We stayed here on a Day Pass. 9am-6pm. Great breakfast options. Great service at the buffet restaurant. Amazing beach and beach bar. Quiet pool in the afternoon with separate kids area. Lots of shady areas to relax. Good drinks at beach bar and pool bar. Cafe with great service and selection of coffees hot and cold and snacks. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is in good location, not a busy location. It’s perfect for families with children or couples. Hotel is About 12-15 mins drive to Bayahíbe where there is a very good night life with restaurant and bars. Evenings at the hotel are the best, dance parties in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities at the hotel. Kids pool, Volleyball foam party on Saturdays and 4 restaurants to choose from. Japanese restaurant requires reservation but the other restaurants you walk in. Buffet breakfast and lunch. The food is good not exceptional. The beach is great, white sand no rocks on the beach or in the water. These Staffs that went out of their way to help. Way, Bombay, Isa, Alex great people.

The service and staff are incredible. Food is great as well. The beach an water very clean. The buffet is great lots of variety plus they have speciality nights (Dominican, International, Spanish) The wait staff is amazing and very very friendly.

We are here currently and as much as I wanted to love the place, it became apparent after the first meal that they don’t take food safety seriously. The foods are kept at dangerous temperatures (not hot enough or cold enough). We were first to show up to an a la carte restaurant after it opened and the hot appetizer food was already cold. Sure enough, one of us appears to have food poisoning now. Spent a lot of money to poison my family.

We had such a great time ! This was an amazing experience for my parents. They had a blast with the entertainment group. (Milky Way , Sexy black , tormenta, Why, Issa ) and the rest of the group ! My parents really had many laughs, they were such a good sport. Everyone were great host from start to finish. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bayahibe area. Will come back.
