I spent 1 week with a friend at Impressive premium Punta Cana. We had a great time! Everything was lovely. The staff is incredible!very kind and helpful whenever we need. Special thanks to Jose ,Francois and Jerry!!:-) The rooms suite are very big, clean . The activities during the day are nice we had fun playing handball and dancing on the beach. 6 different restaurants where we can enjoy different food every night. I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday with friends or in couple.

Overall Impressive is a nice hotel, excellent food, good drinks, nice beach and plenty of pools. Would 100% recommend going premium as you get better drink selection, extra restaurants and just a better service. There are also lots of activities throughout the day to get involved in. Reason for the 4 stars is due to the language barrier we experienced, we felt like the staff catered more to the Spanish speaking guests and there were times we felt excluded from activities because the staff didn’t understand or speak English well. There was also a couple of times where the breakfast staff were talking about us. We also spoke to another couple who told us they got upgraded to premium for free which was abit annoying considering we paid However, this really was quite minor so I wouldn’t let it put you off. Shout out to the premium pool bar staff they were great throughout

Nice resort worth going premium for better quality spirits and full use of all bars, great beach area and water activities available, book at the beach hut for snokelling trip which was good. Food quality is okay with lots of options. Reception team i found to be very blaise as we booked a king sized bed and got a small double, after asking numerous times to the butler service (Inc with premium) and reception we gave up after 3 days chasing with no proper answer. I don't expect the hotel to read this review, but if offering a butler/contact service, then they really should be responding to messages. Premium pool and bar (nice staff) very good varied with activities to fill the day. Evening shows were decent. If you book premium, once you get there, try and pre-book the restaurants on offer as these book up very fast. You can use the hotel link once there. $35 in cab from airport, took just under 30mins. Not a great deal outside of hotel apart from few restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Bring USD as ATM is only DOP and ATM's outside were mostly out of service. Ask questions if needed. Overall a good hotel to book.

Yeah definitely not impressive. The beach is nice and that's about it. Food sucks, service sucks, front desk sucks. The premium isn't premium. House keeping is good. Entire place is very average and we would not return. The premium butler service is non existent. Guensly our "butler" is teets on a bull. He never even stepped foot inside our room in 2 weeks, had to chase him down the first couple days then just gave up on him. We paid for the ocean front room. The TV was messed up to where it wouldn't turn off, I had to make coffee in the bathroom because the coffee maker was unplugged and there was no way to plug it in in the room. Our bed was an old spring mattress that felt like a trampoline. There's a volleyball and mini soccer space right in front of the oceanfront premium buildings and its non stop with the balls being thrown or kicked over to the balcony. The food sucks and the bars never have ingredients to make the advertised drinks. Some staff are nice while majority hate the visitors. Most servers at the restaurants are incompetent. It's like the place has no management or standards. No manager every contacted us or asked how is everything and we stayed for 14 days. Power goes out every couple of days. Internet is hit or miss. There is not a separate wifi network for the premium area as advertised. Theres non stop selling of crap on the beach by vendors and garbage tour companies. They do not have a business working space for remote work. Yikes need a vacation from the vacation.

• My wife, son and I stayed for 10 days. Nice resort, worth premium for better quality. The staff is incredible, very kind and helpful whenever we need. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Food quality is okay with lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.
