We really loved this hotel. We had low expectations because most New York hotels we’ve stayed at are small and have never been anything. The hotel was clean. Great location. Close to Times Square and Central Park. The room was bigger than any New York room ever had. Plenty of space for luggage and to walk around. We were so pleasantly surprised. Rooms were comfy and quiet. Staff was nice and room cleaned every day. The room also had a refrigerator which was nice.
The one complaint is during busy times the elevators were packed but didn’t happen much.
Definitely would stay here again!

Great big rooms, especially for NYC (I've spent some time in some serious closets). The location is great, though with public transportation being so readily available, it's hard to miss with location. I was here for a fairly large competition, so I actually got to use all the big rooms! The main ballroom is absolutely gorgeous, and there didn't seem to be any problems with setup.
I only have a few cons, and they're kind of nitpick-y. The temperature controls were kind of wonky. The actual wall-mounted control was working just fine, but the actual HVAC controller didn't seem to think there were any temps between Very Cold and Humid, so that was frustrating. The bathroom and entryway lights also have nightlights that are quite bright, so that was frustrating. Also, the toilet was really difficult to flush. Like, it required strength. It's probably just my room, but this wouldn't he great for disabled folks, I imagine.
Other than that, great room, great location, and great service!

Based on my experience only! Our room was very spacious and bright with some view of the city. Hotel location is perfect with most sites in walking distance. Staff 50/50, some really nice and polite, some rude and not helpful at all, but that didn't bother us. No drinking water provided! And cost 6$ per 0.5l bottle, so recommend to bring water bottle which you can refill through out the city.

Great room and location as it was so close to Central Park and Times Square. Resort fees were 35 dollars a day but you could have this back in credits which you could use at the bar or in the shop that was in the hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious with a nice window view.
Staff at the hotel weren't the most friendly. And only other downside was that we were almost charged for breakfast for our last day even though this was included within our booking. If we had not noticed this then we would've paid 40 dollars more.

A great family-friendly hotel, fantastic location close to Central Park/MoMA/Fifth Ave/Times Square/Broadway and with very easy access to all the major Subway roots.
Rooms are large and clean and beds incredibly comfortable, excellent breakfast at the Herb N' Kitchen located on the ground floor (the hotel provided us with complimentary vouchers) and a special shout out for the man who was cooking the omelettes every morning, ultra efficient and good humoured!
Great, happy atmosphere all round, we'll be returning!
