This is a great place to stay and great family environment. The room is a bit dated, aside from that this place is really wonderful. We spent our entire time at the pools or at the beach and they are both fantastic. Facility is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Be aware, if you accept the invitation for the tour and membership sales pitch, it can take quite a bit of time, and will be a sales pitch for a membership, after all. Just say "no thank you" right up front if this isn't something you are interested in.

Ruth at the pool bar near 3000 was absolutely amazing. Her service and great personality made our experience incredible. Our housekeeper (2130 Dec 22nd to29th) maintained our room daily to a very high standard. We have travelled to many resorts plus enjoyed over 30 cruises and this resort rates at the top of them all. Dining service plus food was truly 5 star . As usual specialty dining was hard to book but worth the wait. Thank you we will return Joan & Wayne

Hello, We are travel club members and never have been treated so badly! First off when checking into room 6516 we had none of the perks that we received in Mexico including a robe, a bottle and pool towels. The safe did not work, there was no hot water. We were placed rate beside construction with our 3 month old baby! We had to pay someone 20 usd to finally get a baby crib. Butler did nothing. We were charged full amounts for massage even though we had palladium dollars… we want refund for the amount as we also didn’t use the excursion… so it should be free. Christopher the golf cart driver was the one of the only positive people at the resort. Highly disappointed as presidential travel club member. We will not be returning and warn any future members.

Worst Vacation Ever at Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa I usually take about three out-of-country vacations each year, so I consider myself quite experienced with different resorts and service standards. Unfortunately, my recent trip to the Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa was hands down the worst vacation I have ever taken. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was not interested in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The customer service was abysmal—85% staff members were consistently rude, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. Instead of being greeted with warmth or hospitality, we felt ignored and dismissed at every turn. The staff’s attitude was far from professional; they seemed more interested in rushing us away than assisting us with any questions or concerns. On the first day, we had no clean washcloth, no pillowcase, and no sheets. We waited four hours and called the front desk multiple times. Went to the front desk three different times before we received clean sheets and rags four hours later. The food was another major disappointment. It was consistently bland, poorly prepared, and lacked any authentic flavor or variety. My husband got food poisoning. We only had the opportunity to try one restaurant within the resort unfortunately, we had to eat at the buffet for all our meals. We were told all restaurants were fully booked and had no available reservations. But each meal was worse than the last. It was, in fact, one of the most disappointing aspects of the trip. One particular staff member, David, stood out as especially unpleasant. His attitude was dismissive and rude, making us feel like we were a burden rather than valued guests. It’s unacceptable for a guest to feel unwelcome in any hospitality setting, and unfortunately, that was our experience with him. Overall, the resort fell short of even the most basic expectations for customer service and comfort. It was a frustrating, disheartening experience that left us wishing we had chosen a different destination. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation. Save your money and time—there are far better options out there that genuinely value their guests and provide quality service. This is our 4th trip to the DR and the worst one yet Avoid at all costs if you want a stress-free, pleasant vacation.

Nice Christmas, excellent and friendly staff🎄👍the food is really good, the pool are amazing. The spot is dreamy. The room was not that clean, ripped pillow case, stained sheets and missing items in the room. Everything got replaced within 24hrs.
