My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile. We will be coming back soon.

Nice hotel food very good indeed staff very nice and friendly BAR waiter on the pool bar very Arrogant man, hotel clean and well maintained, no smoking area around the pool great idea and sun beds always available all in all nice stay would return.

Just returned after 2 weeks at gran play,lovely hotel spotlessly clean,location second to none,lovely sunbathing area with plenty beds,but oh dear dinner let it down badly,lack of choice,very repetitive ingredients could be of a much higher quality especially for a 4 star establishment,we were there half board but ate out a few times as we couldn’t face dinner in the hotel.We would return to stay again but would only go bed and breakfast

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July and were not disappointed at all. Rooms smaller than we expected, but it was no problem for us. The added bonus of the umbrella and beach towel was great. We had half board, dinner was varied and acceptable although we preferred to dine in local restaurants that were recommended to us at reception. The location is exceptional, right next to the beach and bars where you can go for a drink. On the corner there is a wooden bar which is part of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the nightlife of Can Picafort and the staff is very friendly. The staff speaks perfect English (although not all of them).We enjoyed it very much! Special mention to Ana at the reception for her friendliness, helpfulness and approachability. Thanks to her we were able to discover little gems of the island and for your warm welcome! And to Marlon at the bar for his dancing during the entertainment days and for preparing the best strawberry daikiri in the area for my wife. Thank you! We will come back.

All wonderful the appartmment the food the staff had such a gresf time we shall see you in less than 2 weeks on a return visit !I hope your ready for us and I'm bringing my elder sister this time who has her 74th birthday while we are with you so lots of singing dancing and cocktails🍸!!can't wait to see the boys!
