Great hotel, we went as a family with 2 children on a b&b basis .
Hotel was clean,rooms were good, buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff attentive to detail, friendly and always busy .
Pool setup was very good, with a lifeguard on duty.
Plenty of entertainment, for the children and also good evening acts .
Handy shuttle bus to beach.
We all really enjoyed our stay there.
One minor thing ,a socket by the bed would be handy.

Very clean rooms with very friendly cleaning staff, the restaurant caters for everyone, didn't have a day when couldn't
find something to eat. The bar you did need to queue for drinks at busy times, staff always smiling though and welcoming. Reception staff were very helpful with any queries and again always smiling.

We had a fantastic time at the Lagotel. We booked a family room which was adequate space for a family of four. The room was cleaned daily along with fresh towels. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options-we were spoilt for choice-and the snack bar was very reasonable and the portions of food were very generous.
There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, day and night. Although there was a short queue for the main pool before it opened, there were always enough loungers available and the entertainment team provided activities throughout day. My son loved all the activities, especially the children's water bingo. The lifeguard was a real presence, chatting with the holiday makers and was always on hand to help with any issues. The nightly entertainment was certainly our highlight! The visiting performers-especially the Queen tribute- were great. I would especially like to thank Fabian and the rest of the entertainment team for all of their efforts. They worked really hard to ensure that everybody was having a good time and we all looked forward to the party dances every night. We hoped to find a hotel which was clean and reasonably priced with a happy buzz and this is exactly what we got! Thank you Lagotel-see you next year!

Eix lagotel is a nice family friendly hotel.
The reception and entertainment team really were outstanding and couldn't do more to help.
Rooms are very clean but could do with a touch up as dated.
Pools were great and several to choose from.
Food was very disappointing and the main reason I have not given it a better score, lots of options but very random. Pizza and green beans at breakfast? No labels on anything,
And no real kid friendly option in the main buffet which became difficult as the week went on.
The waiting and bar staff also let this hotel as many of them really didn't look like they wanted to be there. You had one or two that did make the effort but that was it.
We enjoyed this hotel but it's definitely not to a 4 star standard that we expected more like 3 star.

Really lovely family hotel .
Always able to get a sunbed whatever time of day we went.. lovely pools. Freshwater and salt.
Entertainment was fantastic.
Buffet food had variety, with a chefs special everynight.. delicious 😋
We had a room overlooking the pool. So could see Entertainment even if we went to our balcony. You could hear the Entertainment but not to the point you couldn't sleep if you wanted sn earlier night.. but to be honest the Entertainment was worth staying up for.
Small shop on site with essentials.
Shuttle to the beach was great as it was air conditioned which was great as it was very hot when we were there.
Beach not far to walk for an evening stroll if wanted
