While the common spaces of this Omni are all very nice the rooms did not quite match. They could use a refresh and I didn't find my room to be very clean. The bathroom could have used a better scrubbing, I noticed mold in the shower and the toilet tank was funky on the outside. The shower curtain was also dirty. The curtains by the balcony also had a lot of dust bunnies. The pools and amenities are gorgeous, this is a great place if you have young children. My family traveled here with me recently for a conference and my kids could not have been happier. I also had a chance to visit the spa and it was very nice. The staff, especially the conference staff we worked with were very accommodating and everyone was very friendly. The deli was great to have on site too for a quick bite to eat.

We were here for a convention and extended our stay to have a day to just relax. The rooms were nice and the beds were just right. Standouts to us were two people at the front desk, Diamond and Olivia (I may not remember her name correctly but it did start with O!). Both went out of their way to ensure our experience was exceptional. Poolside, Benja took care of our every need. We were sure to look for him when we returned the next day. At Trevi’s, one of the restaurants, Donald and Alex were gave us exceptional service too. Great job! The only “okay” part of the experience was the food. I would give it 4 stars. We just never had a meal that was amazing. Drinks from the bars were expensive but made well with generous pours. We would love to do a conference here again. I gave 4 stars for location due to how far out it is from the airport.

This is a very next resort. Staff was extremely helpful all the time and with all events. Pools were clean and welcoming. Elevators are super fast. Rooms were cleaned early every morning and everyday. Some hotels are only cleaning every other day and charging you the same price. Restaurant were all great and very fast and great service. Pool bar service was exceptional. AC in rooms and the whole resort was fantastic but it worked so good I got sick. Parking was not an issue but a little pricey. Golf was great. The resort you can tell it’s a little outdated but well maintained. Just a few worn stuff throughout the hotel but very well maintained. Grounds were impeccable and very well maintained. I can’t say it enough staff all around were very helpful and respectful. Fantastic resort. The resort has an adult pool, lazy river, kid pool and basketball courts and of course Golf.

Beautiful resort with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pools are amazing, the lazy river is perfect for all ages, and the golf courses are gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Plenty of dining options on-site, so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Great place for families, couples, or just a weekend escape.

Omni saved my son’s birthday! We originally were staying at a different resort and had to leave due to some major issues. The staff found us a room and were so polite. They brought him balloons, gave him “swag” and just made him feel extra special. The rooms are clean and cozy. I HIGHLY recommend staying here with your family.
