Exceptional hotel as are all the Four Seasons Resorts we have been too. Staff is wonderful and accommodations are the best. Extremely clean!! I know it is technically a Disney resort.....however please don't come here if your kids are younger than 5 years old because you ruin it for everyone else. Just stay home and hear your own kids scream and cry and run around like animals.

Most beautiful pool I have been - tranquil and pleasant scenery. Love the Disney theme. Mickey makes me feel happy. Love the Snow White fashion limited edition collection. Beautiful and gracious overall. Pleasant and personal service. I am pleased with the entire experience.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is not all-inclusive. Housekeeping daily. In-room dining available. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but the price is a bit inflated compared to others. The food is literally just ok but extremely expensive. I had better off-site. Nothing much to do on the grounds. For a resort, you expect mote activities, which is why I say "hotel." Beautiful swimming pool and basketball court available. All in all, a great experience.
