This place is incredible! You’ll receive so much value for what you pay. Mostly everything was very clean and well maintained.
The views on the beach and the food in the restaurants were the most notable. If you eat at the buffet the lines may be long, but they move relatively quickly and have a good variety of food, fresh vegetables, fruits and juices.
There were also families with children, so the designated area for children was good for them to enjoy.
There was also ample security.
Be aware that some of the restaurants that require reservations have an additional cost and are not apart of the all included selection, as well as the spa.

3.5 solid resort, overall the food was good but it wasn’t the best, great for a quick getaway. Easy access to the beach with many activities to do. If you want a party resort it’s best to go elsewhere. Overall I did enjoy my experience! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest going to Cappuccino to try the coffee!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!! If you want to be stressed, feel poorly attended, and uncomfortable choose this hotel! I don't know where to start... let's say it's a hotel that has a very nice beach. That's the only thing! But everything is very far away, to go to the beach you have to walk more than 10 minutes, to go to the lobby too, to go anywhere, get ready for a long walk, they say that's what the golf carts are for to transport you throughout the hotel, that they pass every 5 minutes, LIE! FALSE! If you stay waiting, either it's always full, or you spend the day waiting to be able to get somewhere. It's an extremely uncomfortable hotel. Nothing is close, and there are no elevators, on top of everything to get to your room you'll have to use stairs. The service and the waiters are rude and treat you badly, they only expect you to tip them for everything! You have to beg for a soda. It's as if the entire state were doing you a favor for you being there. Terrible service. if a hotel staff approaches you asking if you have received your welcome gift, RUN AWAY!! They will trick you by saying that they have a gift and an exclusive breakfast for you, and that they will show you the hotel in 45 minutes at most, IT IS ALL A LIE! They want to sell you a membership, THEY ARE DESPERATE!!! it is disrespectful, they take more than 3 hours of your day, and on top of that they take you to have breakfast with a stranger, asking you things the whole time, at the same buffet that you already hit up and have included. RUN AWAY!!!! The food is horrible, oh and if you want to eat at one of the many restaurants, you have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, meaning you will not be able to eat wherever you want, in the 5 days I was there, I only managed to reserve at 2 restaurants that were not even the ones I wanted, I have been to many 5 star resorts, but this one IS NOT!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!

Don't know where to start. I read their reviews, and honestly, it doesn't match our experience. We were a family of 8, all 21 and over. We stay at the Platinum area. The only thing they didn't do was to carry us to our rooms, but they did take us all the way there with the little trolly. We stayed literally in front of the Cappuccino Cafe. Our rooms were impeccable, AC was blasting, food was amazing, and the pool bar was overwhelming in a good way. The staff was the best part. We talked to a few employees, from the lobby to the housekeeping, bar tenders, and even though they work over 12 hour shift and they work 24 days straight they have six days off, we were blown away by their friendly customer service and pleasing attitude. They were very accommodating, room service was very fast, rooms were cleaned daily. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Huge, very well maintained property. Good food and drinks at your disposal all day long since it's all-inclusive. Will definitely visit this resort again. Some of the staff speak English, though not a bad idea to brush up on your Spanish-speaking skills. Lots of walking required to navigate the resort. Felt safe walking the property even at night.
