Had a great stay! The restaurants were delicious, everything seasoned perfectly. The buffet was medicore, not much variety day to day. We enjoyed our room, our housekeeper was great. The resort makes you feel at home. All the staff are friendly and hospitality is perfect. The beach is beautiful long stretch. Wifi needs some work, very spotty and constantly having to resign in. The entertainment crew was amazing. Upbeat, fun and had a game for everyone. Flavio and Leonardo or Lorenzio was their names. Very kind from the entertainment crew and made us feel welcome and appreciated when participating in activities. Will definitely visit this relaxing resort, (not for those looking for a party) very chill vibe. Thank you for everything.

I just returned from a full week at this hotel. Overall we had a very good experience, I'll break down some of the pros and there were a few cons as well. Pros: The staff is honestly excellent and the way they are treated by the people staying at the resort is not only sad but it's embarrassing. These are human beings and they deserve respect and acknowledgment. Please remember you are in their country and their intelligence and their ability to speak a foreign language are not correlated. Be kind. Treat them with respect please. Some special mentions: Brailin in the world market buffet is an absolute sweet heart, he was so welcoming and treated us like family. Such an excellent young man. Joel at the roof top beach bar was hilarious and so fun to hang out with at night, we found ourselves going back to see him every night. Fransisco at the beach bar during the day on the main floor is a gem, he makes the best coffee and just has an overall excellent personality. He always had a smile on his face. De la paz also at the beach bar during the day is amazing, he is attentive and excellent to talk to. My Spanish isn't very good but he was very patient while I thought about my words before i said them, my partner speaks fluent spanish and I find most people tend to try to speak to me through him instead of speaking directly to me because its easier. I never felt rushed and felt very comfortable practicing the language with him. He always was very kind, he even found my phone that I left on a chair and made sure to ask the next day and made sure I got it back. We looked for him every day to say hi. We loved the beach, it was honestly very quiet and not much going on during the day but we were there to relax so I was happy with that. I can't speak to the pools because we are beach people so we didn't spend a whole lot of time in them but they looked clean. The property it's self is stunning, there is tons of wild life to see and I could have spent all day just walking around scoping out all the beautiful birds, the turtles and the iguanas. It felt like a nice chunk of the actual landscape of the island vs just man made buildings and shops. The little cafe a the entrance is good and has excellent coffee and little snacks. The room was over all pretty clean and aesthetically pleasing. Cons: I don't have a whole lot to add for cons. I took one star off for the beds, honestly they could have easily improved this. There was only two small pillows on the bed which is fine but just one polyester sheet and this weird plastic blanket was not comfortable. That's honestly my biggest complaint. The bathroom, its right when you walk in the door to the room. Its awkward, everything is very open there is no door, just a glass door on the room with the toilet and the shower. There is no chain on the door I was in constant worry of the room cleaners (who were awesome by the way) to walk in and see me dancing in my undies, it never happened but the fear was for sure there. The food is hit or miss, It's not awful. You'll always find something edible. Nothing to phone home about but I left with a full belly every time. Overall we had a great time and would for sure come back, but I would order more pillows and blankets in advance.

Friendly and professional staff. Delicious food with much variety. Great room location where we woke up everyday to the sound of the ocean. The animation crew (Dariela y Fabio) always kept us entertained and lively. Plenty to do and always on time too!

What I really liked about the property is that my room was within walking distance of the beach. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence or because of the email I sent beforehand requesting a room close to the beach, but it worked out perfectly. The property is very clean overall—the washrooms are spotless, smell great, and there are plenty of staff members working hard to maintain everything. They're all very friendly as well. A special shoutout to Estefany from the Food Market, who was always welcoming, smiling, and attentive every time we walked in. • I didn't like that we were approached by members of the concierge inviting us to have lunch at another Princess property. It wasn't clear what the purpose was, and in the end it turned out to be one of those membership presentations where they try to sell you a plan with fees and long-term commitments that are hard to get out of. At first, I genuinely thought it was just a lunch, a tour of the hotel, and maybe some information about discounts as a way to build loyalty to the hotel chain. But no- I ended up feeling misled and like I had wasted my time. As soon as I realized what was going on, I clearly said that if I had known it was a sales presentation, I never would have agreed to go. After more than two hours of listening, I finally had to cut them off and leave. Don't let yourself get pulled into this unless you're actually interested in their membership.

Exceeded expectations. I have a severe peanut allergy and I was made very comfortable to eat at all restaurants and buffet. The animation team makes the days and nights much more fun. Flabio from animation team is also great. All staff works very hard and constantly keeping the property clean. Would recommend
