The resort is beautiful. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The restaurants at the resort were okay but i was expecting a little bit more from the steakhouse. Would suggest venturing out, if you can, to try restaurants outside of the resort. I was there for a conference and appreciated how convenient the conference location was. The lunch and breakfast at the convention center were pretty good. It's a great resort for families with small kids.

Those who worked there offered top-notch service without exception. They were friendly and professional. They actually seemed to enjoy being there and making all guests and visitors feel welcome. They did everything in their power to make our experiences more positive and were extremely successful.

Absolutely excellent stay!!! It's our first time back to the resort in 25 years and it is just as good if not better. We stayed on the club level which did give us access to the lounge and amenities that go with it. The rooms are excellent and are very well taken care of but the staff set this experience apart. Regardless of the area you are in you are greeted with respect and they will do everything that they can to help you. Service is second to non here and while yes it's expensive, it's worth it. The only downside to it is the transportation. While quick, most of the places we wanted to go were better accessed by bus. While not an issue to get a ride, it added about 45 min to an hour to our day when going to certain parks. Again not a deal breaker, but it makes it hard to work with kids schedules and getting afternoon naps/downtime. However, we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We have stayed at a Disney Resort each time we come but this was our first time at Yacht Club.
We spent our honeymoon at Beach Club 10 years ago and always wanted to stay here, we were not disappointed.
Clean room. Great service. Best pool by far across all the resorts. We will be back.
We consider Disney as the Gold Standard and compare all others against it.

Best pool on-site. Sand bottom pools and great proximity to Epcot & Hollywood Studios. Wonderful cast members (especially Aaron from Meadville,PA) and gorgeous views from the club level floor. Regatta club level has great food too
