Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate

I recently stayed at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for a conference and had a wonderful time with my family. We enjoyed the pool area extensively, along with many of your excellent restaurants. While we had many great experiences across the resort, the absolute highlight was the outstanding service provided by Jermaine at the pool. From the moment he greeted us, Jermaine was incredibly attentive, friendly, proactive, and accommodating. He anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and delivered such phenomenal hospitality that our entire family felt truly valued and cared for. His warm personality and dedication turned a simple pool day into a memorable experience. We’ve visited many resorts and hotels in the area, but Jermaine’s exceptional service has made the Omni our new priority destination—we’ll definitely be returning specifically to enjoy his world-class hospitality again. Thank you for having such a standout team member!

What a way to start off! As soon as we arrived Kesh was extremely helpful. He immediately assisted us with directions and instructions as soon as we pulled in and made the valet process smooth and easy. He also went above and beyond by helping bring multiple heavy luggage carts filled with clothes and wedding items up to our room. The positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience much better. The front desk staff and bellmen were also very welcoming and helpful throughout the check-in process. Everyone made us feel taken care of, and we are very excited for our stay.

I wish I could give this place a better rating but I cannot. The room was musty and smelled bad; overall the service was very poor with a few exceptions. I was attending a corporate event at this hotel and had to pack and ship some boxes however the business center was closed Saturday and Sunday. When I asked the front desk for tape they said they had none and couldn’t find any. When I asked for a cart to move my boxes from downstairs to upstairs they said they had one cart and it was in use. Nothing about helping later or making any kind of accommodation, just - sorry about your luck. We entered our room while housekeeping was attending to our room and when we asked for fresh sheets she said she was unable to do that unless we got approval from the front desk. When I called the front desk, no one answered. That’s the theme because I called several times for various reasons and never got an answer. There were a few employees who tried to do a good job and I appreciate that but for the cost of this hotel, I expected much better. With all the options in Orlando, this place needs to step it up because I would literally have rather been at the embassy suites than this place. I’ll likely never return. Super disappointed.

I am not sure where to start. The amenities here are top notch. If you don't want to eat on property, there are plenty of local spots to grab a bite nearby. Staff is super friendly. You can request need through text or by phone. Everything is super easy. Wave pool, kid pool, lazy river, adult pool, and main pool with slide are so awesome. Don't forget to play the par 3 course after the sun is gone.

We came to the Omni for a conference. The hotel and front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was even ready before check in time, which was great! This resort has endless options for food and activities either for couples or for families. We had the opportunity to eat at the “Zen” restaurant during our visit. The food and service was outstanding and provided by our server, Ching. On our last night, we hung out at Eagles Edge. We had so much fun playing golf and had the best service provided by our server, Jesus. Only downfall to our stay was that our room was very unkept. My husband and I started feeling bad the first night and later realized how much dust was layered throughout our room. The air coming out of the AC even had a very musty odor. If we had stayed longer, we would have requested another room. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness of the room could be much improved.
