on balcony but we didn’t which was a very minor thing but still would’ve been nice. The food was great, staff was great the only thing they don’t always refill your mini fridge you have to call and ask. We went it 35 degrees Celsius and would have to call down for more water because our fridge wasn’t stalked. Also the staff selling “experiences” need to be trained better. One excursion we were told was a “25 minute drive and open bar” it was over an hour drive and we did not get one free drink. We had to walk to a local gas station to buy beers. The coco bongo is the biggest rip off. Do not go!! The guy Caesar, walks around the pool all day. We had a very unpleasant experience there. They should not allow him to buy people at the pool for this terrible experience. The pool bottom is also super sharp? 4/9 of us cut our toes on the pool bottom so be careful.

Fidel Alexis, y Omar gave us an excellent 5 star dinner serving. Every one of the 5 courses was exceptional as was there presentation. However, the dessert was perhaps to sugary for me but those with love fore sugar will enjoy. All other courses were so fantastic I simply have no notes. Thanks
