Our recent stay at the Disney Yacht Club was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and warm hospitality of the staff made our family vacation truly memorable. With seven children and grandparents joining us, our party of 11 felt right at home.
A special highlight was the “captain” in the lobby, whose friendliness and helpfulness set the tone for our entire stay. He went out of his way to ensure that our family felt welcome and well taken care of.
The hotel itself is wonderfully supportive of families. The amenities and activities kept our children entertained and happy, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our spacious accommodations comfortably fit our large group, providing both comfort and convenience.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the cleaning staff. Their dedication and attention to detail were extraordinary, ensuring our rooms were spotless and inviting every day. Their hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed and added a special touch to our stay.

The Yacht Club is definitely a place to relax and escape daily life. Everything you may need during your time away from home is either on property or within a short walk. Keep in mind this is a more premium/deluxe resort on Disney property, which translates to everything being a bit more pricey than at other locations. The location in relation to two Disney parks is a huge payoff and reason for the additional pricing. Restaurants on site are plentiful with plenty of seating and reservations available. The pool is definitely nice, but if you have kids that like splash pads more than regular pools, this may not be the right choice. Rooms are spacious enough for a family of 4-5. Anything more might find it tight unless you opt for the villas. Parking was a bit confusing at first but seems to be plentiful when we realized there was more than one area to park. Property was clean inside and out! The short walk to the adjacent resorts and the Boardwalk are a grand perk too. Overall, it's pricey to reserve and pricey to stay at but it is definitely something recommended to do at least once in your Disney adventures.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The restaurants at the resort were okay but i was expecting a little bit more from the steakhouse. Would suggest venturing out, if you can, to try restaurants outside of the resort. I was there for a conference and appreciated how convenient the conference location was. The lunch and breakfast at the convention center were pretty good. It's a great resort for families with small kids.

Lovely resort with close walks (10-15mins) to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Various transport options (skylines, buses and boats) to other parks and areas are easy access.
Room quality is as per Disney standard. Clean with basic amenities. Quiet and decent size.
Onsite eating options are available ranging from simple lunches upwards (for a price).
All staff have been friendly as expected.

Absolutely excellent stay!!! It's our first time back to the resort in 25 years and it is just as good if not better. We stayed on the club level which did give us access to the lounge and amenities that go with it. The rooms are excellent and are very well taken care of but the staff set this experience apart. Regardless of the area you are in you are greeted with respect and they will do everything that they can to help you. Service is second to non here and while yes it's expensive, it's worth it. The only downside to it is the transportation. While quick, most of the places we wanted to go were better accessed by bus. While not an issue to get a ride, it added about 45 min to an hour to our day when going to certain parks. Again not a deal breaker, but it makes it hard to work with kids schedules and getting afternoon naps/downtime. However, we would do it again in a heartbeat!
