We had an amazing experience at the Caribe Deluxe Princess, which surpassed our expectations. The rooms were of high quality and clean. The natural surroundings and beach were stunning. The food overall was pretty good. Using the app to book restaurants was good, but had to remember to book two days ahead. What made the resort stand out the most was the staff, really amazing and hard working. Can definetly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at the Princess Hotel and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, and the bartenders provided excellent service. The entertainment team was phenomenal, making our stay truly memorable. Andres and Pablo organized a fun men vs. women battle and a karaoke night that turned into a special evening for my family. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation.

Very nice staff and views. Very accommodating to your needs. Can speak all languages so there’s no confusion and you can navigate your way across whether you speak English, French, etc. The hosts who run the shows are very good they make sure the audience stays engaged and as a person who participated in these shows. A big shout out to Julio who made sure that the energy was always up. Never a dull moment here. Perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself

We met a very good team of animators at this hotel, especially Diana - an incredibly wonderful girl, talented, conducts very good dances on the beach and various shows at theater. The team of animators is professional and conducts all events at a high level. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Archery practice with Esteban was great. It was my first time trying it out and he was very patient, warm and showed mastery of the sport while teaching. There’s also archery lessons for the little kids. 10/10, I highly recommend.
