I had an amazing time at this resort in Punta Cana from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very relaxing vibe that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your vacation. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the bar service, especially Luis the bartender at Cafè del Mar. Luis was absolutely the best — always smiling, incredibly personable, and attentive to every guest. He made fantastic drinks and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. His positive energy truly stood out and made each visit to the bar a great experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana. Thanks to the great service, especially from Luis, this trip was unforgettable and I would definitely return.

We stayed 2 weeks and it already became one of our favourite holiday. Staff are the star of the hotel. They are very friendly, all of them smiling and very helpful in every situation. I never seen happy employees like them in any other sector. Resort is massive but they sort out everything for your comfort to avoid the tiredness. There are cute train stops, they help you travel inside the resort. There are buffet, restaurants, bars close to the beach, to the pools and to the rooms. So you can access to food and drinks easily. Beach was the cleanest of Bavaro and everything is in order. If there are seaweeds, hotel cleaning them very quick with the tractor. Food wise, above the all inclusive standards and drinks are really the best. Room was very comfy and big enough but old style stone makes humidity smell sometimes. But humidity didn’t effect to our stay. We stayed 2 weeks and everything was fantastic highly recommend it.

We are from Brazil and were initially very concerned about the food options at the Grand Bávaro Princess. I must say the resort didn’t disappoint us in any way. All the restaurants are wonderful, offering countless food options, and overall, you are well taken care of at all times. The restaurants themselves are also stunning — truly beautiful spaces that feel elegant and refined, almost like dining in a fine-dining venue. Everything is gorgeous. The resort is huge, with a beautiful structure, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. We stayed in the Platinum category and have absolutely no regrets. The Platinum beach area is excellent, and the Platinum pool, located close to the beach, is also very good — much quieter than the main pool. The Platinum drink selection is far superior to the regular options, with many high-quality beverages and amazing cocktails. I would also like to express my gratitude to the bartenders Marino and Glenys at the Platinum pool, as well as the bartenders at the beach bar. They are all extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and always eager to make your experience better. Their service is truly outstanding. Already making plans to return!

Currently here at the Grand Bavaro Princess. Honest review here as it was my first time to the resort. Pros: grounds are clean and well manicured, rooms (bungalow) are clean, security all around the resort grounds, BEST bartender is at the relax pool. Cons: first off no hot water for 2 days and had to make 3 request before we finally had hot water in our rooms (booked 2 rooms), no washcloths, room service cleaned the room but did not swap out towels for fresh towels. Entertainment does not start until 9:30 for the most part so if you are not a night owl you will have to pass on this. Food is mediocre at best at the buffets. So far the two reservation restaurants have been okay. Overall there is a larger language barrier here if you don’t speak Spanish than there was in Mexico. The main walking paths also serve as the team paths and all other food/laundry service roads and from the few day we have been here the humans do not have the right away. The resort this week is in no way crowded and with that said I would not want to be here in peak season. Just an honest review the week before Christmas 2025.

I feel compelled to report a disappointing incident from the kids' disco program that took place this evening. During the Ciao Ciao Miky Mouse game, my 7-year-old daughter emerged as the winner but was subsequently denied her rightful prize. The host's decision to award the prize to another child was based on the claim that my daughter moved, which was entirely unfounded. When I discussed the matter with the host, my daughter was treated dismissively without any apology. Following this, I spoke with Martinez from guest services, who has assured me that they will investigate. The purpose of sharing this incident is to bring about improvements and ensure that other children do not face similar disappointments. My daughter, who is an accomplished dancer and competitor, was visibly distraught and is adamant that the winner cheated. The incident cut our evening short as we had to retire to our room due to her distress. Seeing my daughter in such a state was upsetting for me and my family. The hope is that no other child will experience the same. disappointment. Regrettably, due to this incident, we have decided against returning to this resort. One star is way too much , if I could I would give NO start for the kids entertaiment team.
