The rooms are pretty nice, clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but I really have no complaints about the room itself. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is nice and the beach and pool are nice. The issues that I had was the cleanliness and quality of the food. It seems they don’t take food safety very seriously as I witnessed bugs and hair in the food multiple times. The food quality is also awful. It was hit or miss whether or not the staff was friendly. Certain staff were friendly, other staff were rude. It also isn’t very relaxing on the beach when they are blasting music all day long, and it’s awful trying to find a lounge chair that has a view of the water, and it’s impossible to find a lounge chair without cigarette butts surrounding it. This hotel cheaps out in a lot of ways for how expensive it is. Definitely not an 5 star experience. All in all it was an ok vacation but I would never come back.

Nice hotel with a beautiful park. Good food and friendly staff. We are frequent guests for more than 20. Years. We would like to have tablecloths in the evening again, which reduces the noise in the main restaurant,where the music now is rather loud. The main pool needs more shadow as the sunbeds cannot be moved because of plants .

The resort itself is beautiful, and most of the staff were extremely friendly and warm. The entertainment could use some improvement, but overall the atmosphere was enjoyable. Unfortunately, my biggest concern is that all three of us became sick after eating the Thanksgiving turkey at the buffet. I later noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue. Management often attributes this to tourists not being acclimated, but in our case my grandfather—who is a local—also became very ill. This experience really affected our trip, and I hope steps are taken to ensure no other guests go through the same.

We did this place last minute because we wanted to do Jamaica. But we switched to this place. I love it!! We traveled with a group of 9 and everything worked out perfectly. The service, the food, the excursions! Loved everything about it.
