Everything about this resort is exceptional, the cleanliness, the staff, the decor and service were amazing. We had something tragic happen while staying at this resort and they went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and compassionate. The housekeepers made up the room with us in the room which was great, they do wellness checks everyday which I think is great. The pool area looked like a blast, we walked on the beach part and sat in a bungalow type furniture and it was peaceful. Overall food superb, staff excellent, Cafe had great coffee, rooms very clean and well maintained, great resort for the price you pay.

We stayed theme park view two nights on the 10th floor and then club level one night. The rooms were great and the club level experience was very nice. All the staff were amazing. Thanks to Presley & Kelly for the great service. There are some things I would maybe add as perks to club level, but that would be a change for Disney to make. We really enjoyed how close this resort is to Magic Kingdom, the on site dinning options and being on the monorail line.

This location is amazing. If you’re staying here for entering the Disney parks, I would recommend getting the park hopper. We visit the other parks most mornings and then drop our stuff off/take a mid day break at the hotel and then we spend the rest of the evening/night at Magic Kingdom. They have an outdoor pool with a water slide and splash park. They also have quite a few options of restaurants and shops. Our room is located in the main tower facing the Magic Kingdom - we can literally see fireworks while lying down on our bed! It is a 10 mins walk to the park or you can use their monorail getting to Magic kingdom. They also have frequent shuttle buses to other parks and Disney Springs. Services - acceptable.

I love the two bedroom suite layout! Two bedrooms (one king with bathroom and jacuzzi tub and then two double beds with bathroom) then a third full bathroom for guests sleeping on pullout couch. Full kitchen and laundry room. Great amenities in Bay Lake Tower and at the Contemporary proper. Fast walk to Magic Kingdom or monorail to Epcot, Magic Kingdom or Transportation Station. Great service at all restaurants and bars and of course it Disney so all allergies are taken seriously. All cast members are extremely helpful and you never have to hunt them down, they are everywhere!

Great location next to Magic Kingdom. Nice pool area as well. Chef Mickeys and the California Grill are both great spots. Rooms now have modified Amazon echos that you can order towels, food to room. Monorail is right there which makes getting to other parks easy. Great views of the park and the bay.
