It was overall very good experience with a very young atmosphere. You could make friends very easily! The location is close to BCM and 10 min away from the strip. The only complaint would be the food, which isn’t great. Although we had all inclusive, we went out to eat around 3 times because we just couldn’t enjoy the food. The staff is very attentive and nice

I’ve come out here for my birthday and to have a good time your allowed 6 drinks of alcohol but only beers!! we then haven’t had our rooms cleaned since Saturday and I’ve complain to the manager and they ain’t said anything or done anything as we have ants in our rooms the workers are very rasist and keep an eye out on us we ain’t allowed to do anything or we will be kicked out the people are just rasist and rude I will never be going there again 😡😡my mum was laughing and my sister has ADHD and she was hyper and they gave us a warning and nearly kicked us out

Great size apartment, clean and modern, close to shops and restaurants, not too busy or loud. Room service could be slightly better with cleaning/refer washing the room

Large spacious apartment, well equipped with good size bathroom and separate bedroom. Very quiet location. Slight confusion with reception after extending stay, although quickly resolved without a negative impact on the overall stay. Would book here again!

Really liked the hotel: close to the sea, bus stop. There is something to do both in warm and rainy weather, it is convenient both alone and with children. The star was removed for monotonous food, which was not always tasty. I thank the hotel team for their kindness and willingness to help
