I had a great time on my family vacation, oscar is the best waiter they have he is the sweetest makes you feel extremely welcomed and always has a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The resort is peaceful. And had a beautiful view. The ocean this time of year had alot of jellyfish so be careful. But the pool was always clean. If you ever at the bar at the pool look for luis cardona he is so funny and makes great drinks.

Beach is dirty because of lagoon, seems like not naturally clear water. Food was not good. Many things are over salted. In restaurant they made error in language and brought us the T-bone that we didnt order amd we still have to pay. No one apologized for their mistake. You can only go to restaurant once for each 2 days of stay, book reservation early or you don't get in. We had 3 days but only got in 2 times. Pool is very nice but drinks have too much sugar. All were so sweet, too much. Rooms are dated. Entertainment team does a good job. I think for the price its ok.

Arrived Tuesday. Fast check in, beautiful rooms. The service has been excellent so far, always with a smile. The buffet has a choice for all and the al a carte also amazing. The pool area is also clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

On our final day of a fabulous 2 weeks stay. Room is immaculate although a little worn looking. Cleaned well every day. Only down side was the fan which was very noisy and we were unable to turn off. If s2t it to off it Heated the room up. Until today the service has been excellent with prompt response and everyone attempting to communicate when they realised we didn't speak Spanish. Yesterday saw a sudden influx of Spanish speaking guest who are incredibly noisy and rude. Pushing us out the way to take all the food in the dining room, each playing their own choice of music around the pool. One was so determined to get the particular sunbed she wanted it was dragged over my partners foot. The beach is fabulous and we have swam in the sea every day. Very little weed and no sign of jelly fish. The water is a little murky but put that down to the storms. Would definitely recommend this hotel. They have endeavoured to make our stay as wonderful as possible

I really loved the place! The food was so good, the entertainment was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything was so beautiful and nice. The drinks were delicious, they have some great bartenders too. If you ever go, make sure to go the pool bar and have a chat with Luis, very fun and interesting guy. Overall every worker was nice pleasant to speak with.
