Superb hotel, staff are excellent, so friendly & polite! We had a junior suite, spotlessly clean, lounge area, bedroom with super walk in shower, 2 balcony's over looking 1 of the excellent pools. Great choice of food, spotlessly clean facilities throughout & 2 lovely pools, great location. Easy walk into Porto Colom & lots of choice for lovely restaurant's, especially S'Arenal Portocolom. Cala Marcal beach which is just beautiful is a 15 minute walk. Thank you to all the staff you were fabulous!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The view of the sea from my room was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were old but clean. However, the breakfast was quite basic and didn’t really impress me. In the evening, the live music by the pool was a nice touch and made for a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for great views and good service

Nice hotel in a fantastic position. Lovely pools and communal spaces. Let down by lumpy pillows, too much light in the bedroom at night and quite a bit of noise early on from the cleaning staff. Breakfast was good, the dinner option not quite so much. Saying that, I would go back albeit with my own pillows.

Great location and the hotel staff were friendly and warm. The rooms are bright and clean with daily room cleaning service. You'll be spoiled for choice with the number of traditional restaurants to cater to all tastes. The beach is a short walk with amazing crystal clear water, sun beds with a lock box for your valuables. We will come back for sure, and highly recommend

Amazing!!! Spotless, comfy bed, staff friendly. Area very quiet what we wanted. Not one British bar in sight. Lots of restaurants in both directions. Bed and breakfast early June so not many tourists. Breakfast had plenty options, coffee was perfect. Beach 10 min walk away. Hotel Pool is spotless and lovely and warm. I was surprised to be given a bottle of sparkling wine in my room chilled on my birthday. Made me feel very special. Thank you so much.
