Our stay was absolutely amazing! The resort had everything you could ever dream of. The rooms were luxurious, the staff was super friendly, and the food was great! I felt like I was in paradise the whole time.
I have to shout out the animation team, (especially Cherry and Raiza ) they made our experience one of a kind and made sure that there was never a dull moment on the resort.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience. It was truly unforgettable and i will be back every year!🌴

Get a premium bracelet. For a small extra fee, it's completely worth it. You will be encouraged to go to the timeshare kind meeting, but i would recommend to opt out as you will waste your time without any gift/benefit for your precious vacation time. As well main lobby is full of salespeople. As a premium guest, you will get 2 extra pools with fewer people, premium diner, premium entertainment, and a butler. Jose helped to address all our concerns right away and made our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Do not hold back to raise any concerns about your stay as your butler will work to resolve it immediately to make your stay exceptional. There are multiple restaurants and buffets to choose from and my personal best was at the grill dinner rib eye steak with blue cheese sauce. If you are not able to get a reservation, ask your butler as Jose helped us to get a table for our last supper to the desired restaurant. Buffet would recommend to come earlier as closer to the end, it seems that options were limited. We are always able to find chairs at the pool or at the beach. The room service is great and the rooms are clean. Only comment that mattress is firm(9 out of 10 firm) if you used to soft/medium mattress, it may be a problem.

Just got home was here for a week. The resort is absolutely beautiful. But the beaches need to be cleaned every morning of seaweed. The food is mediocre if you have a very strong stomach. I personally only stuck to certain things. I noticed the buffet everything seemed like it was cooked in the same pot. The steak tasted like oysters for example. The grill lunch is where we had the most luck at. People hounding on the beach to buy things gets a little tiring. The last night there was a cockroach in our room. It’s warranted with the heat. Just check your bags before you leave so you don’t bring them home. Our A/C wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk 5 times. Nothing resolved. I get it things break but it’s too hot and humid to sleep in, could’ve just switched us rooms. My opinion not worth what we paid.

Loved the resort. We were a family group of 6 and had adjoining room. Rooms are spacious showers are great and porches are roomy with an expandable dryign rack. Plenty to do the restaurant are all good and we enjoyed the buffet we liked the large buffet the best. Our rooms had excellent access to the beach pools and restaurants. Harry at the sea club was so kind and taught our kids how to scuba in the pool. Willy at the concierge desk was so helpful. We enjoyed all of the evening shows and the theater is so huge plenty of seats. We would definitely go back again.

This was our first time staying at this resort. We booked through Costco and got a great deal. Everything at the resort was wonderful and there were lots of options for food and drinks. There were many swimming pools and a lot of beachfront to utilize. There was entertainment every night and it was done very well. There were lots of activities to do throughout the day. The staff was great and very helpful and of course very friendly. Which I just speak as much Spanish as we could to at least get by and you can tell it was appreciated. The rooms were cleaned each day. If you wanted. There are lots of chairs and loungers throughout the beach. We upgraded ourselves to the VIP rooms what's just gave us a few more perks and better choices of alcohol. Overall it was a great trip and a resort.
