For a hotel that presents itself as a premium destination, our stay was very disappointing. A word we kept hearing from the activity staff at the pool, often used to joke with tourists, ended up describing our experience perfectly: catastrófico. - housekeeping was inconsistent. Fresh towels were often not provided, the room was not properly cleaned, and we had to repeatedly ask for water and basic supplies. - during our two-week stay, the pool was never properly cleaned. On windy and cooler days, the pool water became very cold, making it difficult for kids to enjoy any activities. (Bonus, I add a picture with the kids pool in the morning, after they supposedly cleaned it) - In the kids’ zone, the staff seemed bothered by the kids’ presence. There was no interaction, only to tell them "don't do this or that" and they didn’t engage or play with the kids at all - at the restaurant and the bar, service clearly depended on tips. If you didn’t tip, you were often ignored or left waiting a long time. The good things: - beach is really nice in this area when there are no waves - food was good and they had diversity.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.. first the staff are lovely generally but I made the mistake of tipping big on some cleaners.. they literally would knock at 8am instantly to check if I was in just so they could get to the room first… secondly it’s a large resort so you may get confused the signage is non existent like not hard to put arrows towards the lobby.. The package when you buy online doesn’t mention premium and when you get there you’ll be asked to pay for it generally but I wasn’t asked maybe because I’m brown.. everyone else was asked to upgrade and if you don’t the service and products are a lot less.. for example next to the beach is a bar but you can’t use that unless your a “premium member” I meet a family who bought premium but asked for a refund as it wasn’t worth it. The food isn’t the best not much variety and it’s pretty standard.. me personally had stomach problems because of it.. and again as your a non premium member you can only access certain food halls. The only way I got better service in general was too tip big including the normal bar as the lines get long and could take you 15 -20mins sometimes to get a drink.. the options in the hotel room is 3 bottles of water 1 coke 1 sprite nothing else not even snacks or maybe a squash etc just fizzy or water.. The lobby has loads of activities desks and they will charge you whatever they can get away with.. and they instantly prefer Americans because of the dollars.. I suggest you use viator or get your guide and check the prices before enquiring. It also doesn’t have much entertainment and it’s focused on kids not adults. Me personally I won’t be coming back

What a lovely resort, we have been here for 4 days so far and I’m from the UK so might differ my opinion compared to other American reviews. The pools are great, warm and they have activities in the pool to keep you entertained during the day. Though the floor is very crumbly and paint chipped everywhere but doesn’t ruin the overall experience of the pool. The beach is stunning that the hotel owns, like a little paradise there’s a bar on the beach as well just before you go onto it. All the drinks are exceptional for an all inclusive hotel (I’ve stayed in all inclusive and they’ve always been really crappy) but these ones are nice, they do slushy pina coladas and daiquiris and whole menu of inclusive cocktails, rums, tequilas, gin and tonic and so on. There’s reps everywhere selling excursions and you can get them cheaper to what you’ve found on GetYourGuide. The food is delicious that they have here, breakfast was my favourite there are so many options for food plenty of fresh fruits and different food every night and they also do freshly stone baked pizza every day. The rooms are okay, the thing is the rooms are decent nothing amazing but beds are comfy you get a little balcony but the bedroom smells musty especially when you turn on the air con. Also if you miss dinner there’s a snack bar open till 2am near the pool! This was very handy for us as we arrived at midnight and was really hungry it was a saviour!!

Incredible stay, very clean and cozy bedrooms, food available the whole day with different options from snacks until Asian food. Many rest options to stay, on the pool or at the beach. A big shout out to the entertainment crew on the pool, games and night shows, you've definitely made our experience unforgettable!

Our stay at the Impressive Premium Resort & Spa was truly memorable and made our honeymoon extra special! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and eager to help — even those who spoke less English went out of their way to assist us with directions and anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful beach-facing room. The variety of food options and daily activities was excellent, and the shows each night were definitely worth both the time and money. The drinks at the Premium Beach were fantastic, and the bartenders were amazing with a bit of swagger to their service which added personality. Special recognition to the kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams — you can tell they take real pride in their work. A very special thank-you to our butler, Jose Tema, who checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our honeymoon and continuously offered ways to make it even better. Jose and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room and turning it into a truly special occasion. That kind of world-class service is something we’ll never forget. We’d also like to mention Luis Vega, our destination service representative, who clearly explained the transportation process to ensure we didn't miss our flight and gave us great advice to make the most of our trip. While the resort was undergoing some construction during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s an amazing place to visit, and we loved all the different restaurant options that they had, enough for us to try a different style of restaurant each night. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jose as your butler!. An amazingly friendly guy who was very humble to his core.
