There are so many positives yet negatives of this resort. Firstly, the resort was very clean and staff were great. The rooms on the Punta Cana side were average, the bathrooms were nice but the actual room was dated. The food at the Ala Carte restaurants was good but the buffet was average for an all inclusive. The resort itself and the beach were nice. The entertainment could be so much better. There was hardly any music at the pools, no swim up bar (not the end of the world as they have servers but when it's busy you may be waiting a while) and the night life was very disappointing. The activities seemed to end early in the evening and even the club was disappointing.

I came to Punta Cana with my husband I like the beach I like the restaurant I like the drinks I drank strawberry daiquiri. I love them, mama. I love the peoples, and my husband was at the show. My husband was the best dancer. We gonna come back definitel from the animation stuff, Tyson and Adonis are good. We had a lot of fun with these people. They made our trip memorable.

She was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall hospitality. Every detail was taken care of, and she felt relaxed and well attended throughout her stay. Thank you to the Iberostar team for making her visit so memorable.

The grounds were beautiful, and the beach was right there. I thought the food selection was plentiful, but not having been to other AI resorts, I can’t compare. The workers were amazingly friendly. The shuttle to the golf course and the reasonable price for golf was a plus. The wifi worked great. A couple of improvement opportunities- our room didn’t get cleaned twice, which was more of an annoyance needing to ask for more towels. The other thing was the insistence on attending this briefing, which I wasn’t able to because of other activities. I feel that it was a lengthy sales pitch for something, but unfortunately departure instructions were shared there, so I missed out on valuable information, which was a bit nerve wracking.

A roach was found in the room, and no action was taken to address it. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want is to see pests roaming around. The staff seemed to treat it as if it was completely normal, but it’s not. There was no offer of a refund, a discount, or even a night’s credit to switch to another property. If you’re comfortable with roaches, then this place might be fine for you.
