Gorgeous resort. The room was well decorated and the curtains kept things dark. The resort itself was very beautiful and relaxing. I would absolutely come back. I’d just make sure to bring my own pillow. The pillows were very flat.

I would say overall nice clean facility. Staff were very kind and prompt with any requests. The rooms were also clean, however I would say the hotel is dated overall and attention to detail stood out. The shower took long for hot water, in real time maybe up to 2 or 3 minutes. That is a long time for water to run without hot water, IMO. The shower handle needed to be tightened before falling off. The refrigerator was off balance in its little cabinet and when taking a shower there was time needed for the steam to disperse before using the mirror. Newer technology would include maybe a heated mirror and a fan.

Make sure you check your folio up on check out. I had both the $38 a night fee for self parking which I did for 2 nights plus the $50 a night fee for valet which I didn't do. Had to call and talk to the front desk, then valet then I finally got a credit for 1 night and I'm still fighting for the second night credit. I thought valet telling the front desk they were wrong would get me a credit for both nights but I guess not. Besides an extra $110 in parking that I didn't do, I enjoyed my stay, the amenities are great, room was spacious and clean.

Our family really liked being in this resort. The service was good. The room was nice and clean. I liked that it is isolated and pretty far from those overcrowded parks and main attractions. We came in the middle of the week - there was always so much free space at the swimming pools and at the restaurants. But when the weekend came, the hotel was full, and it was pretty challenging to find the spot at the swimming pools - people were staying in line before opening to get themselves the good spot; or at the restaurants- we had to go through reservations in order to dine the time we wanted. The fireworks were absolutely amazing! But overall, in the evening, there is nothing much to do except the restaurants or bars. I wish they had sort of entertainment. But if you are looking for a calm and nice place to stay - this should be your choice. My family liked it a lot!

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool and wonderful staff! On our arrival day we had free ice cream at check in, very fun for the kids. Huge shout out to Eddie from valet! He was super helpful and kind always, no matter how many times we were in and out. Always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to make our vacation a breeze.
