I would like to write a few lines about our 10-day family vacation. Playa de Muro beach is probably the most beautiful we have seen, a kind of European Caribbean :-). Everything is within reach, lots of shops nearby. As for the accommodation, the rooms were clean, functionally furnished. The only thing I would criticize is the doors, which do not close properly and make a big bang when closing, so that if one of the guests returns to the room at night, the bang wakes you up. What I would like to highlight is the quality of the food. The selection was varied and the quality of the food surpasses any restaurant, we really enjoyed it. Many thanks to the staff, who were nice, smiling and helpful. I would perhaps welcome a slightly more varied animation program for children, for example foam, a slide in the pool for children. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place :-)

Stayed here for a week, all inclusive. Lovely hotel, really really great location, just two minute walk to the beach. We had a lovely welcome from reception when we arrived. Rooms are ok, with balcony. I would say that was the only thing that let it down(not major,i may add) its only to sleep in!! No mirror in the room tho, just in bathroom. Food was good, with plenty for all. Just could have been different with the puddings. Great pool, with great entertainment team, Toni, Linda, Edu and Alex were brilliant, very friendly, very polite and couldnt do enough for us. We all loved getting involved in what they had planned. I would say i throughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone.

We spent 7 nigts there. I think this is the hotel we paid for. Hotel itself seems to be modern, its very clean in all areas - room, dining rooms, bar, swimming pool. Lot of time you can see personal cleaning or repairin things, they manage maintanance realy good. We were there with 2 kids 5 and 8 and we realy enjoyed swimming pool. Food was great, there was always something to find, even for our celiatic kid. Great fresh meat and fish. Realy good. Dinig room was very spacy and clean. So for families I realy recomand

Me and my family really enjoyed this hotel during vacation))) The best thing about it, is probably food and location - very close to the beach. Rooms are small, but it doesn't matter as long as you don't stay inside the whole day. In the evening you can go watch some different activities, which is pretty nice! Stuff is friendly and rooms are being refreshed every day. The only thing I didn't like - our room wasn't cleaned properly, sometimes, but its not such a big deal.

We were very satisfied with everything, the food was great and we always found tasty things to eat, and even though we stayed 6 nights, it was not boring. The rooms are spacious and cleaned well, and it was nice and quiet during the night. We got a room on the 5th floor, so it was absolutely peaceful and the room itself was also in a good condition. The pool area is clean, the bar close to the pool is also nice. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and also, a lot of local shops are close. The staff is simply great, they really went above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. The entertainment staff (Vivi and Andrea for example), the cleaners, the kitchen staff, the receptionists are all super friendly and nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we really hope we will be back!😊
