Grand Palladium Palace provided us with a great experience! Some of our vacation highlights involved the entertainment team’s endless energy and the bar staff’s welcoming attitude! Carlos and William at the swim up bar were friendly faces to see for happy hour at the pool. Alexander, Perdo and Cristian were standouts for our group at the lobby bar no matter time of day or how busy the bar was. Although we didn’t get to know the other staff members at the lobby bar, each of them made connections with all the guest around us and it was always a pleasant energy walking by. The entertainment team worked endlessly by the pool with a combination of sports, fun workouts and dancing. There was live music every night in multiple locations.
We had some ups and downs, but it’s important to highlight the hard working staff.

The resort offers top-notch service, luxurious accommodations, and a stunning beachfront location. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like royalty. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. The amenities are fantastic, from the pools to the spa, there's something for everyone. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Grand Palladium Resort for a truly amazing vacation! Make sure to see the smile services for a great time and a chance at the magic box! They were excellent poolside! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was such a lovely trip! We went for vacation and stayed about 5 days. The pools were amazing! The kid friendly pool was the place to be! Cristopher, Pedro, and Gerald were so funny and the activities they brought were so silly! Relaxing is definitely an option, but if you want a bit more action there are also a lot of opportunities. The service was awesome. The rooms were very clean and kept. Very lovely vacation spot

Beautiful location. Clean beaches, regularly maintained. Friendly attentive staff. Great range of food and many speciality restaurants. Great ocean view from our room. Regular room cleaning and mini bar topping up by the house staff. Highly recommended. This is our fourth trip to the Dominican Republic, and this is the best of many excellent places we have stayed.

First off what a stunning resort! The landscaping was absolutely beautiful anywhere you turned to look. We stayed as a couple in the Palace swim up pool suites and it was beautiful and right next to the ocean which was so great!
The rooms are slightly outdated - we had some initial issues with some knobs not working and falling but the staff was immediate with sending maintenance over to handle any issues had.
The staff was wonderful - I highly recommend booking with the concierge for reservations at the restaurants as the first thing you do when you get there. Even if they tell you that there is no reservations for the day of have them double check all the restaurants as there is usually something available.
That being said - everyone kept pushing that the Japanese restaurant was the best on the resort - when we actually found Lola, the Spanish tapas restaurant to be the best restaurant in the resort. The indian restaurant was delicious as well.
We also did the escape room on the resort which was so fun!
Onto the beach - my only critique is that I wish there were some more beach chairs. That would have been great. Other than that everything was sublime.
The spa was also absolutely wonderful - highly recommend, especially if there is a rainy day in the forecast.
