This place is incredible! You’ll receive so much value for what you pay. Mostly everything was very clean and well maintained.
The views on the beach and the food in the restaurants were the most notable. If you eat at the buffet the lines may be long, but they move relatively quickly and have a good variety of food, fresh vegetables, fruits and juices.
There were also families with children, so the designated area for children was good for them to enjoy.
There was also ample security.
Be aware that some of the restaurants that require reservations have an additional cost and are not apart of the all included selection, as well as the spa.

The rooms were great, comfortable bed and a amazing bathroom. The service was okay, the mini bar was not properly stocked sometimes, the waitresses at the bars, cappuccino bar and some of the restaurants had bad attitudes sometimes and did not have a friendly look. The front desk staff were very friendly. Eugenio at the front desk of the lobby was very friendly, very helpful and helped me upgrade to Platinum suites. Ask for Eugenio at the front desk and he will be very helpful and kind. The beach has a beautiful view as well.

I was hit with an extra $198 on my booking for a child which I already paid for on Expedia. That was a turn off the attendant Carlos at check in was very rude and speak little English, I asked to speak with a manager and now no one turned up. I ended up paying the extra.No welcome drinks we were treated as if we had no money to pay. We changed around 3 rooms before I could settle down after a long 3 hours ride from the airport. Two tiny single bed was in the room .The bellman was very patient and never stopped until the room was confirmed. The property was lovely but everything spreads out we had to wait until the train usually full comes to take us where we want to go. I wouldn't recommend to travel August month-end I think the crowd through them off their game. Food was not WOW but could eat for the 7 days. My best friend got food poison from this trip. Worst vacation ever. Locals were warm and friendly on property.

Huge, very well maintained property. Good food and drinks at your disposal all day long since it's all-inclusive. Will definitely visit this resort again. Some of the staff speak English, though not a bad idea to brush up on your Spanish-speaking skills. Lots of walking required to navigate the resort. Felt safe walking the property even at night.

We stayed at Bavaro Princess for one night as part of a delayed overnight flight with British Airways. We had the best treatment for the six hours we were there and wished we had stayed here for our entire holiday! The staff were friendly, accommodating and very polished and professional. 10/10 would recommend even though it was only for 6 hours - thank you!
