Traveling with a toddler, we had a great time at this hotel. I strongly believe that the platinum auction is a must. The regular Buffet every morning every lunch time and every evening is simply not a five star experience. But everything that the Platinum offered was perfect from the Sun beds to the very calm and luxurious feeling platinum buffet and extra services. The hotel does lack a bit of entertainment. There's not much happening in the evenings or the time parties on the beach music Etc. Very calm relaxing vibe but I would have liked a bit more action some sort of spontaneous moments. All around great place considering the Platinum service. Also don't eat at the steakhouse out of the eight restaurants this one was so ridiculously terrible we took one bite and left. All other restaurants are fantastic

Stayed in the "Family club" area just after March break, with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 8yrs). On top of the regular resort amenities, the family club has a dedicated pool, large splash pad with waterslides, and a mini buffet - all very convenient for my family.
The highlight of the resort is the water - the pools were great, the beach was beautiful, the ocean was wonderful.
The rooms are also nice. Clean, well kept, and good AC.
The not-so-great was the food and activities. There wasn't a lot of variety at the buffets, and most of the meat is overcooked. My kids ended up at the pasta bar almost every meal. The cafe didn't have great hours, and neither did the ice cream truck.
There are 2 kids clubs at the resort (one for the family club members only) but the staff and activities weren't very engaging, so my kids weren't into it. They basically just went to watch the daily movie. Other kids seemed to have more fun though, so maybe it's just mine.
There also weren't very many excursions available that were suitable for young children. So you're pretty stuck on the resort.

AVOID THIS RESORT - RUDE STAFF - NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
I strongly advise against booking the beach and grounds are beautiful other than that it’s a hard NO! We are 4 days in to a 14 day trip and wish someone had given us this advice before booking. Firstly, the level of service provided by most of the staff is incredibly disappointing.They are rude, unhelpful, and seem disinterested in assisting guests. We book the platinum and upgrade to the honeymoon suite hoping to have a relaxing vacation.. it’s a money grab have yet to benefit the one time me needed room service no, we were not even offered a water upon arrival and waited over an hour before getting to check in. Then had to carry our own luggage across the resort and up to the third floor. There is no luxury here.
Additionally, the air-conditioning in the room, maybe works half of the time. The mini fridge is warm. Furniture is stained and has holes. Overall cleanliness of the room has improved since we’ve been here and are tipping but when we arrived, there was pubic hair on the toilet.
Considering the price paid for my stay, we expected better accommodations and amenities.
We could go into details and list out all the issues but long story short, save yourself the frustration and disappointment and book elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that offer better value for your money and provide a much more enjoyable experience.

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect. The complex is super maintained. The complex has everything for you to enjoy the beautiful weather and the beach. The entire staff of the team was smiling and very accommodating.
I would be very happy to return to the hotel.
One very important thing, the people driving around the complex with the golf carts are super annoying. They drive you to some tourist center and tell you a lot of nonsense and don't let you say no to buy a tourist package for 30 years. I went there at 10am and left at almost 12, so i lost the perfect beach time.

This resort was truly amazing! The staff, particularly Felix, Jeffery, and Jerry, made our experience exceptional. They went above and beyond, especially when we celebrated our son's seventh birthday. 🥳 The room was beautifully decorated, and they made him feel incredibly special. The dining experience was fantastic in every restaurant! We are looking forward to coming back and highly recommend this resort to all our family and friends.
