Stayed there 1 week as a family of 4 beginning of January. We had a lovely stay at Grand Palladium Punta Cana. It’s a very spacious resort, so be prepared to do some walking, but the layout is beautiful. Dining Highlights: * El Dorado: The best service of our trip! Jhonathan was incredible at anticipating our needs, and the steak with pepper sauce was seasoned to perfection. * Adelita: An Instagrammable spot with amazing Chicken Mole and Churros. * Bamboo: Beautifully renovated, though the food was a bit salty and service was slow.(albeit they had just reopened) * Buffet: A consistently good selection of options every day. Drinks & Service: The lobby bar is the place to be—Letitia provides the absolute best bar service on the property! The fresh passionfruit mojitos are a must-try, though remember to specifically ask for top-shelf liquor. The Room: Our room was spacious and very clean. However, the interiors are starting to feel like they need an update, and I personally wasn't a fan of the glass doors for the toilet—it lacks a bit of privacy. Beach & Atmosphere: The beach is beautiful, but it’s popular; you’ll need to arrive early to snag a chair. Overall, this is a very quiet resort. I’d highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. The food was incredible, the accommodations were beautiful, and the white-sand beaches were truly breathtaking. We loved the peaceful, quiet vibe of the resort, while still having the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Everything felt thoughtfully done and effortless. A very special mention goes to Luis, the bellman, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and so well taken care of. We are deeply grateful for his exceptional service. The beach bar staff were also amazing—friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. They truly added to our beach days and made every moment feel easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return.

This is a great place to stay and great family environment. The room is a bit dated, aside from that this place is really wonderful. We spent our entire time at the pools or at the beach and they are both fantastic. Facility is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Be aware, if you accept the invitation for the tour and membership sales pitch, it can take quite a bit of time, and will be a sales pitch for a membership, after all. Just say "no thank you" right up front if this isn't something you are interested in.

Ruth at the pool bar near 3000 was absolutely amazing. Her service and great personality made our experience incredible. Our housekeeper (2130 Dec 22nd to29th) maintained our room daily to a very high standard. We have travelled to many resorts plus enjoyed over 30 cruises and this resort rates at the top of them all. Dining service plus food was truly 5 star . As usual specialty dining was hard to book but worth the wait. Thank you we will return Joan & Wayne

This was our third stay at Grand Palladium. You really do feel like you go from guests to family. We are bravaro travel club members, but with bravaro under renovations I wasnt sure what to expect. Our room was perfect, we had 3 girls in a loft bedroom. Plenty of room and space for the 3 of us. The entertainment this year was awesome, the palace lobby had alot of show nights as well as we did the white party and the chic cabaret. THE FOOD, I felt this year was the best out of the 3 years I have been there. Buffets had a ton of options and the a la cartes, were so good. My favorite restaurants were Sumptori, Helios, Caprichios, Bhogii. The beach was stunning. The spa was a 10/10 of course. We did a private party boat excursion that was also 10/10. This resort is truly the best of the best, from the facilities, entertainment, food, beaches to the people. We really do feel like family here. HUGE shout out to Maritza for always making sure we have everything we need, checking in on us (before, during and after our stay) we love seeing her every year. Another huge shoutout to Christopher and Julio, our drivers for the week. They were so kind, funny, and always willing to drive us around. They were also very fast to communicate with on WhatsApp on the resort. Another huge shoutout to our Palace lobby bartenders/ servers... Jyostin, Angelique, Lyuigi, John, although we just met Angelique this year, we have known the other boys for 3 years. Every time we see them they are just as happy to see us, as we are of them. They know our orders off by heart, they are kind, sweet, and funny. We go for a drink before supper every night just to see them. They all treated us so good. We love our nights at the lobby and WE LOVE YOUU!!! ❤️ can't wait to come back next year xoxo Victoria and the girls 💕
