This is our 5th year coming to this resort & I feel like customer has improved significantly on this visit. We had an amazing time! Perfect spot to stay in Orlando area for Disney- Free hotel shuttle will pick you up & drop you off. Multiple restaurants on property with many pools (slides for kids)...video games...mini golf...full golf course. You really dont need to leave the property. All of the staff members from the front desk to the restaurant & pool area were great / super accommodating. Kevin L, the Concierge at the Villa lobby was a stand out staff member & absolutely amazing. He was very helpful, knowledgable & responded to us very quickly. He made our experience 5-Stars. The staff working at the pool towel area were also great.

I stayed here for a dance convention and had a blast the pool is so fun and the water temp is perfect there so much to do like restaurants, stores, pool, and a golf course and so much more the rooms were nice didn't have a microwave but we manged it was an amzing hotel the views were amazing and the hotel was so big and spacious the ballroom for the convention were clean and amazing thus was one if the best expirences ever! Everything was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone. Some cons were no microwave, limited water, and you couldn't stop the air conditioner and thermostats it was either too cold or too hot all of the time but everything else was awesome thank you for such a memorable experience! ♥️ Edit The wall was thin and you could hear everything just a head up! But it's not too bad! The bathroom was clean and the staff were so nice and supportive! The rooms were nice but not as great as you would think considering the price you're paying.

Initially, this review was going to be bad. My family and I first stayed at the Omni at Champions Gate several years ago. We returned because we were attending a wedding nearby and remember enjoying the resort the first time. When we arrived the valet, Coal, was nice and prompt. It was a promising start to our stay. But then no one offered a cart for our luggage or to assist with the luggage; I guess it was self service despite the price. We then got to our 2 rooms with king size beds The rooms were just “okay” and definitely need updating. They are clean, everything worked, and the view was nice but, again, for the price they are charging for the rooms we expected more than what I would call a slightly better than average room. This was going to be a less-than-5 star review. This review changed at breakfast at Trevani’s. The food was good and we were taken care of by Hassan. Hassan was fantastic. Hassan is friendly, professional, welcoming and attentive. He provided exactly the type of service you would expect at this level of property. Hassan almost single-handedly changed the experience and this review. I had 3 breakfasts there and Hassan greeted me like a friend. He anticipated what I would drink and was able to recite my and my daughter’s food ordes when we said we were going to have the same breakfast. That level of personalization is key to a high level experience. We also went to David’s Bar and were treated very well by the bartenders and staff. They were attentive and friendly. The appetizer and drinks were good. We also dined at Zen. The food at Zen was good and engaging the hostess (I can’t remember her name presently but she was wearing a grey sweater) was funny and personable. The adult pool was quiet and relaxing and Benja was in nonstop motion taking care of the guests. He was moving quickly but never rushed with the guests; very impressive. Here’s the point and why I give the Omni 5 stars despite the rooms needing updating and a slow start with the luggage; the staff make the experience. The grounds and pools are well maintained and are top notch, but people like Hassan and Benja make the difference between a “good” place to stay once and a “place where I’ll return to in the future.” I hope this honest review helps with your decision whether to book your stay.

While the common spaces of this Omni are all very nice the rooms did not quite match. They could use a refresh and I didn't find my room to be very clean. The bathroom could have used a better scrubbing, I noticed mold in the shower and the toilet tank was funky on the outside. The shower curtain was also dirty. The curtains by the balcony also had a lot of dust bunnies. The pools and amenities are gorgeous, this is a great place if you have young children. My family traveled here with me recently for a conference and my kids could not have been happier. I also had a chance to visit the spa and it was very nice. The staff, especially the conference staff we worked with were very accommodating and everyone was very friendly. The deli was great to have on site too for a quick bite to eat.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive array of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. From made-to-order omelets to vibrant fruit displays, it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We found ourselves looking forward to it each morning. For quick bites, the deli mart was a convenient gem, stocked with delicious grab-and-go options that never disappointed. The resort’s amenities were equally impressive. The lap pool and adult jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, especially under the stars at night, where the serene atmosphere felt like pure magic. We also dined at Trevor’s restaurant, and the experience was phenomenal—flavorful dishes, impeccable service, and an inviting ambiance that made our anniversary dinner unforgettable.
