Great trip to Punta Cana Princess. Top notch place. There were a few staff members who really made us feel welcome. Make sure to visit the beach bar. The older bartenders are great! Frank makes a dandy frozen margarita. Make sure to chat with Charles, and get that couples massage on the beach. Food is good. Call the guest services in the morning and let them know you want your room cleaned and mini bar restocked. Internet impressive. Literally sitting on the beach with good wifi. Good in the room and by pool as well. Relax and enjoy!

Juli & Frankelis and friends are fantastic! Great animation team! Bartenders are great, especially Louisa - you should definitely ask for a Louisa special if you want a delicious drink. Servers are great, especially Jonathan - thanks for our special table! Everyone is so friendly and fun. Absolutely fantastic vacation in a perfectly sized smaller resort with great activities daily. Highly recommend!

First timer! AND boy was it luxury! Complementary Wine upon arrival for check in. I was really impressed with Everyone mannerisms and kindness. I booked the King suite which was amazingly comfortable, I also paid a little extra for the VIP amenities. Upon arrival, Stocked with complementary water, beers and sodas. The room was also in-hand with Robes, slippers, beach towels and and itineraries for 4 onsite restaurants and 3 bars. My room was amazing with a balcony and a courtyard view. Only a couple of the bars were 24/7hr for the night owls and vacationers! With the VIP service you were able to order food and drinks off the “after hours menu” everything à la carte. Also order drinks at the VIP area on the beach with your own personal butler. Pretty dope! This resort was pristine clean! You can smell the cleanness! Beautiful lobby with gorgeous decorative views of the Dominican culture. They even recycled onsite! Which was a big plus for me. Maria one of the many front desk concierges was an exceptional! She helped me from check in to anything I needed onsite or whatever. She made my first time in Punta Cana stay amazing. She was even so generous to help with the money conversion as I was completely lost! lol! Thank god for gentle kindness people like Maria. She was a beautiful and kind soul! What I liked most about Punta Cana Princess, the staff truly treat you like a princess. From check in to the excursions booked, and any accommodations needed! They have water activities everyday for anyone who wants to play or enjoy the watch. The people in the DR was a fresh of breath air and I’m glad I visited! You can even leave your personal belongings at the beach or poolside and they will STILLL be there. Not to mention in the past I had a couple incidents with me leaving my phone or purse and thinking it would be safe and I was highly disappointed. But not DR Princess resort! They do not play when it comes to the tourists, as they have security walk the areas. I like to feel safe and I definitely felt safe as I travel all exclusive. They are a MUST see and check em’ out!

** Please note this review is for Punta Cana princess all suites adults only hotel ! There seems to be reviews for several of the other princess hotels on here. First off it’s more of a three star hotel than a five star hotel as it could do with a bit of an upgrade as a little rough round the edges, mainly the rooms, the Aircon works sometimes at one point of our stay it was cooler outside the room then inside the room. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, but that’s just my experience but may be fine for other people. The food at the buffet restaurant was a bit hit or mis, the hot food was normally lukewarm or cold, unless you saw being cooked in front of you as in the pasta or the omelettes. The pool was always clean and had just enough chlorine in it, and very nice to cool down in the middle of the day. The beach was virtually unusable due to the amount of seaweed that was coming in off the Atlantic. Not the hotel’s fault they cannot control nature. It seems the end of May and June are bad for the seaweed. The gardens are extremely well kept and look fantastic. The staff are fantastic to very helpful, very friendly. Would I stay in this hotel again? Yes if it was in a different location, would I go back to Punta Cana probably not but I would definitely go back to the Dominican Republic. If you want to go scuba diving, see the lads next to the towel hut good lads and the diving was quite nice better than Catalina Island.

Good animation. Erica and the rest of the animation tram are out standing. Brought me out of my comfort zones within a couple days. Amazing is all I can say, just amazing. Love you all and thank you for the out standing performances and upbeat personnalités day after day. I will be back for sure. Thanks again.
