I just love it here! I went for 3 days 2 nights and i end it adding another night. The services was excellent, from housekeeping to bartender, like every employee have a smile on the face, everyone! Always willing to help in anything. Food (buffet)was good, unfortunately couldn't attend to the restaurants because they were pack. Rooms are really nice, the 3 pools are very cool and different, especially one dedicated to kids with slides and other stuff, love it. Also the beach, omg super clean and warm. I highly recommend it here!

This was my second time staying at the caribe deluxe resort and the reason I returned was for the hospitality and service I had received. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous but Melodie at the guest service desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make my stay an unforgettable one. She saw in the reservation that I was celebrating my birthday and coming with my family. Therefore we had 2 suites. When we arrived we were so surprised to find champagne bottles and fresh fruit baskets in both suites and my room was beautifully decorated and I had my own birthday cake. She didn't stop there. Everyday she contacted me to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. Melodie is by far the best hotel concierge I have ever met. She's truly a breath of fresh air one sees on arrival to the resort. She is sn asset to the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service staff. We are looking forward to spend more birthdays at the caribe deluxe resort . THANK YOU MELODIE FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

The hotel had everything we needed as a family of four. Went for my daughter’s 12th birthday and Melody and team from guest service decorated the room beautifully (additional cost) but my daughter loved it! Also Santo (server in buffet and in different restaurants) was an absolute all star! He catered to us and our kids we looked for him always! We had a blast! Thank you Tropical Deluxe!

Beautiful property with a beautiful location. The wildlife and fauna are amazing. We upgraded to the platinum package, which didn’t seem worth it at first until we met Melody Hernandez in the customer service area. She was amazing! Her sweet demeanor and aim to please made our trip that much better! She took the time to go over our platinum benefits in detail, upgraded our Wi-Fi for us, and scheduled all of our dinners to make sure we had the best time while we were here! Thank you Melody!

Beautiful hotel with very clean and nice grounds. However, if you are a couple and want some peace and quite, you may want to consider the adults only option, there are many families with kids. Services overall were very good, especially Melody at the guest services made sure everything was in order and provided great support during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would come back.
