Eix Lagotel is a place you either love or hate. Upon arrival, you'll immediately notice that this isn't a place of tranquility and serenity. Three massive complexes are connected like a Berlin Wall, and they are far from inspiring. The stark white block structure resembles human stables, and that's exactly how it feels inside. Everything is bare and lacks attention to detail. It's a true holiday factory. Every evening, there's a filled evening program ranging from acrobatics to singing and karaoke. There are plenty of activities for kids too, including a semi-arcade, pool tables, and table football. Now, onto breakfast. We didn't opt for an all-inclusive treatment but rather included breakfast. Despite the mega crowds, it's very well organized. The bread rolls are fresh, there's fruit and fresh deli meats, and the content varies almost daily. As for the pool, it's decent. I miss having a pool bar or an easy way to order drinks from my sunbed as the bar is quite far from the pool. The poolside food is a decent 6. The meals are not exceptional but okay if you want a quick snack. Regarding the staff, there's not much to say as they don't really engage with you and seem to work tirelessly in the holiday factory. No criticism, but you can tell they don't derive much pleasure from what they do every day. Perhaps it's due to the intoxicated people ordering beer for the thousandth time while barely able to stand. The room: it's tidy and average. Our bathroom lacked ventilation, and the air conditioning only heated, it couldn't cool. The beds are very hard, and the pillows too thin. The room decor is very standard for an average hotel. Don't expect inspiring posters or artworks, just a photo of the most average bridge in the area. But is there anything positive? Yes, the price-quality ratio. I paid 400 euros per person for a week including flights, and that's exactly what you get. A decent location for a week away, whether swimming or preferably heading to the beach. Grab your breakfast and explore Mallorca yourself. If you want peace and quiet without the screaming people and excessive noise until midnight, then this isn't the place for you.

The hotel was nice in general. Location is about 10-15 mins walk to the nearest shops & restaurants & beach. Our room was nice overall, but with a couple of bits, which would be better if they were replaced. The food was OK, as you'd expect from all inclusive restaurant. We found plenty of things we liked each night. The 3 pools were lovely and there was always plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were all quite welcoming & helpful. The big gripe we had was that out air-conditioning wasn't working and our room was permanently cold. I would imagine it would be better as the temperature rises into the summer months. We reported it on 4 seperate occasions and each time they assured us it.woild be fixed. It meant we had to get wrapped up when we were in the room.

This is our first stay at EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort…and even Majorca. We travelled by Jet2 who were flawless from A to B. As the hotel itself we loved it, we would say the main features were; - Very friendly staff in all areas. - Wonderful large buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Ideally located (5-10 minute shuttle bus to /from the beach) or 10-15 min easy walk. - Lovely room overlooking the family pool. - Three multiple swimming pool areas (Family, salt water pool & adults only pool). - Towel hire (€10 deposit per person, new towels available each day). - Outdoor bar and dining. - Large bar area with adjoining arcade room. We visited the island during the UK October half term school holiday so Halloween was very much the theme in the hotel. Having an older teenager with us this wasn’t particularly for us anymore but the hotel staff did a fantastic job of making it special for the younger children. The hotel each night had an evening of outdoor entertainment split into kids time, bingo and live act. The only thing I would say is if you are one for an early night maybe request a room (if possible) on far side of hotel as the live act is quite loud. Also the only downside was the small gym needs a bit of TLC and the jacuzzi and sauna (in the same space) were not in use (This maybe because it was at the end of the season). Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here in May/June 2022 and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The room was lovely, bed comfy and view from the balcony was beautiful. Plenty of pools and the entertainment was brilliant every single night. There’s a supermarket downstairs which makes life a lot easier. The service was great always. The breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of options, all being tasty! The lunch buffet was good also. My only complaint is with the dinner buffet, which just felt like the leftovers from lunch. I’d advise getting breakfast in the hotel but eating out for dinner. The location is great and the scenes around the hotel are beautiful. Overall I couldn’t recommend a much better hotel!

I stayed there with all inclusive and overall I had a nice experience. The room was nice with a view to the lake next to the hotel and it was cleaned every day. The hotel might be a bit far from the beach but there is a free shuttlebus going every half an hour operated by the hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. The food was great in the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner). With all inclusive you can also eat in the snack bar during the day but the quality of that food was very disappointing to put it nicely, considering it's a four-star hotel.
