We were very satisfied with everything, the food was great and we always found tasty things to eat, and even though we stayed 6 nights, it was not boring. The rooms are spacious and cleaned well, and it was nice and quiet during the night. We got a room on the 5th floor, so it was absolutely peaceful and the room itself was also in a good condition. The pool area is clean, the bar close to the bar is also nice. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and also, a lot of local shops are close. The staff is simply great, they really went above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. The entertainment staff (Vivi and Andrea for example), the cleaners, the kitchen staff, the receptionists are all super friendly and nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we really hope we will be back!😊

Had a fantastic stay! The location is great! Close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The staff were outstanding! Service was excellent! Food was great with a a variety of choices. Bar staff were also friendly with excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

The hotel itself has great location with many different things around. Not the highest standard but definitely well maintained and clean. Food was tasty and had enough variation, ingredients used were from a good quality. Snack bar by the pool had very limited selection (although that attempts to introduce some variety were spotted) Negative for the food and beverage part was the artificial taste of the juices. Super close to Playa de Muro. The beach is really nice, only disadvantages was the lack of private beach with sun beds/umbrellas and possibly beach bar (but even more expensive hotels in the area were missing this). There were sun protection umbrellas available to borrow at the hotel. There is a fee for borrowing pool towels, same goes for glasses, they have coin system so when you return your glass you get the coin back and you get your deposit back at the end of your stay. Change of pool towels comes with a fee. At the time of our stay fees were as follow: - borrow pool towels 10€ - 1€ per coin for a glass - exchange pool towels 1€ Something that should really really need to be improved was the coffee. Beds are big and all rooms have a balcony/outdoor space. Reception are friendly and try to help as much as possible. Storage available for suitcases. And there is a room available to freshen up in if needed. Foodwise there is a good variety, and good quality too! A lot is cooked in front of you. Very disappointing stay. The “4-star” apartment felt more like 2 stars—old, not refurbished, door wouldn’t close, worn-out beds, no proper mirror, and a weak shower. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no iron. Kids slept badly; no extra pillows were available. Buffet was average, but we found a hair in the salad and gluten-free options were minimal. All-inclusive snacks were poor and meals limited. What’s advertised online is far from reality, and the price I paid was far more than the service and quality received—extremely overpriced.
