Disney's Beach Club Resort

Beach club is a fantastic resort. It is easy to navigate around and find bus stop. The rooms are spacious and perfect to come back to after a long park day. Stormalong Bay is just perfect in every way. The sand at the bottom of the pool, the slide, the volleyball net just made it all perfect. Night swimming was a highlight of our trip. Location is just key! Walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is such a plus and friendship boats were always moving. We had an amazing trip and disney blues are definitely kicking in so hopefully we won’t be gone for too long.

Our room was spacious with a great location where we could hear and mostly see the EPCOT fireworks each evening. We took daily afternoon naps, so our room wasn't serviced each day -- which was fine because we didn't need it to be. For a deluxe resort, I was surprised that you could hear the people above you each time they flushed their toilet. Otherwise, all the room amenities were perfect (coffee maker, fridge). The location was perfect -- we used all modes of transportation to get around to Disney Springs, Boardwalk, and the parks. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the club level with the dining package. We arrived around 730 pm on our check in date. My problem was with the club level concierge at check in. The cast member did not explain how to use the dining plan, how to use the app to track dining package, room chargers or explain club level activities. It was my first experience at Disneyworld. First two days they charged my room to eat at the parks. Cast members didn’t ask if I was using dining plan and I didn’t know to say it. After I realized my room was being charged, I was helped by the concierge manager who was great. She corrected my room charges and explained everything about using the app. She was awesome! Trip was great from that point.

Had a wonderful time here!! Loved the short and convenient walk to Epcot, the skyliner, and the boats. The buses were also an easy way to get to and from the other parks. This was our first experience visiting Disney and from check-in to check-out everything was exceptional. The marketplace had great quick meal options and a lot of snacks to choose from. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cape May Cafe one morning, we had very good food and the characters brought a lot of happiness to the children in our family. My favorite way to end the day was stopping at Beaches and Cream for their fresh ice cream!!! That was the first thing I missed once our vacation ended. We received bed bumpers for our child to sleep safely in the bed on their own. We appreciated how accommodating the staff was! It was great to experience a hotel that had so much on hand to help families have a comfortable stay with their children. Lastly, the morning after checking out I realized I left behind a singular air pod in the bed sheets. I filled a lost and found report online and received a reply less than five hours later. Staff from the Beaches Resort found my item and they immediately provided a tracking number to the package they were sending with my item. I received my air pod 4 days after leaving Disney. That level of honesty and integrity is what really makes this resort stand out. Every family should feel this safe and secure while enjoying a vacation. Beaches Resort has great staff that will make your stay exceptional!

We wanted adjoining rooms but upon arrival we had separate rooms on the same floor but not together. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and explained how important it was to me to be able to spend time with my grandchildren. She made a phone call and was able to accommodate us the following day. When the rooms were ready they moved our luggage to the new rooms. We had a wonderful vacation and my daughter even commented on how enjoyable it was for all of us to be together. Disney is the best.
