We have been to many all-inclusive adults only resorts in Punta Cana. Punta Cana Princess is an older resort and the rooms are not updated with all the new tech stuff (USB chargers, fancy lamps, etc.) but they are maintained and look nice. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There was one large pool, compared to other resorts that have multiple pools. The outstanding part of this resort was the beach. Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum. The beachside bar was nice and bartend staff very friendly. The beachside restaurant/bar has very nice seating and is open very late. There were just a few small restaurants that had good food (a very unique fondue place was cool). A nice surprise was the main dining area with buffet. Every all-inclusive has these as the main place to eat and food is not usually very good. However, this buffet was excellent! Food changed a little every day and was very fresh and tasty. If you want to try an all inclusive for the first time to see if you like it, this is the place. Lots of good stuff and it won't break the bank. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite with the VIP package, definitely worth the little extra money, if you can afford it.

Love the people here! Very friendly always encouraging interactions with them and others. My favorite Mileny ❤️❤️❤️ what fun! She and the others have been such fun and she especially for me is a shining light and I needed that. She doesn’t give up on getting you involved very easily. Love that. My family loves her. We will be back again!

Great resort for adult to relax. The reason I don't give this resort 5 stars is because of the food. With that being said, the servers made up for the quality and lack of variety. The animation team are awsome! Always keeping visitors involved. Each of them are great dancers as well. Having access to the sister resort, Tropical Deluxe Princess, is a plus. I Recommend this resort.

First time to DR. The hotel was beautiful, great views, very quiet. The staff were great but customer service is not a strong point for them. We bought a special package that included fresh fruit and rum in your room which was not there for us on arrival. We asked and emailed daily and they promised it would be sent, never made it. Ordered room service, told 30 min. Called after 45 min and they said any minute. At 90 mins it finally showed. Had no hot water in our room all week long, just room temp or slightly warm. AC in room ran 24/7 and would not cool room lower than 77 degrees. Our room had no wash cloths so we asked for some, but they never came… During the evening it rained and water ran down the wall of the room forming a large puddle in the living room. Called the front desk and they just said ok we will have someone mop it up, which took 2 days to happen. This is by far not a 5 star hotel. The food was great, the views and beach were amazing. Our first time to the DR and will be our last time staying at a princess resort. I know these are small items, but when you pay good money you expect better. Never again!

An amazingly wonderful hotel where we spent seven unforgettable days! We were absolutely happy with our stay. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and so kind. We especially loved the evening entertainment — and the Halloween party last night was just fantastic: fun, bright, and full of joy! 💃🕺 Jasmin, Alexander, Julie, Mileni, Erika — we truly loved you! ❤️ Once again, we realized that we chose the perfect place for our honeymoon. We will definitely come back!
