The hotel is very nice, and the people are very friendly. The hotel grounds are very nice. The food and drinks are good, with excellent flavor. I recommend it. The most fun thing about this hotel is the entertainment with the kids. They're all very funny, especially Francisco, with his great charisma, who got my friend to sing karaoke.

I was at the hotel for 5 days, it was a great experience with my friends and family. The food was kind of okay I really think it could be better as well as the service, some people did not serve so well but in general everything was okay. The rooms were fine too, at the beginning missing some things like the hair dryer and extra towels. The animation team was extraordinarily amazing I appreciate the time and good energy they had. Randy and Sebastian were two of them who were so nice with us and made us laugh.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the staff was cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to the animation team — they did a fantastic job keeping the energy up and making sure everyone had fun. Their enthusiasm was truly contagious! The only minor downside was the WiFi, which wasn’t very strong. I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 for that alone, but honestly, I came to relax, not to scroll through my phone — so it’s still a 5 from me. Thank you for a great vacation — I’d love to come back!

We had an incredible time at this resort! The beaches were absolutely beautiful—clean, peaceful, and picture-perfect. The service across the board was excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was the animation/dance team. Their energy, talent, and friendliness brought so much life to the resort. A special shoutout to Randy, he was the highlight of our experience! His charisma, dance skills, and ability to get everyone involved made every activity fun and memorable. Thanks to Randy and the team, we made amazing memories we’ll never forget!

What truly stood out, though, was the performance team. Their energy, talent, and dedication to entertaining guests made every evening unforgettable.
