Slightly above average stay. Parking: Self parking is pretty expensive, and the close spots fill up quickly. If you arrive late prepare for a bit of a walk. Rooms: Rooms are fairly large and the beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. The shower water took forever to heat up and had a noticeable smell (may be all Orlando water). The basket of snacks/candy was a nice touch. Amenities: The pools are awesome. Plenty of options for smaller/bigger kids. Some of the chairs were dirty/covered in animal droppings, and some trash was scattered throughout the landscaping. The mini-golf was really disappointing, with most holes having ripped materials, very loose bricks, and rocks all around the path. The shuttle to Disney/Epcot was also already booked up, with no mention of how early you need to secure your spot. Food: Food was well above average. The Trevi buffet has a lot more options but is much busier. David's Club had much better service (and was empty) with just as good of food. Also got room service from David's and it was great. Only negative is it seems like there is a charge already included for service fee/tip, but it isn't very clear and then another line for gratuity is included. All of the staff were great and helpful, no complaints there. A few issues (some hotel related, some not). Location: The map may say you can get to Disney in 15 minutes, but the Championsgate exit is horrendous. It easily added 15 minutes each time at the off ramp because of construction (headed south). The lights are very poorly timed and everyone gets backed up. Amex FHC: I didn't receive a room upgrade or 4pm checkout. The $100 resort credit wasn't super clear (e.g., didn't mention it could be used for parking). Even though you have to give your room # at the restaurants they don't seem to know that the breakfast is included. I would be a little disappointed if I paid full price for this place. The staff and pools really save it. If you aren't leaving the property, playing golf, and using the pools it may be a good option.

We've been regulars at the Omni Orlando since it first opened, even before we had kids. We love the beautiful grounds and all the pools + amenities + restaurants they offer. They array of pools is fantastic, both for singles and families. The restaurants are so-so, the best is the poolside one. We used to stay at the hotel now we stay at the villas. Always great. However the hotel has improved significantly recently under new ownership. The customer service went from bordering on bad to outstanding/top of the line. They also have daily shuttles to/from Disney. Our only complaint is they didn't have one available for our return this last visit, but they made up for it nonetheless. Thank you to concierge Kevin!! He is a golden/exceptional addition to the Omni. Excited to return again!

Absolutely Incredible ! Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had I travel often, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the team at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate went above and beyond in every possible way. It was my birthday, and without even asking, they truly made it special early check-in, champagne, cake, and incredible attention to detail. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and thoughtful. The staff didn’t just do their jobs they took care of us. They made us feel valued, welcomed, and celebrated. The room was beautiful, the view was perfect, and the overall vibe of the resort is top-tier luxury mixed with real hospitality. This experience set a new standard for me. I will 100% be back, and I’ll be recommending this resort to everyone I know. Huge respect to the entire team thank you for making my birthday unforgettable.

The service was excellent, and I was impressed that 80% of the staff spoke multiple languages. The cleanliness, variety of pools, good food, family activities, and spectacular golf course were all fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. The drinks by the pool were also very good. The prices aren't cheap, but they're not exorbitant either. I will definitely return.

The resort was nice. The pools were great. However their customer service was very disappointing. Our check was. Our check in representative was not as friendly as the others. We had a few representatives with poor customer service. The breakfast buffet is not worth the hour wait in order to be seated. For the cost the customers service has to be great and consistent otherwise another hotel can do a better job and a better cost.
