The elevators are so slow we ended up walking 26 flights of stairs twice. We’d wait for an elevator for 20 minutes only for it to already be completely full by the time it came. At the very least, the hotel should install indicators on each floor of where the elevator is and what direction it’s heading. Otherwise hotel room was clean, albeit tiny. Staff was good.

I cannot recommend this hotel at ALL. I called twice before making a reservation to confirm the garage was located on-site - it is not, it is half a mile away, which is tricky when you have a disability. The front desk clerk at check-in did not care about this at all and said they would not ever tell someone this - well, who from Hilton was giving me this information on BOTH phone calls? The room was not clean at check-in - there were nuts on the floor. Pay a little more for a better hotel somewhere else. This is not the Hilton experience I expect and will probably find a new chain to use after this disappointing experience.

The room is a decent size for the price you pay but the bed can be small for someone who is a bit taller. The location to the subway, bus stop, ferry, and surrounding area for food and events is great. The staff support when checking into the hotel was also helpful, unfortunately the self check-in did not work so I had to go to the front desk. Your mileage may vary on this. The biggest complaint I have with this hotel is the elevators as everyone else mentions. Of the 10~15 uses of the elevator only one time did it take less than 10 minutes to get on and that was at checkout time. Overall, I think it's a great hotel but I'm unsure how they could improve the elevator situation.

I will start off by saying that the staff was very polite and professional. However having only 3 elevators for 40 plus floors is an absolute nightmare. It can take up to 15 minutes of waiting in a very cramped lobby before you have a chance of getting a ride up to your room. Their definition of a late check out is 1pm. Even for Hilton Honors members. There are plenty of options so please do your due diligence when choosing your hotel. I will never stay here again.

This place is clean, tidy, has decent sized rooms, a good location, and comfortable beds. But it is not a place I'd return to for business or pleasure. The elevator issues that others discuss are real and aggravating. But what I disliked especially, as a regular Hilton user, was the breakfast option. I was enticed to stay here by what I thought would be a complimentary breakfast with my stay as I'd get at other Hiltons with my status. Instead, they provided me with an $18 food credit for the connected restaurant that covered only about half of the cost to me. It felt like I was scammed. I walked into breakfast area, the guy took my ticket, said it could be used for the buffet or to order from the menu. Menu items were starting at $18 for pancakes and $4+ dollars for basic tea or coffee. I decided to eat at the buffet which promised a lot of options but was cheaply done and mostly tasteless food. The hot tea came from a pitcher of pre-brewed tea that tasted and felt like I was drinking shredded tea leafs, for example. There was a single bagel option: plain. The oatmeal was like soup. And there was no bacon, though it was advertised on the list of options. Ultimately, I was presented a bill for about $30 comprised of various taxes and a mandatory tip (though I got no service, it being entirely self help). So my unpleasant breakfast cost me about $12. I could have done much better walking to a deli.
