🇩🇴 All Inclusive Day Pass Review 🌴 For what it’s worth, possibly the best value All Inclusive Day Pass ($65) in Punta Cana! The pools are great, the beach is very clean and spacious. The food and service is average at most, be prepared to do a lot of walking to get to the pool, the snack bar, the buffet. I would definitely recommend arriving early to get checked in and making it to breakfast. There’s not much information available to know when certain restaurants open or close, so be sure to ask staff in Spanish for more info. You will definitely get your moneys worth, relax and enjoy your time!

Our stay at the Iberostar Punta Cana Wave was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and located right on a stunning beach with white sand and turquoise water. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The service deserves special praise: the entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. A very special thank you goes to Isaura, whose warm personality, professionalism, and constant smile truly made our vacation even more special. She always took the time to help, was incredibly kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome — a true highlight of our stay. The food was varied and of great quality, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants. With plenty of activities and a relaxed atmosphere, the resort offers the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the Iberostar Punta Cana Wave. An unforgettable vacation! 🌴✨

Fantastic location. The resort consists of five hotels of different standards, spread over a very large area. Walking to the beach takes you through beautiful greenery and palm trees, which creates a great tropical atmosphere. It’s worth noting that there is only one shop on the hotel grounds and no shops in the surrounding area, so it’s a good idea to bring everything you might need with you. The room itself was decent, clean and comfortable. The main drawback was the bathroom, which would definitely benefit from renovation. However, the room was clean, there was no musty smell, and the air conditioning worked properly. Housekeeping service was provided daily. The food selection was enormous, you can basically eat from morning until evening 😄. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even though some dishes repeated, it was easy to choose something different every day. Toward the end of our stay, there was a problem finding a table for dinner, as there were clearly too few tables for the number of guests. There are also several à la carte restaurants on the resort grounds, it’s important to make reservations in advance for each of them. The hotel is located on the ocean side, so don’t expect calm, turquoise water. The waves are powerful, and the wind can be strong enough to blow towels away at times. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve by better securing the beach area. On the beach, the number of sunbeds is limited, so it’s best to go early. There is also a company on the beach organizing boat trips — a great team, definitely worth going with them. Time at the pool flies by, as the hotel animators constantly organize various activities. I especially recommend bingo 😅. There are many bars on the property and a huge selection of drinks. Overall, this is a classic resort-style hotel, ideal for guests who enjoy an active, lively atmosphere and having everything in one place. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it’s a stay that offers a lot and is definitely worth considering.

Overall great resort! Rooms were nice, a little dated. Lots of amenities and activities on resort, shops, gym, classes, daycare, live entertainment and shows, casino, a la carte resteraunts, ATM, Duty free. Nice beach! Rough waves, sea level drops fast from shoreline. Lots to do on the beach, excursions, etc... Pools are huge, plenty of space, too bad no swim up bars but there's friendly servers walking around "the amo!" Staff are cool, some just mind their own business, but when you say hi they respond, I mean they just at work, like we all do. Careful with prices of things, shops, excursions, exchange rates etc. Resteraunts were plentiful, bars were plentiful, plentiful Food options, plentiful drinks options. Coconut trees and sunshine was plentiful, and I was there during hurricane Melissa.
