Amazing hotel, very quiet and relaxing location. The food was amazing! One of the best I have had at an all inclusive hotel. Everything was fresh and tasty, full of flavour and seasoning. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is quite small compared to the number of guests so sometimes we did struggle for a table, but it was worth the wait. We had the highest spec room of the junior suite with sea view, and wow we had 2 balconies shows two different aspects. Amazing room and amenities. Could have been better with more entertainment in the evening as we was there Sunday - Wednesday and there was only a singer on Monday night and it wasn't very good, the music she sang was slow and made u feel sleepy. Thank you for a great holiday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! great location, great rooms, great food and the staff are welcoming and very friendly. A special mention to Jonny who is so helpful and customer service is first class, nothing was too much. While staying the 7 nights, we also took part in the onsite activities which were run by Lisa, she was so passionate about making sure everyone had the option to join in and the activities were fun. Stretching, Water volleyball, aqua gym and pool. The evening entertainment matches as well with Bingo and Karaoke. Will certainly look to come back in the future, this place is like paradise.

Very nice and good looking hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, with comfy beds, big shower and a nice balcony full of light. Option to rent towels for the beach as well, but only cash for the deposit. Breakfast with many options and quite various. Only a suggestion: I think it would be quite helpful to add a logo with VG, V and GF to the products you serve for breakfast, so that we don't need to ask the workers for every single thing if something is vegan or not (which they don't know, by the way).

Restaurant staff and chefs were warm and helpful. Animator Lisa was outstanding, full of energy! However, the in-room safe had a daily fee, not fitting for a 4-star hotel. The mini fridge was non-functional, meant for a minibar that wasn’t stocked or offered, making it merely decorative for photos. The blonde receptionist with glasses was a bit rude. Breakfast had only pork salami and sausage despite requests for alternatives.

We had a week in August at the Vistamar and it was excellent . The location was just perfect on the corner of the spectacular Porto Colom harbour. The food was fantastic and suited all tastes with a comprehensive breakfast / lunch and evening buffet which was perfect for my Mum with a specific diet . The Pools were excellent and the evening entertainment very enjoyable but not crazy . We were with my parents and they commented that this is one of the nicest , friendliest , well run hotels that they have ever stayed in and they have travelled the World and stayed in a good many . If you are looking for discos and rowdy nightlife ....this is not your hotel . It is relaxed , calm and sophisticated with a lovely mix of many nationalities - Spanish , Germans , Italians and a few English . I particularly liked that it is spread over 3 adjoining blocks with its own road through the middle to give access . The staff were very friendly and very hard working . We took day trips to Calla D'or and Porto Christo . All in all a great holiday. Bravo !
