We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and there’s lots to do. The service was excellent throughout our stay. One staff member in particular, Luisito, really stood out. He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us calling us his Canadian family. He helped arrange transportation and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Luisito also had a fun little greeting he would do when he saw us a cheerful “cucú!” which always made us smile. It became something we looked forward to hearing when we saw him travelling around the resort in his cart. Staff like Luisito really make a vacation memorable. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the entire hotel complex. Everything was beautiful and well maintained, and we truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to Jose Luis Rodrigue, who took care of our room. He was incredibly kind and attentive. He always made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did his work absolutely spotless every single day. He was especially wonderful with our children — always friendly, warm, and playful. They really liked him! When our son unfortunately got sick one day, Jose immediately made sure that all the bed linens were freshly changed and that everything was extra clean. We truly appreciated his care and attention during that time. We felt comfortable every single day because of him. We can wholeheartedly recommend Jose Luis Rodrigue — he does his job with so much care and kindness. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

We arrived late in evening, staff is limited but we were able to get our room quickly. At the start, we received room on first floor and was very nice, renovated and clean but a few cockroach in our room. We were able to switch room and get another one on the second floor. The guest service Victor and Lisbeth were amazing, they worked with us and our other friends to get us a new room. The other party in our group had hot water issues. If you take your time to explain and you are open minded, you will have a memorable experience. Bravo Victor and Lisbeth for your time and willingness to help and make our stay at Grand Palladium Bavaro a good stay. We recommend this hotel for the beautiful beach of bavaro.

We’ve just returned from a week-long family holiday at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Hotel, Resort & Spa, and honestly, we had a fantastic time.i didn’t want to leave! The food was great, and I genuinely don’t understand some of the reviews saying otherwise. The lunch options were especially amazing—rice and peas, stew chicken, barbecue chicken… all well seasoned, full of flavour, and tasted like real Caribbean food, not just salt and pepper. The only restaurant I didn’t really enjoy was the Japanese, but everything else more than made up for it. I especially want to thank Damelis Ana, and Cheyanne at Guest Services. Damelis in particular was incredible—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and had upgraded our room, but there was a bit of a mishap and the room wasn’t right at first. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. However, by the next day everything was sorted, and thanks to Guest Services (especially Damelis), we were very happy in the end. The weather was great, the vibe was great, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. It really just felt like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

He went above and beyond to assist us — not only answering our questions, but also recommending wonderful spots to eat. Jose’s positive attitude and warm personality made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Customer service truly deserves a perfect 10 thanks to him. Highly recommended!
