We are currently enjoying our last couple hours at the pool right now, and I can’t say enough good things about this vacation!!!
The experience team by the pool is so much fun and made every day a blast!
The food was incredible everywhere we went, specifically the Japanese and Italian restaurants were incredible! There is an adorable cat named Poncho that is well taken care of at the Italian restaurant which heightened my experience there!
Room service had great options, although nothing is available after 10pm unless you are a privilege guest. The sports bar was a great option for late night snacks and drinks though! Specific shout out to the staff working on Sunday the 3rd when our group kind of took over for the packers game, he was a great sport and was so accommodating! Already looking forward to our next trip here :)

Kendall was really fun, nice and friendly as well as Alberto, he took us to the lagoon hike. The hotel is very nice clean and fun. Beach is clean. The blue team do a lot of activities and they are all fun they make sure everyone is having fun. The only thing is that there's only one smoking zone u can't smoke anywhere you want. Food is amazing a big variety and a lot of options for everyone. Download the H10 App it will be very helpful during your stay. I Highly recommend this resort.

This place is so great! Everyone was so kind and respectful! The vibes here are impeccable and I love That there are a lot of activities to do in the resort to keep you busy. We did jet skis and it was amazing. We did not do any excursions, but next time we come we would definitely do it. All the restaurants are amazing and provide a wide variety of food options. 15/10 would recommend coming here. Dali and Kenddell were so fun and personable!

This resort is great especially for the value. The service is impeccable, the experience team is absolutely amazing. Everyone from that team in particular does their best every day to keep the resort involved and jumping. They really do work to make everyone included (if that’s what you want). Dali and Kendell specifically are memorable but we spent every day at the party pool and truly the entire team is priceless. We’ve gone to a more expensive resort as well and while it did have some other perks, their experience team did not compare to this one.

5/5 - Amazing Experience at Ocean Maya Royale!
We recently stayed at Ocean Maya Royale and had an incredible time. We booked a privilege suite, and the room was absolutely fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, and we truly felt pampered during our stay.
One small disappointment was that our butler was off for two of our days, which was a bit unfortunate, especially given that we paid for the privilege experience. That said, the rest of the staff more than made up for it with their attentiveness and friendly service.
Overall, Ocean Maya Royale exceeded our expectations, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!
