Beautiful grounds, beautiful beach.
Service is slow at times. Rooms are not amazing, we had to change the room because our AC did not bring the temperature below 25.5C, but changing the room went fairly smoothly. Replacing a non-working card took 2 trips to the concierge desk and a visit from the technician who disassembled the locking mechanism only to find out that it was working fine and we needed to just be issued a new card instead.
Food is high quality for the price and choices and plentiful. The con is that the beautiful fresh seafood gets overcooked at the carving stations but you can intervene to avert it.
Vast grounds, great for morning runs.
Overall, really enjoyed my time and will come back. The recommendation to the management is to invest into English training for the staff and do renos whenever needed, they have a beautiful piece of land to work with!!

The location is absolutely stunning, right on the ocean. The water and sand are exceptionally clean and pleasantly warm, even in December. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday in the sun. Our room was spacious and spotless, adding to our comfort. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit juices at breakfast, which were a highlight. However, the coffee could be improved, and it would be better if the cooked food in the buffet was served on hot plates to keep it warm. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana is an outstanding hotel that offers a truly memorable experience. The service is top-notch, with staff ensuring every detail is perfect. The restaurants provide a wide variety of delicious dishes, more than enough to satisfy any appetite. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need. The beach is one of the best—pristine, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to unwind. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this hotel has it all. Highly recommended!

We have been having a great time! We did have a medical emergency with a family member and the general manager was amazing in getting us connected with them as they did not have a phone to communicate.
The electrical is a little wonky, but hey, we have lighting! Any issues we had they are on it pretty well right away.

Please read. I cannot recommend enough that folks stay away from this resort until they figure out what they're doing.
For starters, I received bad food poisoning - the kind that keeps you face-down in a toilet for two straight days. Safety aside, the food in general tasted putrid - our family actually had a hard time not going to bed hungry. Room service wasn't much help - we ordered it 3 times, and got the wrong order all 3 times.
We also had issues with our restaurant reservations, getting the maids to clean our room, and getting our shower to have hot water with decent pressure.
As a cherry on top, we agreed to take part in a 60-minute "presentation" to have Palladium pitch their "VIP Club", and were promised tickets to the cabaret show in exchange. Not only did the presentation last THREE HOURS and we literally could not leave it (they take you in a golf cart about a mile from the beach), they also still tried to charge us full price for the cabaret tickets at check-out.
Had a laughability bad time from check-in to check-out - 5 days total. I'm thinking I might have to write a novella about it.
