My experience here was extremely disappointing and by far the worst I’ve encountered (I stayed there for 5 days). Firstly, their customer service is terrible and the food was bland and had flies (specially on the pizza shack close to the pool area), and to make matters worse, half my family suffered from food poisoning. The pool had black algae, especially near the water bar and they cut corners by reusing cups that were only given a quick rinse in water that looked questionable, which was even more unsettling than finding small cockroaches in my room. Additionally, the employees drove golf carts recklessly around the property, causing several close calls. Beware of corners!
Given the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the overall experience was shockingly poor. If you think I’m exaggerating, I encourage you to stay there and see it for yourself. You’re better off staying at literally any other resort in DR.
On a positive note, the entertainment staff really gave it their all in all the shows and had a contagiously positive attitude. Although customer service was inconsistent, there are some hard working employees that helped make the experience better. All in all, management needs to do something about this decaying resort and at least improve their food recipe and hygiene.

This resort is excellent for families, with great amenities and friendly service. However, the beach was unfortunately covered in seaweed, which was a major drawback. If a pristine beach is a priority, this resort may not be the best choice. While there may be areas with less seaweed, swimming can still be unpleasant.
The nightly entertainment had potential, but the singer's audio issues made it difficult to understand the lyrics. The buffet portions are generous, and the pools were lovely, though could have been slightly cleaner. The vast size of the resort could be overwhelming for some guests.

Worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to. They will try to get you to waste your time at a “offer” but it is a time share scam. They tell you it will only be 60 minutes and the sales person wasted 4 hours of our day. I had my shoes stolen and the employees did nothing but say sorry. Most workers do not speak English and 99% of guests were not from English speaking countries so they did not understand nor speak any English at all. Our transportation was late and we almost missed our flight home. They gave us a broken bed. Cockroaches and centipedes in the room. There is no pest control and the food is reused and not good at all. The food had bugs flying all over it and I will never go back to “impressive” ever again. The “butler” didn’t text me until our second last day there. Save your money and go to a better resort because this place is horrible.

The grounds are beautiful and kept clean.
The entertainment was great, Cappuccino was always fun.
My little one loved the kid's club. Roberta, La Beba y La Negra took great care of her.
Our family had a great 4 days at this resort and will recommend to everyone.

The resort is a 25-minute drive from the airport. The check-in process could be improved by expanding the counter. The resort has an app to make reservations at their premium restaurants. However, the app rarely works. You have to go through your butler, and will be lucky if you get restaurants of your choice. Also very limited options for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, great pool, cleanliness, friendly staff, and beach access. The housekeeping staff were fabulous.
