I only have positive things to say about the Bahia Grand Principe Punta Cana!! We were a 2 minute walk from the beach and it was so beautiful. Our housekeeper became our friend and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. The food was excellent wherever we ate! My favorite was the Tequila restaurant. Night time it's like entering another world of color and music. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time!

We came here for my sister birthday and had a great time. The resort was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. We received exceptional service from these amazing bartenders Franky and Enerio. Friendly and welcoming and always made sure we had a drink in our hand. Some days the food was not the greatest but they had great options. Sometimes our burgers were not cooked completely, we hope the next time we return we will have better experience with the food. Other than that the resort was beautiful and lots of fun. We hope to see you soon!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool where I enjoyed dancing and exercising. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding — staff were friendly, warm, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the beach was simply beautiful. I would especially like to thank Ezequiel, who was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. I became unwell and he personally assisted me in getting to the hospital and checked on me afterward to make sure I was okay. His support truly made a difference. One suggestion for improvement: it would have been helpful if, upon arrival, we were provided with more detailed information about the hotel’s facilities and activities — either through a welcome briefing or an informative website. This would allow guests to make the most of everything available. Also, I strongly recommend that travelers have valid travel insurance. Even a simple cold or flu can cost over $3,000 in medical expenses here, so it's better to be prepared.

Entertainment crew Anthony and Junior were amazing! Life of the party! 10/10 recommend this resort. Everything has been amazing. Great food. Fantastic rooms and the staff couldn’t be better!! I will absolutely be coming back as soon as I can.

The resort is absolutely amazing boasting an incredible landscaping, rooms, food, service and amenities. There are pools everywhere but the main beach pool still manages to be crowded. There's always a party going on every night especially at the village center. And the nightly performance are pretty good too. So there's never a dull moment. The Bavaro Beach is very nice offering many water sports and the nearby corals are beautiful and great for divers.
