There are so many positives yet negatives of this resort. Firstly, the resort was very clean and staff were great. The rooms on the Punta Cana side were average, the bathrooms were nice but the actual room was dated. The food at the Ala Carte restaurants was good but the buffet was average for an all inclusive. The resort itself and the beach were nice. The entertainment could be so much better. There was hardly any music at the pools, no swim up bar (not the end of the world as they have servers but when it's busy you may be waiting a while) and the night life was very disappointing. The activities seemed to end early in the evening and even the club was disappointing.

I came to Punta Cana with my husband I like the beach I like the restaurant I like the drinks I drank strawberry daiquiri. I love them, mama. I love the peoples, and my husband was at the show. My husband was the best dancer. We gonna come back definitel from the animation stuff, Tyson and Adonis are good. We had a lot of fun with these people. They made our trip memorable.

We just got back from this resort for a wedding. The pools and beach were great! Food was good. Service was good. The rooms are a little dated. The gym was excellent. Only complaints were our room seemed like they didn’t clean our room a few times near the end. Sheets weren’t changed, and they didn’t restock the fridge. Also, they allow vendors on site, and they were aggressive with wanting us to buy their items. Kind of turned me off. Other than that it was a good vacation.

Overall great experience, no complaints. Fit and fun program is really nice, I played tennis, pickle ball and most importantly basketball. Angel from Fit and Fun was really nice and was willing to play ball with me even outside his hours, the staff is really top notch. They’re caring and friendly, if you plan on going and you’re into sports, I really suggest going to see Angel!

First, the weather was spectacular and the grounds were beautiful and clean! Now for the cons, booze was watered down, hard to communicate dietary restrictions (gluten free) and navigate food options, constantly hassled about time share breakfast and approached by vendors on the beach. Ton of seaweed in the ocean.
