Went for Sunday brunch. From the moment we drove on property everyone was pleasant and friendly. The food on the buffet was excellent although with most buffets if you don’t get the food when just brought out can be warm not hot. The characters that came circulated the dining area stopped at every table even the ones with out children and were very pleasant to all guests and accommodating taking pictures plus hugs for the children. Excellent experience.

On my last day at the Grand Floridian resort, I must say that while I have stayed at many other 5-star hotels, the service here did not quite meet that standard. The check-in time was 4pm, but our room was not ready until a little after 5pm, which I understood given the peak season. The main building exuded elegance and a warm ambiance, with no complaints there. However, our two-bedroom suite with a lagoon view was located outside the main building, and although the room was satisfactory, I found it did not quite justify the high price I paid for a four-night stay, around $6500. One aspect that was inconvenient was there were no text message communication, with only phone calls available. This made it challenging to request amenities or services. On the first night, I had to visit the front desk in person to inquire about an extra blanket for my older son, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. The following day, I returned to the front desk and was provided with two towel fabric blankets instead. Throughout my stay, the need to either walk to the main building to make requests or rely on phone calls to the Disney resort help line proved to be cumbersome. Today, on my last day, I returned to my room at 3:30pm to find that it had not been serviced yet. After calling the help line to address the issue, I was disappointed that there were no apologies offered. Considering the significant amount I paid for a four-night stay, over $6,000, I expected a higher level of convenience and service. It appears that due to the hotel's location in the Disney area and consistently high occupancy, the guests may not always receive the 5-star treatment that one would expect given the premium rates.

Amazing service and beautiful decor, and the amenities were fantastic. We watched the electrical water pageant and the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pier comfortably, housekeeping kept our room feeling fresh and added elegant touches, and the pianists were wonderfully talented. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. We can't wait to come back!

This hotel is fit for any prince or princess! The decor is gorgeous with marble floors, paintings, flowing staircases, and vases of pretty flowers. And a piano player who plays such beautiful music 🎶 🎵 There are shops that offer all types of luxury items, souvenirs, and ordinary grocery items as well. They have a spa that is excellent. We found our stay here to be an upscale and very enjoyable experience 😀 Dining at 1900 Park Faire offers a character buffet experience and the food is excellent and the characters are such a joy! They really go out of their way to make you feel special. I would highly recommend 👌

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Floridian. There are numerous restaurant options which were all delicious. The room was very comfortable with the perfect balance between luxury and Disney with touches of Mary Poppins in the decor. Our water view had a perfect view of the Magic Kingdom nearby. We will definitely stay again!
