We did the days pass. The view was amazing. Service was perfect. My wife had the chicken burrito and I ordered fish fillet. Both meals were great. Ernesto was extremely helpful. I recommend 10/10.

Recently stayed here for a much needed vacation. The hotel itself was nice, the room was lovely. The food could be better. Drinks are very expensive. Pool is super busy, hard to get a spot at. My main complain was that on our last night, around 11pm I got very bad food poisoning and was up all night sick, resulting in my pushing my flight back a day. My friend had to leave the next morning and asked to extend our stay for one more night. They told her an extra day would be $350. For the previous 4 nights our total was a little over $500. Ridiculous price for an additional night. And this was for a Monday. They said it was the “walk in rate”. It didn’t appear to be busy. This was obviously disappointing but there wasn’t much I could do about it due to how sick I was. Also, cherry on top was later that night I found a roach in my room. Overall, this is a fine place to stay and the location is great, but the service really bummed me out.

Came on a Sunday for their brunch. They have amazing deserts and a beautiful spread of food. The music was the best and the views from the rooftop are spectacular. You also get a nice breeze. They are pet friendly and treated my dog very well. I would recommend for a place to bring your pets. They are happy to have them!

We had a nice room and really liked the location. There are a bunch of great restaurants right out the front door and it's located two blocks from the beach. Also note that it is 3 blocks from the ferry. If you have breakfast there you must get Pablo as the server - great service

I was here almost 3 years ago, this time I noticed that they really need to make good changes in the staff if they are really interested in assuring the experience for who is giving the money to all of them, staring with food and drinks, quality of food, breakfast is super common nothing special they are going to the cheap. Recycling old bread. The front desk looks like no one has skills communication and lack of training, I understand with a poor salary that for sure they offer to their crew you cannot expect something better, sad cause they are proud to say that there is a 4 diamond resort I'm wondering how they achieved. This was my last time here. The chairs in the pool are always busy, broken or worn. There are a lot of different options around. I hope management for this place doesn't waste the chance to make changes in the crew if not for sure they will lose prestige.
