Our stay at the Impressive Premium Resort & Spa was truly memorable and made our honeymoon extra special! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and eager to help — even those who spoke less English went out of their way to assist us with directions and anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful beach-facing room. The variety of food options and daily activities was excellent, and the shows each night were definitely worth both the time and money. The drinks at the Premium Beach were fantastic, and the bartenders were amazing with a bit of swagger to their service which added personality. Special recognition to the kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams — you can tell they take real pride in their work. A very special thank-you to our butler, Jose Tema, who checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our honeymoon and continuously offered ways to make it even better. Jose and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room and turning it into a truly special occasion. That kind of world-class service is something we’ll never forget. We’d also like to mention Luis Vega, our destination service representative, who clearly explained the transportation process to ensure we didn't miss our flight and gave us great advice to make the most of our trip. While the resort was undergoing some construction during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s an amazing place to visit, and we loved all the different restaurant options that they had, enough for us to try a different style of restaurant each night. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jose as your butler!. An amazingly friendly guy who was very humble to his core.

This place has been great. The bad reviews of this place are so stupid. Since ive been here, the staff have been extremely friendly and the rooms have been kept clean. I have notice some guest who have a bad attitude and I can tell you they probably expect some high end hospitality like their royalty. Its stupid these people are hard working and have done everything to treat the guest great. My one complaint has been the bed and pillows and that could have been the luck of the draw. I asked for new pillows and were given to me Immediately. Dont let the bad reviews throw you off this place is awesome.

We were a little bit scared when we started reading the reviews but this is like every place, some people has really bad experiences and they always gonna try to people stop going there. The hotel is simple but really cute , the price is affordable for big groups, the food is good, the have a lot of options besides the buffet, the cocktails are good and good options too, the check in was the perfect time. Yes, the rooms need some improvement and remodeling for sure but they were cleaned all the time! The STAFF is the main reason for 5 star review , they make this hotel a 5 star; they are always happy to help, they are smiling, making jokes, making u feel in vacation. So if you see a bad reviews is because people is super rude with staff.

After our stay, I can understand why reviews vary — it really comes down to your attitude. A big team is working hard behind the scenes, from tending the gardens to providing entertainment, all to make your stay enjoyable. Many of them put in long hours for modest pay, so a little generosity and kindness go a long way. Yes, you might notice some worn paint in the bathroom, a stain on a towel, or a dish at the buffet that doesn’t quite match authentic Italian pasta. Some staff may not always greet you with a smile. But those details aren’t the heart of the experience. When you make eye contact, smile, and show appreciation, you’ll see how warmly the team responds. Focus instead on the highlights: sip a drink under the palm trees, enjoy mornings by the pool that’s been cleaned since 5 a.m., savor fresh mango, papaya, and delicious coffee, and watch the sunset over the beach. Don’t get lost in the small imperfections — you decide what this vacation will be, not other reviewers and not a broken door lock. Choose joy, and you’ll have a wonderful experience.

This hotel isn’t a good hotel at all. Cheap and absolutely disgusting. First of all the staff was very rude and colourist at the hotel. My husband and I was uncomfortable but after a while we don’t care we just wanted to enjoy our stay (barely) They always had an attitude when you ask for help. Most staff barely understood English and fyi majority of the tourists are English speaking so maybe hire sensible people who could least help. Luckily my husband spoke Spanish thank god There is also construction going on at the hotel and it stinks. The food at the buffet is one of the biggest problems as many of the food isn’t done well and most times cold when going there to dine. The drinks are bland and watery and the buffet staff are somewhat nice. I end up getting food poison from the uncooked food at the resort. The ones that let you in the buffet aren’t nice at all as one do the staff was rude and rolling her eyes I’ll be inserting her picture. If you want to accommodate people properly and have good reviews maybe hire more friendly people?
