The hotel is in a superb location. It's a bit dated as far as the rooms, but they are revamping it by sectors, that's understandable. There are some queues to be expected at the pool bar, that's sad. The entertainment is top notch, with big kudos to Super Felix! The food is amazing at all the buffets, but it's missing a snack bar near the beach for those people who don't eat burgers and buffalo wings all day long. A nice water park for teenagers and adults would be a great plus. And better beer!

I stayed at Bahia Punta Cana. The resort itself is beautiful they ensure to keep Everything clean. Check in is a mess Room was not ready at 3pm I didn’t get into a room until around 5pm. There are so many rude staff at the front desk. It seems as though you paid already so deal with it. I asked to speak with a manager a few times and was told there was no supervisor or manager on site. After a few hours of back and forth trying to get a room I was told due to my inconvenience i would get a newly renovated room By the beach. What I got was a room not by the beach or newly renovated that had no AC or working refrigerator. I had to go back to The front desk to get another room. Not a great experience. Then I ordered a cake I never received for my daughter’s birthday. The buffet food wasn’t so great although there were plenty of options. Too many flies on the food. I can say they offer you drinks very often. The shows were nice. I enjoyed the pool and beach. It a pretty place once you get past the front desk hassles.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is very good, with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. However, the rooms could use some improvement in terms of comfort and amenities. While the hotel restaurants were quite disappointing, with subpar food and service, the buffet was a standout. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the service was impeccable. It's clear that the buffet is where the hotel truly shines when it comes to dining.

The staff is really nice and lovely. Especially Angel Lasal from the Italian restaurant. But the rooms don't get cold enough, the buffet area is really hot and full of mosquitoes. The food is ok, but could be better. The rooms look nice but there were hairs in the bathtub which makes me think is not that clean. The pools close at 7 which is ridiculous. They should be available at least until 9 or 10 because we paid a lot of money and we cannot be at the pool until night drinking a few cocktails. There are not many activities to do in the hotel. If you are hungry after 10, there is nothing to eat. I asked for a Do Not Disturb sign and they never gave it to me. I asked for water bottles for the room and they only gave me 3. I called several times to the front desk and they never answer. Is safe to say, I'm not coming back to this hotel.

The garden grill was amazing. Excellent service. The meat platter was enormous. Enough food for at least 4 people. Great times had by everyone. Our server Francisco Cedeño was the best!!
