Family resort full of kids everywhere! I am impressed with staff for keeping the place looking immaculate. I didn't like overcrowded buffet canteen, very stressful, noisy with crying kids! I found some parents have no manner. Sadly no restaurant on site. If you wanted to loss some weight must go for full board. I only recommend this resort for young family. The people with no kids will be very disappointed. Thanks to all staff.

Absolutely stunning scenery and beautiful hotel. It's the perfect family resort for those with younger children. We stayed here recently with our kids and it was superb. The activities for them were fantastic, the entertainers are hands on and excellent with the kids, speaking several languages to include them all and slapstick comedy acts and dancing. All the team here, from the cleaners, gardeners, hosts etc were wonderful. The food buffets had fantastic range, so much on offer. The rooms were perfect. We had an apartment and we loved the jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The beach is an easy few minute walk away, and the trails into the mountainside had the best views. It's quiet, not overly touristy at all, with a spar and supermarket just around the corner from reception. Super clean throughout. We would recommend this to everyone!

We stayed in a one bedroom penthouse suite sea side view. Room was fine, heated jacuzzi at the top was great for kids. Food was perfect, with a great choice of both meals and deserts. Beach is nearby and great, but little to crowded for my taste.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, plus the buffet food and breakfast are great, very tasty with a wide selection. The outside areas and the pools are also quite nice. However, the rooms are quite dated and for the price you pay per night you would expect everything to work properly. The ventilation in the bathroom is quite bad, there is no fan and different smells accumulate quickly, plus the bathroom door could not be closed (door was a bit tilt to the side). The furniture had some stains, and the small kitchen looked very dated, not something you would expect in a 4-star resort suite. Some staff members were great, some not so much, the reception manager a bit rude, but overall staff was OK. In summary, overpriced for the value you get.
