We stayed at Punta Cana Princess for a week. While the resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful, our overall experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet our expectations. The buffet selection was very similar across all restaurants (including the sister resort), and we found it difficult to find fresh and enjoyable meals. The quality of meat and fish was especially disappointing, so I mostly ate salads and fruit during our stay. Fruit was good, desserts were okay, but overall food quality could be improved. We also visited several à la carte restaurants: Mexican (Steakhouse), Italian, Mediterranean, and Swiss Fondue. The Swiss fondue was the best option for us, although portions were small and side dishes were limited. The other restaurants, however, did not stand out in terms of food quality. Additionally, my husband experienced stomach issues during our stay, so we would recommend guests to be cautious with food and drinks, especially beverages with ice. Another thing worth mentioning is the room design. The bathroom and shower have glass doors, which look modern but offer very little privacy. Even for a couple, this can feel uncomfortable. Overall, the resort has a beautiful atmosphere and great staff, but food quality and room privacy are areas that definitely need improvement. We hope this feedback helps management enhance the guest experience in the future.

Overall experience at Punta Cana Princess was delightful. The staff was attentive and outstanding. They made us feel right at home. The beach area was beautiful and relaxing and the pool area was fun and filled with activities. We enjoyed the best of both of those daily. The staff worked hard to make New Year’s Eve special despite the weather. The buffet was a showstopper and the party in the lobby was a good time! The rooms are the only drawback to the resort. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping them clean but they are in need of an update, especially the bathroom. Hopefully there are plans of that in the near future. This was our first trip to Punta Cana and the Princess, but it won’t be our last.

Great resort for adult to relax. The reason I don't give this resort 5 stars is because of the food. With that being said, the servers made up for the quality and lack of variety. The animation team are awsome! Always keeping visitors involved. Each of them are great dancers as well. Having access to the sister resort, Tropical Deluxe Princess, is a plus. I Recommend this resort.

An amazingly wonderful hotel where we spent seven unforgettable days! We were absolutely happy with our stay. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and so kind. We especially loved the evening entertainment — and the Halloween party last night was just fantastic: fun, bright, and full of joy! 💃🕺 Jasmin, Alexander, Julie, Mileni, Erika — we truly loved you! ❤️ Once again, we realized that we chose the perfect place for our honeymoon. We will definitely come back!

We have been to many all-inclusive adults only resorts in Punta Cana. Punta Cana Princess is an older resort and the rooms are not updated with all the new tech stuff (USB chargers, fancy lamps, etc.) but they are maintained and look nice. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There was one large pool, compared to other resorts that have multiple pools. The outstanding part of this resort was the beach. Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum. The beachside bar was nice and bartend staff very friendly. The beachside restaurant/bar has very nice seating and is open very late. There were just a few small restaurants that had good food (a very unique fondue place was cool). A nice surprise was the main dining area with buffet. Every all-inclusive has these as the main place to eat and food is not usually very good. However, this buffet was excellent! Food changed a little every day and was very fresh and tasty. If you want to try an all inclusive for the first time to see if you like it, this is the place. Lots of good stuff and it won't break the bank. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite with the VIP package, definitely worth the little extra money, if you can afford it.
