Hotel was very nice and clean location was good
Food was cold all time and will have to use microwave not enough selection of food and desserts
We paid for sea view the room given was a tree view
I spoke to reception to complain and they said they’ll get the manager to come and see us but no manager came. We spoke to the chef regarding the food and he stroke his shoulders.
English all inclusive Guest had to wait for drinksand people who have to pay was served first. The pool bar was three selections of food only photo below and it was a joke. The hotel was mostly for the elderly.
The food was the same for the 5 days we was there most of the time we were eating outside the food cold and not cooked properly

Extremely Disappointed with this Hotel. Went on a Imserso Holiday. The Location is very run down. The Hotel is situated in a Side Street without Views, the Rooms are are Good as is the Bathroom but was let down because there was no Extractor for Condensation or Odours, Plus the Terrace was Extremely Narrow, Definitely not fit for larger people which Im not. The food was Diabolical Extremely Lacking in choice of Fresh Produce. I have never been to a Hotel that serves Fried Eggs for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Plus only 2 days of serving Freshly cooked meat on the Grill, Mostly Very Poor Quality of Fish with Bones. 98% of the Staff were Excellent & can not Fault them but What was Surprising is the Lack of seeing the Manager Plus the need to Inform a couple of there staff the Art of customer Service. Would I Recommend or Return NEVER EVER EVER.

Stayed there begging of October. Room was very clean and in good condition despite end of the season. Bright, light colour. Very pleased.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Food is also nice, but if you don't eat pork other meat might be a challenge. Pork is on the menu every day. Good variety of vegan options and veg itself. You will not walk away hungry.
Beach is very close, small sand.
Will be back..

We came to Aluasun as our budget holiday and for the price we paid it was very good and we enjoyed our stay here. The entertainment team are good and would be even better if they had more to work with. However, when the bingo and quiz nights are the only entertainment for the night we went out of the hotel. They have pool tables and a ping pong table that we made use out of as well.
The breakfast isn’t the best, lunch and dinner can be hit or miss. Some nights it’s good and some there’s not much option. There was only chicken options for one night but they do try switch it up a little bit because one night we had tex mex. The food was mostly cold for our whole stay which was the only major thing.
The rooms are lovely and the cleaners do a good job at cleaning them daily. They are small but are modern and the beds are super comfy. The only downfall is the beds are two single ones so we rotated them horizontally and it wasn’t too much of an issue. Another good thing about this hotel is the beach is a 2 minute walk away and it’s the best looking beach i’ve visited.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good all inclusive budget holiday. If you are wanting to go out more then there is only a few pubs around the area that we’ve seen.

Nice hotel! Close to the beach. Nice decoration
Food is alright but nothing out of ordinary
The mattress is awful if you don’t like memory foam ones
At night you MAY feel a bad smell in the air in the area, there’s a place where they process junk/sewer so depending on the wind you may feel the smell, specially during the night
