My family and I got the day pass to enjoy the pools for my birthday yesterday. We had an absolute blast! Probably one of my best birthdays. My 2 y/o son was the happiest little guy ever and enjoyed the kids slide so much! Im so happy he was able to go on. We spent 5 hours in that area alone. The service was wonderful and prompt. Prices are what you would expect at a resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained. My husband and I agreed next time we go we will have to get ourselves a room and check out the area a bit more! So much better than crowded theme parks. Cant wait to go back.

This Resort is nice. It definitely needs updating in certain areas. The area we are staying in is the lesser priced rooms versus higher priced newer areas. The resort area again is nice but needs updating. The lounge chairs are hit or miss on cleanliness and whether they are ripped. The lazy river could use a little more oomphf and the design of the trees that weep into it, was an oversight. Wave pool is nice. The new top golf was fun and nice. They are still ironing out kinks over there which is to be expected. The resort could be power washed outside- like awnings and roofs. It is a fine resort and I am happy with it based on what we are paying. All in all this is a great trip for a family. Staff has been helpful. Things are a bit expensive but to be expected I guess. This is a great middle of the road family resort.

Villas are nice.. they've made some additions that are nice. we golfed and had a great time. staff is friendly. only thing I was disappointed in this time was the in room dining. food just wasn't good. had a chowder soup that was so fishy smelling I couldn't eat it. had a flatbread pizza that tasted like it was leftovers. the lasagna was good.

I recently stayed at Omni Orlando for a 3-day conference. It’s a lovely resort with spacious rooms and great views! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My check-in experience was great; - no line up, my room was ready upon arrival, and I was given perks as a Select member.
The experience at the restaurants and bars was always consistently good. The food options were great whether we dined at the restaurant on resort or the buffet at the conference. Overall a fantastic stay!

Power outage! All systems down! I worked in hotels for over a decade. I’ve never seen anything like this happen. Everything is down. BUT the entire staff are handling everything great! I can’t imagine what they’re having to go through. They haven’t missed a beat. Still smiling and so helpful. We were walked to our room anytime we needed to get in. The front desk woman who checked us in, can’t remember her name, but she went to law school I believe. She was incredible. I hope guests haven’t been too hard on the staff. It’s out of their control and they’re doing everything they can do! Bravo to all of you and your continued efforts to show everyone a great time still!
