Good: Very good location, very nice design and also amazing rooftop! Bad: they are charging an extra 10USD per day - resort fee (mandatory), can't explain why and for what. Overall service could be improved. Some details: At first we were put in room 95, where the mattress was absolutely broken and impossible to sleep on. The reception, Vanessa I believe, did nothing with our request. We came later and a different girl also did nothing. Luckily their supervisor Eduardo changed the room in a few minutes with 0 issues, thanks to him a lot! The staff during breakfast is rude, ignoring you, but it is also understandable as there are just 2 or 3 people. But even then they will ignore you unless you catch them. A very rude one is Hugo, absolutely ignorant, and doesn’t want to serve you if you do not speak Spanish. The food choices are also very poor, all the same. We stayed for 10 days and it was one of the worst breakfast options we had so far. Even at much cheaper hotels there might be better choices.

Excellent Hotel and highly recommended. The location is ideal, just off 5th Avenue with restaurants and the beach very close by. Local transportation if needed is a short walk from the Hotel. Our stay was made so easy, with Thanks to Eduardo and all the staff ( sorry I don't have everyone's names ) and Sandy who looked after us at Breakfast all a credit to the Hotel and made us feel so welcome to Mexico. No complaints, definitely would return

Mr. Eduardo Reception, Mr. Jesus Reception,Mr. Renzo and Chef Roberto and the rest of the staff were great!The food was delicious. The hotel’s location is great, close to literally everything. Taxi service right out side the hotel, restaurants, convenience stores and banks. I was very impressed of how clean the Hotel was kept during my stay. There was literally someone cleaning everytime I stepped out my room hallways common area etc. The breakfast was amazing but the Rooftop Restaurant was the best. The seafood food was amazingly fresh. The views from the rooftop pool area are stunning. One of the best vacations I’ve had and a huge part of it was because of the staff.

Excellent location one street from 5th avenue and 2 stresrs away from the beach. The roof top pool was lovely to swim in and the views are amazing. Housekeeping was excellent we always went back to a lovely clean room. Arturo was our main server at the roof top bar and he was amazing very respectful to us always making sure we were comfortable. Treated my 12 year old granddaughter like a lady when serving her. Can you say hi to him from my son Bradley please and say thank you to him for looking after us so well. He made our experience. Thanks to you all for a wonderful stay from room 103.

First time with this hotel, part of the Hilton Curio Collection. First impression of the hotel is modern and stylish. Staff at check in are friendly. We got in early after a red eye flight however the room is not ready. We went out for lunch and we got our one bedroom suite with private whirlpool. The room is spacious and tidy. The kitchen has stovetop and full fridge however we were told the hotel needs to charge an additional 500 pesos for loaning the kitchen equipment and dinning supplies. Despite our booking is for 20 nights, we do not receive any privileges. We also have one time access to the hydrotherapy at the rooftop spa - use the hot sauna, steam room, cold and hot water tub. It’s great relaxation. As my partner does not like this kind of treatment, I can use it twice (instead of once per couple). My booking has some issues on payment with my travel agent - I paid to my travel agent before travelling but the hotel said they did not receive the payment and needed me to pay immediately at front desk. It’s quite disturbing to need to pay twice however the hotel manager, Eduardo is on top of this and is coordinating with the hotel finance department to work it out. Ideally they can resend the payment link to my travel agent for him to pay directly; and the hotel can refund to me in full. So far the experience is good. As Hilton gold member I received better privilege in other locations. The hotel manager asks us to give him sometime so as to work out some plans for us. We will see and report then.
