It is a good hotel located next to bus stops 104-105, providing easy access to Palma. The atmosphere is nice, and the place is clean. The staff offers excellent service. You can store your luggage there. A single sunbed on the hotel beach costs €20, while a double sunbed costs €100, and comes with towels and a free bottle of drink—I can't remember if it was sparkling wine or champagne. You can order food, and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast also taste good.

Our time at the hotel was fantastic; I fell in love with the view from our room—it was so beautiful. The breakfast was superb, and we used our level access for snacks and drinks. We stayed in the Level Junior Suite, and the view was so stunning that I didn't want to leave the room. I was quite sad on the day of departure. It's definitely a hotel worth every penny; I highly recommend it.

We have stayed in several Melia hotels before, and so far, we have always been very satisfied with the standard, food, cleanliness, and overall service. Unfortunately, this time we cannot share our previous satisfaction. We chose the 4-star Melia South Beach hotel in Majorca, and it was a big mistake. The hotel may have 4 stars, but it has clearly seen better days. The first room we were given was dirty, the shower cosmetics had damaged dispensers, the floor was smeared with something, overall the standard was very poor. We asked for a room change and, for an extra charge, we moved to another room. The hotel interior is quite old; the corridors are very worn-out and dingy, and some of the hotel doors look like they've been through quite a few battles. One evening, we found smashed beer bottles by the elevator. We reported it to the reception, but no one seemed to care. The bottles were there for several hours, as well as a dirty rag on the corridor floor and some uncleaned fruit. The breakfast selection was okay, except for the awful coffee, which shouldn't even be called coffee. Overall, we definitely won't be returning to this hotel. The standard in such a large chain like Melia should be maintained consistently, especially since we flew straight from the 4-star Melia Avenida Americana in Madrid, where we couldn't fault anything.

Lovely hotel and well positioned. Bartender Albert at the pool bar was cool. Very friendly and attentive. We loved the beds by the adult pool. Room was good, aircon stopped working but we didn't mind. We weren't a fan of the bathrooms only being glass partitions... but otherwise we enjoyed it.

The room looks absolutely unrealistic on the website, in reality it’s an old and dirty space with very poor cleaning service that don’t even wash floors and bathroom properly. We took Level services and a Level room, in this room there was a “private” terrace with sun loungers that was supposed to be a luxurious and quiet area to enjoy. Instead children were playing football just in front and were constantly throwing the ball in our terrace , entering our space to get it back. Moreover Nikki beach Mallorca was RIGHT IN FRONT of our room, the music was unsupportable!! Even with closed windows.. so we didn’t use this terrace at all, instead we kept our curtains closed all the time for privacy and couldn’t even open a window for a fresh sea breeze. Also we found breakfast for Level clients being much more humble (only fruits and some cold appetisers) than the normal breakfast, the food we tried to order separately for breakfast, as Level members, was absolutely disgusting if not to say more: day-old bread from yesterday’s dinner, eggs floating in oil, etc. Dinner was ok but with amount of people in the facility (two Melia hotels share same facilities) it was so crowded and fully packed, so we had to have dinner the earliest possible to avoid the crowd. The whole ambience was not at all private and luxurious as it is presented for Level members, but instead noisy, dirty and hectic. People could occupy their sun loungers staring from 8am just placing their towel on them , so therefore around 10am when you had breakfast and suppose to go to the swimming pool or beach, it was completely occupied, no free place whatsoever. THE WORST WAS GIGANTIC FLYING SPANISH COCKROACHES! In our private Level members room we saw 3 cockroaches in three days of staying there. We reported this problem to the reception and they made sure they checked the room, but nothing changed! The room was teeming with cockroaches!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! One on the ventilation while being in shower!! Another one near the hallway and the last but not least - I was woken up by feeling something running on my arm, I turned on the light and saw a gigantic 7 cm cockroach IN MY BED! I’m now traumatised for all my life. Until we basically begged for another room to sleep our last night in, no other solution was proposed that night form the management. Would be fair to say that after some emails exchange , the hotel reimbursed around 18% of our horrible stay. We have stayed in other Meliá hotels before and I must say this one is not acceptable to keep in this chain!
