For family the studio/apartments are in a seperate building from the main hotel, a few steps away. Studio was 3 stars, food 5 stars, entertainment 4.5 stars, enterteinment personnel 5 stars, location 4.5 start . Outdoor pool clean and big. Hotel location 100 way from amazing sandy beach suitable for families. In average i would give 4.3 stars (out of 5)

The first surprise turned out to be that there is no beach bar. Later, while relaxing by the pool, we asked for cold water, to which the employee answered from the side, but the water in this car was warm and not cold, I asked him a second time to pour me water from the bar, he aggressively took the glass and left to type from that machine, which I did not want. The staff is very aggressive and unfriendly, they don't smile and don't greet you when you enter the dining room, they just look at you so condescendingly that it was completely unpleasant to stay in the dining room, I especially want to draw attention to the woman managing the dining room, she behaves condescendingly and unfriendly. We heard a lot of comments in our side, that we sat down at the wrong table, we didn’t collect water in the right way, etc., it seems to me that I pay money for everything, and no one has the right to comment on which table I wanted to sit down at. The food was normal, it was repeated for a while, people liked the ice cream very much white with chocolate, but when it ended, the staff gloomily replied that everything that is here is eaten. Cleaning in the hotel was normal, but there was a lot of dust under the bed, and for how many days we had not moved it away and did not wash it under it, when settling the bed they did not notice that there was a stain on linen, I think you can change it if you see a stain. The friendliest of the staff turned out to be an older man who was there when we were leaving the hotel, please pay attention, he is very pleasant and explains everything well. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to those who want to have a good rest.

Hotel was very nice and clean location was good Food was cold all time and will have to use microwave not enough selection of food and desserts We paid for sea view the room given was a tree view I spoke to reception to complain and they said they’ll get the manager to come and see us but no manager came. We spoke to the chef regarding the food and he stroke his shoulders. English all inclusive Guest had to wait for drinksand people who have to pay was served first. The pool bar was three selections of food only photo below and it was a joke. The hotel was mostly for the elderly. The food was the same for the 5 days we was there most of the time we were eating outside the food cold and not cooked properly

When we arrived they said they had upgraded us to a suit, this had a small kitchen in it and nothing much else. It was just like a prison cell, who needs a kitchen when you are all inclusive. We did get moved after some harsh words with the receptionist. This place is in the middle of nowhere so if you like visiting local bars forget it. The hotel was full of Spanish 🇪🇸 pensioners who all of which get a free holiday every year from the Spanish government, not there is anything wrong with this but we felt like 2nd class citizens from the management point of view. We could only have our drinks in certain glasses, my wife likes her gin and tonic’s in a nice fish bowl type glass, but this wasn’t allowed. We could not understand this because they were only going to put the same all inclusive drink into the glass. It was like an us and them situation, and an experience that we will not be experiencing again. Please see attached the picture of the kitchen in the room.

Extremely Disappointed with this Hotel. Went on a Imserso Holiday. The Location is very run down. The Hotel is situated in a Side Street without Views, the Rooms are are Good as is the Bathroom but was let down because there was no Extractor for Condensation or Odours, Plus the Terrace was Extremely Narrow, Definitely not fit for larger people which Im not. The food was Diabolical Extremely Lacking in choice of Fresh Produce. I have never been to a Hotel that serves Fried Eggs for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Plus only 2 days of serving Freshly cooked meat on the Grill, Mostly Very Poor Quality of Fish with Bones. 98% of the Staff were Excellent & can not Fault them but What was Surprising is the Lack of seeing the Manager Plus the need to Inform a couple of there staff the Art of customer Service. Would I Recommend or Return NEVER EVER EVER.
