Extremely bad experience personally. Travelled with family, 11 year old and 4 month old with my husband. The country itself was amazing, amazing buffet, amazing people but the resort was terrible!!! We changed the room 3 times, the door was not working with the key in the first room. The second room was very unhealthy to breathe in, smell of mold and wet bed. The front desk was giving attitude when we asked for extra towels or we needed shampoo. The shampoo bottles were always empty, the shower had a really bad smell. Imagine this is ALL INCLUSIVE, we asked for extra bottles of water because the mini fridge only has 4 and we are 3 people, one bottle is not enough over night! To get to the buffet or the main lobby, you have to hop into those electric golf carts and we had a baby stroller it was very stressful because the golf carts are not safety with a baby. The air conditioning was so old you can smell the nasty filters we were having headaches and sneezing nonstop. The buffet and whole hotel has NO A/C, you literally sweat and eat inside the buffet. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of money and our time should’ve went to Cancun much better!

Had a good time. Weather was perfect, restrants were very good and the buffets were great for lunches. The breakfast buffet was good ,sometimes the food was not warm enough but the fresh food was very good. The workers were very polite and accommodating. If you needed something, they did there best to get it. The first days, hey didn't have the premium alcohol that I drink and I asked my bartender, and I had it the rest of my stay. The maid service was resly good never had any problems in the room.

I had an incredible time thanks to Anthony, Oscar, Jorgi, Joel, Abrahan, and Robinson! They were absolutely amazing, always full of energy and made sure we were entertained from start to finish. The activities they had planned were so much fun and really brought everyone together. I would 100% recommend!

I stayed in this hotel back in February of 2025. Lobby personnel were very friendly. However; our room was infested by mosquitoes. An infestation of bugs! I reported it to the hotel lobby numerous times as soon as we were given the keys to the room. I explained to them multiple times that I was traveling with a small child and my child is highly sensitive and allergic to mosquitoes bites. They kept giving me the run around saying the maids were gone for the day. I begged the hotel staff to clean/change my room with no luck. Ultimately, my child ended up being extremely sick with a horrible rash on her face that needed medical treatment. In addition due to her severe rash we also had to endure everyone staring at us and asking questions like we were aliens. No one took responsibility for what happened to my child due to your poor cleaning conditions. The hotel did not cover the medical expenses either. A total nightmare with a sick child in a foreign country. This could have been avoided if they listened to my numerous complaints and concerns. Horrible experience at this hotel! Do not recommend!

Started in a junior suite that had a missing bed and no running water in the bathroom. I wasn't too confident in being placed in another room, so we decided to upgrade to a two room suite that more than made up for the first impression. Service was speedy, food was pretty good, and the activities and shows were very well planned and organized.
