Wilderness Lodge is amazing and truly in the heart of Disney.
It's a rustic look with a really nice restaurant and quick service area.
Rooms were clean and stocked with all your needed amenities.
You will love your stay here. Some say the included dining package isn't a value, but I truly think it is worthy.

First the good things:
1. Location is great
2. Hotel is nice
3. Food is great
4. Beds, pillow and shower are all good
Bad things:
1. Air conditioning is loud. Woke me up all night
2. Walls and windows are not sound proof and gets loud outside
3. We ordered a crib a kettle and were not there. Had to call
4. I feel the service overall in Disney is going down. They are trying too hard nowadays and doesn’t feel real. You can feel they have a mask on
5. Bell services and valet doesn’t work well.
6. The main restaurant although most of the time was half empty we had to either wait for 20 min or they didn’t have availability
Conclusion: Hotel is too expensive for the kind of service they offer

This has always been one of my top 5 Disney stays for over 25+ years. We came here today, and yes!!! LOVE IT! 💕 First of all, it's so darn pretty here and perfect location to be considered "wilderness." It gives wilderness vibes all year long. ✔️ Walking into this establishment, all the workers are so friendly, and they all say hello, welcome home! I love that. ✔️ IT SMELLS SO FRESH ✔️ The rooms and the pool are perfect as well ✔️ Let's not forget that the scenes are so beautiful, so yes, pictures with the sunset set overlooking the water are fantastic 🪞👀 wonderful restaurants in here too both are great. Last but not least, the store!! It's one of my favorite stores to at Disney. Great selection ✔️

Fantastic experience. Potential for fireworks view rooms. Good pools. Resort is perfectly themed. Good quick service in the roaring fork, Geyser point is definitely worth a visit too. Boats to resorts and MK are enjoyable and quick. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s not the fanciest place we have stayed at but the rooms were spacious and had a kitchen. The location is convenient with a short boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
