This Resort was very fun to stay at. We stayed at Club Level and the staff there was super friendly. We were greeted every single time they saw us and they were very helpful.
The food options at Club Level were for the evening were good. They had salmon, shrimp rolls, chicken tacos and other options one day. Then another day they had chicken tenders , meat and potatoes and some various options.
However, the breakfast on club level was always subpar.Any hotel with free breakfast had better tasting breakfast options compared to the club level breakfast. One day there were silver dollar pancakes and they were the blandest tasting I ever had. There was always yogurt, granola. toast, bagels, various bread, cereal, juice, coffee, sausage, boiled or deviled eggs (couldn't tell). I was expecting more like scrambled eggs or maybe an egg bake... hash browns or breakfast potatoes and bacon. The other club levels on Disney property always impressed with the breakfast.
Overall I would stay again and the experience was great.

It was nice, but felt more like a hotel than a resort. It was very crowded and loud, lots of people and kids running around and yelling. Pool was really nice, but also very crowded. A lot of the staff seemed stressed and frazzled. Room was nice but small. To be fair, we are used to staying at the nicer DVC properties. Location was great though.

I absolutely loved staying here! The resort is beautiful, clean, smells amazing, and the location is perfect for those wanting to walk into Epcot! Staying at this resort gives you access to Stormaway Bay, which is the best rated Disney resort pool! There are convenient places to eat directly at the resort, and you also have access to the Boardwalk Resort which is a short walk, and has other food options. Our room was clean, has wonderful amenities, and we appreciated the balcony as well. I’ve included pictures with more details. We will definitely return.

We stayed at Disney’s Beach Club from 6/3 to 6/10. We had a fabulous time. The concierge staffs at the Stone Harbor went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing time. We got all of our room requests including next to club lounge, elevator and Epcot fireworks view. The kids had a fantastic time at the Storm Along Bay, especially the slide. The bell service did a great job with our luggage when the taxi arrived. The housekeeping did a wonderful job with different designs every other day. The first day with Mickey design. The second design was three hearts and the last design was a little cute elephant 🐘.

Our stay at Disney's Beach Club was incredible. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was perfect for our family. Beautifully renovated, comfortable bed, full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Our room was cleaned daily and the fun things housekeeping did to delight our children were awesome (like taking stuffies and putting them in fun places with headphones or sunglasses on).
The service was impeccable. Every person we encountered was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Truly stellar experience.
The grounds are sparkling clean and stunning. The beach at the lake and the view of the fireworks from the lighthouse were gorgeous and so convenient to get to.
The only piece of feedback we would have is for the pool. Although very cool with a slide, small lazy river, and whirlpool area, there were never enough shaded chairs, the ducks swimming in the pool alongside you felt unsanitary, and the birds and squirrels snatch your food if you look away for even a minute. The pool food and cocktail menu is also very limited and not the best quality. The pool is getting renovated in 2025 so all this may be addressed then.
