They have different activity in different shows every night and all the if you wanna have a beautiful vacation or a beautiful day with your family, this is the place that you have to go The employment here are so friendly and always happy especially Christopher boy and Esmeralda. The check-in process was extremely lengthy. Although check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, my family and I had to wait over an hour and a half for our rooms to be ready. Booking any dining experience was impossible, as all the restaurants were fully booked for the entire week. Reservations cannot be made over the phone and must be done at the front desk, only to be told that everything is fully booked.
If you book this hotel, download their app as soon as you arrive or before to try to book the restaurants. (We did end up going to the restaurants we wanted but we're a walk in and had to wait for a 30 min or so to be seated, which wasn't bad) that was our other option.
The rooms are outdated, with squeaky uncomfortable mattresses and bedding; short bouts of light leaving but it leaves a few times a day. The bathroom leaks, and the tub is difficult to access as it is over knee height, posing a significant hazard for anyone with mobility issues or young children. Room service takes over an hour, (I'm assuming there is a fee after your first room order, since on day 2 I ordered breakfast and the fee was $17) The shuttle service runs infrequently, perhaps once every hour although they say every 30min. The hotel is part of a chain of three hotels, all of which provide similarly poor service. You have to call and hope you get someone to pass by within the hour at least (room did not provide any toiletries) I called and received no one to provide me the items.
While the entertainment was fairly good, the food was also very good (buffet and restaurants) they were the only redeeming features of our stay. The staff were truly amazing and friendly. Overall, I would not come back to this hotel. It was not the cheapest but it was on the cheaper side. I rather book a quality hotel and experience with much better communication and ease of accessing room service and services.

Ovandy at Palladium was so sweet and absolutely phenomenal! Nacho was quick to handle a concern at the beginning of our trip and addressed it with a lot of understanding and a smile despite the exhausted tone and face I must of had from travel (sorry Nacho it wasn’t personal and you are so appreciated!!). Extra love to Eduardo (golf cart driver, but SO much more), who was incredibly attentive with a genuine desire for everyone to have the best and most memorable vacation. He went above and beyond in different aspects of our trip, and we are forever grateful for his hospitality ❤️

Overall, this was a fun vacation with the family. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to these resort vacations. One of the better services we got was from our housekeeper- Jose Luis Rodriguez, he did such a great job. Every day was a surprise and he went above and beyond with the room preparation. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the resort, even with the “travel club” status, the carts would not pick us up- if you’re paying extra for a service I would expect that to be returned. The servers in the restaurants were a hit or miss.
Overall I’d give this vacation a 4 out of 5.

What an amazing trip! Perfect weather, food, gorgeous front beach view, live music, service and wedding venue! We loved every minute of it. Thank you to all wonderful staff at Gran Palladium Punta Cana, the wait staff, bartenders and specially to Ana our wedding planner who made sure every detail was perfect and we had our fairytale wedding!! 🇩🇴🥳💍🏝️🥰
