Conveniently located near the boardwalk and Epcot. Place was cute and the Market cafe was very nice for a quick bite (great options for breakfast and snacks). The fragrance when you enter at the front is a little overwhelming but rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walls between the rooms must be thinner because we could hear voices easier than other places I've stayed on Disney. I didn't visit the pool but it looked nice with a big slide and quick eatery. You can also see Epcot fireworks from some of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again given the convenience to things close by.

Tons of storage in the room. Excellent customer service when we required sheet changes. Very clean all throughout the resort. Excellent pools and affordable on site laundry. I can’t say good enough things about our time spent here!

I attended a business conference here. Unfortunately I didn't stay here. The staff were personable and very attentive. I spoke briefly with the chef to thank him and the cooks for the great food and snacks. Most of these events have mediocre food, at best. The food was top notch and delicious. I attended the event alone but had my family with me. We got to visit a couple of the parks, which is always fun. Can't wait to come back again next year.

Considering this is a deluxe Disney resort, we were amazed at the lack of customer service. We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn. 2 weeks ago and all of the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. I waited 30 minutes to check-in on arrival. No bell services in sight to help us with our bags, limited dining options, no open reservations, lack of accommodations for the walk up list even with empty tables available, no late check out, 40 minutes for bell services to come get our bags. Oh and the leisure pool was closed for a whole afternoon and evening of our stay. Save the money and stay at Port Orleans Riverside. We have never had any of these issues. You cannot walk to the park but at least you feel like you get your money’s worth.

The resort is beautiful, the staff was great. My only cautions are not really within the control of the resort. Inclement weather really shuts everything down(boats, pools, outdoor amenities ) so quickly. Everything also resumes very quickly though so if you're not used to that it's a bit of a shock. Housekeeping doesn't care if you're sleeping in so might as well not plan on sleeping past 9am. Food options are open late but not 24 hrs so plan accordingly. Over all it was a great experience, we wouldn't hesitate to come back, but animal Kingdom Lodge is still cooler lol.
