Decent hotel, nice pools and lots of places to chill around during the hot day. Pool is freezing which is nice to cool off in. Air con is no good, best of leaving balcony doors open… Decent location very close to all the ‘night life’ which is great if you’re interested in that. Food is typical hotel food but very good breakfast. Decent week away from work but probably wouldn’t come back personally!!

Just stayed here for a week, staff we're all very nice and friendly! Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is great it's close to pretty much everything! Rooms were spotless, fresh towels everyday if needed, clean restaurant and pool areas. Only down side was our TV didn't always work but wasn't the end of the world! We had a great stay and would recommend to others!

The hotel itself is great and the staff are lovely, but it should undoubtedly be an 18-30's type hotel, at least through peak season. The noise through the night from people coming back from nights out was awful and the hotel security and night staff make no effort to resolve it. I and plenty of other guests couldn't wait to go home for a good sleep.

CONS: -Very loud on a night time, especially when people going out and coming back. Most nights there were people screaming/singing in the corridors at 3/4AM. -The menu for lunch and dinner was pretty much identical, and it was pretty similar every day. Not a wide variety of choice. -Alcoholic drinks aren't included in all inclusive (though this isn't the hotel's fault, this rule applies across certain areas of Spain). -Very much for 18-25s. Even at the age of 26, I felt old and out of place haha. - Very much a 'party' hotel. On mornings/early afternoons, you'll see people lying on the benches asleep/hungover in the reception area. PROS: -Friendly staff -Location- close to the beach and the strip -Unlike some other people's, our air con was really good. SUMMARY: Probably an okay hotel for 18/19 year olds on their first holiday, but everyone else should avoid. I'd say it's especially unsuitable for families.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Staff were friendly and tried to communicate the best they could, room was a really good size and clean, aircon was really good, pool areas were really nice and relaxing, food wasn't to my taste (I'm super fussy 🙈) but there was a good verity, although the hash browns were amazing 😀, the onsite shop was a bonus, we would stay here again.
