Fantastic staff. So friendly. The lady on the front desk on the last day was amazing.
Plenty of activity for children included.
Pool is very good.
Food is OK.
Beach is lovely.
Remote, so nothing within walking distance.
Great time
Plenty to do.

the location of the hotel is very remote with nothing nearby apart from the beach.
you could only go all inclusive if staying at this hotel.
the rooms were very nice however we had to move from our first room due to the fact that it backed onto the kitchen and the cooking smell was terrible. we mentioned this to the reception staff who were excellent they offered us a smaller room in a better location which we chose and the view was a lot better.
All the staff at this hotel from the reception to the waiters in the Bar were excellent and a credit

Great hotel for family holiday. Great service. Even on the first day the staff made me feel like an important guest :) Room was cleaned every day (in full). Food is nice as well. Everywhere on the territory of the hotel you can enjoy any cocktails, beer, ice cream or snacks. So thank you for great hospitality.

(+) Definitely recommend - a good value for money stay for families with small kids, irrespective of the weather. The hotel is utmost child/toddler-friendly. We really appreciated the super-friendly and service-minded staff (especially receptionists and animators), room layout, and pool/playground facilities. The food was excellent.
(-) Some potential for renovation of the facility. A humid smell in the rooms, usually associated with dirty AC. Also, terrible noise (reaching our room in Building 1 from neighboring hotel VIVA late at night and very early morning) of dumping glass bottles into garbage containers, in a service road separating our hotels.

We have stayed here for 4 days and I would definitely agree that it's no way near a 4 star hotel and very expensive. You can find better for the money.
The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.
The front pools close the the beach are the nicest, they do not use chlorine or sea water which is brilliant for swimming and your eyes.
The food is good but not amazing, we got a little bored after 4 days.
Small kids will love the kids club but its across the road from main hotel so not onsite. Staff their are incredible with the kids.
Drinks menu are good.
Pool bars are good but not 4 star.
Generally ok but expensive and in need of a paint job and updating. Inside the rooms are nice and bathroom is good but it does smell of sewage every now and again when someone flushes or runs a tap.
