We recently had the pleasure of staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort on the Club Level, and the experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. As frequent Disney visitors, we’ve come to expect a high standard of service, but the team at the Contemporary truly raised the bar. From the moment we arrived, the Club Level concierge team made us feel completely welcomed and at ease. The check-in process was smooth and personalized, and we immediately felt the difference in attention to detail and care that comes with the Club Level experience. The service throughout our stay was phenomenal. Every team member went above and beyond, but we must give a special mention to Miss Courtney, one of the concierge staff. She was nothing short of amazing—especially with our kids. She had a warm, engaging way of interacting with them that made them feel special every day. Whether she was recommending activities, handing out stickers, or just taking the time to chat, Miss Courtney brought a bit of extra magic to our trip. The Club Level lounge was another highlight—offering delicious snacks, drinks, and small bites throughout the day, with a perfect view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks at night. It was the ideal place to relax and recharge between park visits. Overall, our stay at the Contemporary was unforgettable. If you're considering a Disney resort and want a more premium experience with outstanding service, we highly recommend staying on the Club Level—and if you’re lucky enough to meet Miss Courtney, know that you're in excellent hands.

After enduring an incredibly difficult two years filled with challenges and heartache, we arrived at your resort in need of rest, comfort, and a little light—and what we found was so much more than we ever expected. Troy, Jaime, and Katie were on our floor and treated us like family. We instantly loved them. If you are a big Disney park fan, do yourself a favor and stay at one of the resorts that are on the monorail. The monorail runs right through the inside of this resort, which is kind of cool to watch too. It is so close to Magic Kingdom that you can walk there if you want. There are multiple really fantastic restaurants on site. Even the gift shop at The Contemporary is a resort favorite of mine. I like staying in the Main building, (especially if you want Theme Park views for the fireworks show at night) but you can stay in the Garden Wing too (further behind) for a lower rate and still get all of the amenities that make this resort an awesome Disney vacation spot.

This was my first time in the garden suites. The rooms are super well themed and very spacious. The room has an incredible modern and clean aesthetic. It is also not a heavy lift to walk to the Magic Kingdom which is a huge benefit not having to wait in transportation lines. It is not a stretch for me to recommend this resort.

Beautiful hotel and can't beat the location. Great shops and food options. Historic for being where Nixon gave his I'm Not a Crook speech. Plenty of space to explore. The Incredibles decor was well executed, though I thought it would feel tacked on. Only a couple issues. The rooms themselves don't justify the price. I'm aware you're paying for proximity to the Kingdom they're limited on space because of how the hotel was constructed, but there's nothing deluxe here. The fold out mattress was so uncomfortable I just slept on the couch in regular configuration.
