Just book it! Where do you even start this has become our families favorite resort at Disney. From the expansive lobby, multiple dining options, two pools and a kids splash pad opportunities abound. We also love the cabin feel with easy access via dedicated boat to Magic Kingdom and of course buss transportation to all other Disney parks and areas.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is absolutely stunning. it feels like stepping into a movie, a grand, rustic lodge in the middle of the mountains while still being right in the Disney magic. The lobby alone is breathtaking with its towering ceilings, stone fireplace, & cozy, warm atmosphere. Dining was excellent. hearty food with great service, and plenty of options for a quick bite or a sit down meal. Take boat to the parks was smooth and convenient. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation & Disney fun. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique & immersive Disney resort experience.

Updating to 1 star as we found bugs in our room but I would give it 0. It isn't even the first day we found bugs. I let it slide early on because it's Florida and bugs happen. But 3 days of bugs is ridiculous. So upon moving rooms, they moved us away from our lovely park view room to a pool view room. Ok fine... the balcony doesn't work. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. As a diehard Disney fan, it's so sad to write this review. My husband and I chose to switch to this resort from the Grand Floridian. What a terrible mistake. The service has been hit and miss at best. For a concierge level room, I expected much better than what we have received. It was his first trip and our 5th anniversary. At least Heather, one of the supervisors attempted to make it right. Our room wasn't ready by check in time. And multiple days in a row our room wasn't cleaned when we got back in the late afternoon. This was after housekeeping woke me up in the afternoon to assure me it would be done between 11 and 2. When it wasn't done until 4, I spoke to a rather unhelpful lead named Kathy who seemed to make it seem like it was my fault they didn't get their work order system updated with their own note. I was assured it will be done in a more timely manner for the rest of our stay. Doesn't do much for us since we are leaving after one more night. Overall, if you don't mind inconsistent service in a nice looking hotel with decent food and a cute boat service to Magic Kingdom, by all means stay here. Personally, I don't think I'll be making a return visit. For as many missteps that have been made, I would think a club level staff member would be attempting to make this special occasion a bit more magical.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment you walk in, the soaring lobby with its massive timbers and stone fireplace sets the perfect rustic yet magical atmosphere. The resort feels like a cozy mountain retreat while still being just a quick boat ride from Magic Kingdom. The rooms are beautifully themed, comfortable, and full of thoughtful Disney touches. The dining options are fantastic—Whispering Canyon Café is lively and fun with hearty portions, while Geyser Point is perfect for relaxing by the water with great food and drinks. The pools are gorgeous, and the geyser by the lake adds such a unique touch. What really stands out is the service—every Cast Member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Wilderness Lodge strikes the perfect balance of Disney magic and natural beauty, making it one of the most memorable resorts to stay at.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and it was a really pleasurable experience. Why? Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. My water view balcony quickly became my favorite place to chill. Roaring fork mobile order was SO convenient and tasty. The pool was really nice. The location is epic. The parking lot had a charging station for my EV. The shop was reasonably priced for 3 three essential items we forgot and required (1 bottle of alleve, 1 nail clipper, 1 poncho). All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. The lobby SMELLED GOOD. The atmosphere and the theming were amazing. In all my years coming to Disney this is the first hotel I want to return to. LOVE. 🩵 p.s. 315/nt during summer & renovation 😬
