In response to the previous reply to my review- What you are writing is complete lies! I was at the arranged spot 20 minutes before and waited for hours with the man at the desk- why don’t you ask him? He witnessed the whole situation. I was also watching the street the whole time and constantly checking for a shuttle. Check the cameras and you will see. You have taken my money and refuse to pay it back, you haven’t sent me a single email and are not answering my calls. If you were not trying to take my money why have you not tried to sort this issue out? It is extremely unprofessional. You have my email so get in contact with me to resolve this issue or I will leave these negative reviews up and keep pursuing this further. You can provide me with an email to contact you because I can assure you the story you hear from the shuttle company is false and I can explain if you provide a means of contact. IF I WAS ANYONE LOOKING AT BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL THIS IS YOUR WARNING NOT TO! save yourself as you can see how they treat paying customers! I purchased all inclusive for a week and you can clearly see they refuse to resolve a fault on their behalf or even provide a way to get in touch. This situation seems a little too convenient to me..

If you are only using the Hotel to sleep and have breakfast it is great. Reception can work on its hospitality, but other than that, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was good and friendly breakfast staff. Location is perfect, right at the beach and 250m from the bus stop. Some good restaurants on the promenade.

I am appalled at the service of this hotel. I had a flight at 6 in the morning to fly back home and booked a shuttle for 25 euro through the hotel for 2am. I waited with the staff member with no shuttle to grab me and the staff member was of little help, they ended up forcing me to pay for a 120 euro taxi or I would miss my flight and promised to re-emberse the money for the taxi and shuttle… Upon calling to check up on this they made some false excuse and stated it was in an email they sent which I could reply to if I was not happy. They did not send an email at all. I called back to ask if they could re send this email and they were extremely rude over the phone and hung up. I have tried calling many times over the last few weeks and they are dodging my calls. I have never been treated this poorly from hotel staff- BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS POSSIBLE SCAM- do not book here it was one of the worst experiences and very expensive to then be treated this poorly and scammed

Honestly the worst all inclusive I have ever experienced . Food options for tea are appalling added a photo so you can see the full selection don't fall for this like I have . The bar never had anyone working on it so if you want a drink u have to go get the receptionist to come serve . Rooms are dirty every single wall and chair / sunbed in covers in marks or rips or chips liker every single surface I've never seen anything like it tbh . Staff are friendly enough but I honestly regret my decision to stay here so much

+2stars and service stars are for the kindest staffs, all the ladies and young staffs were truly the kindest and caring. +near to all restaurants, stores and beaches. -A smoking receptionist is my first negative point. He always was busy smoking whenever you passed by the hotel or wanted to ask a question. - get ready for bathroom and toilet with glass doors and a sink outside the toilet. - everything was rusty and old from the roof in the balcony to the mirrors inside the room. The beds are as old. - no blanket is provided. -the pool is not as clean as the photos. -no privacy is felt when you sunbath as pedestrians can easily see you through the glasses. -the breakfast is good but the coffee smells like the water in the pool.
