We arrived late in evening, staff is limited but we were able to get our room quickly. At the start, we received room on first floor and was very nice, renovated and clean but a few cockroach in our room. We were able to switch room and get another one on the second floor. The guest service Victor and Lisbeth were amazing, they worked with us and our other friends to get us a new room. The other party in our group had hot water issues. If you take your time to explain and you are open minded, you will have a memorable experience. Bravo Victor and Lisbeth for your time and willingness to help and make our stay at Grand Palladium Bavaro a good stay. We recommend this hotel for the beautiful beach of bavaro.

We’ve just returned from a week-long family holiday at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Hotel, Resort & Spa, and honestly, we had a fantastic time.i didn’t want to leave! The food was great, and I genuinely don’t understand some of the reviews saying otherwise. The lunch options were especially amazing—rice and peas, stew chicken, barbecue chicken… all well seasoned, full of flavour, and tasted like real Caribbean food, not just salt and pepper. The only restaurant I didn’t really enjoy was the Japanese, but everything else more than made up for it. I especially want to thank Damelis Ana, and Cheyanne at Guest Services. Damelis in particular was incredible—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and had upgraded our room, but there was a bit of a mishap and the room wasn’t right at first. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. However, by the next day everything was sorted, and thanks to Guest Services (especially Damelis), we were very happy in the end. The weather was great, the vibe was great, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. It really just felt like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

🇩🇴 All Inclusive Day Pass Review 🌴 I highly recommend getting a day pass to Grand Palladium Palace Resort ($90). From the moment you drive past the gate, you truly feel like you’re in a resort and very safe. The staff and service were incredible. Everything is conveniently set up so you’re not doing much walking from getting your towel, to going to the pool, to getting your food and going to the beach. The food was very fresh and tasteful unlike other resorts. The drinks were amazing with a great selection of mocktails too. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there even though it went by too fast! I would recommend getting there early to get a seat by the pool because it does get packed quickly.

The hotel was beautiful, everyone was very very nice. The pools were excellent. Our room service was fantastic. José Luis R did an incredible job keeping our fridge stocked, and made sure there was lots of water for us. José also put flower arrangements on our bed, making it a surprise every time we walked through the door. Jose also greeted us every time we met through the halls, he is a very kind and bubbly person. He made our stay and experience more enjoyable.

Stayed there 1 week as a family of 4 beginning of January. We had a lovely stay at Grand Palladium Punta Cana. It’s a very spacious resort, so be prepared to do some walking, but the layout is beautiful. Dining Highlights: * El Dorado: The best service of our trip! Jhonathan was incredible at anticipating our needs, and the steak with pepper sauce was seasoned to perfection. * Adelita: An Instagrammable spot with amazing Chicken Mole and Churros. * Bamboo: Beautifully renovated, though the food was a bit salty and service was slow.(albeit they had just reopened) * Buffet: A consistently good selection of options every day. Drinks & Service: The lobby bar is the place to be—Letitia provides the absolute best bar service on the property! The fresh passionfruit mojitos are a must-try, though remember to specifically ask for top-shelf liquor. The Room: Our room was spacious and very clean. However, the interiors are starting to feel like they need an update, and I personally wasn't a fan of the glass doors for the toilet—it lacks a bit of privacy. Beach & Atmosphere: The beach is beautiful, but it’s popular; you’ll need to arrive early to snag a chair. Overall, this is a very quiet resort. I’d highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
