An Yen
Still currently at the resort with about 3 more full days here, so I will update my review after our complete stay. We chose to spend a little more to have the Privilege experience but it does not feel much different other than having access to the Privilege Lounge. To be brief, it is definitely not 5 star resort compared to others in the area (part of my job is assess and review resorts anonymously for our partners). We have even stayed at the next door resort (Princess) as non-privilege guest and feel we were treated better there. The service provided by waiters/servers at the restaurants and pool side are excellent but I can't provide much other positive comments for the overall hotel management, check in process, room quality and privilege services.

Having a great holiday. My son got married here on 19th April its was fantastic. Vanessa the coordinator was so good everything went smoothly. The pool is great at the Privilege accommodation and very clean. The best waiter is Angel in the Privilege lounge he is first class he looks after us so well. He makes sure my daughter in law who is vegan is well taken care of. We always have a great start to our day after being served by Angel. Thank you

We had an incredible dinner at the Privilege Lounge. The food was the best we’ve experienced on our vacation so far. We ordered the Rib Eye with Wild Mushrooms and the Chicken Breast Stuffed with Camembert - both items were delicious! Alexis was our server and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The entire team did an amazing job providing excellent service. Thank you again to Alexis, Fidel, Juan, Anna, and Carlos!

Fidel,Alexis and Sergio were amazing at the Chef Table Special dinner on the rooftop of the Privilege Lounge. The service was impeccable and the food was extraordinary!
The Steak House was yet another fantastic dining experience. Feed was great and the service Margarita provided was second to none!!!

All I can say is: WOW. My butler Erick made me reservations in the privilege lounge and from the moment I arrived for my meal, I was treated like royalty. Alexis was my server and he went above and beyond to take care of me. He was very sweet, charming and attentive to my needs. I am alone on my vacation and he made sure that I had everything I needed. He brought me refills on my preferred non-alcoholic beverages throughout my meal and checked on me the perfect amount while also giving me space to enjoy my meal. I will definitely be back. I was in the lounge the other day during the day and he remembered me when I came back tonight. I love this resort and would recommend anyone who comes here to get the privilege package. It is worth it, hands down!
