The best place to rest and relax!! This was my second time and I always have a good time.
Rooms are very clean. Pools and pool area clean. Most of the staff was helpful and kind. It's a beautiful resort.
The only issues I had was the lady that checked me in seemed like she was new. A little rude, never looked at us or smiled. When she couldn't find our reservation she just walked away. May need a little more training.
The bed was too soft for me...but that's just me.

This was our first time visiting and I must say we will be back! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the dated rooms in some of the villas. With some minor updates, it'll be 5 stars! Our villa was 2 beds, 2 full baths, and very comfy and cozy. The resort is so massive it is like a city within a city. There was so much to do that we rarely had to leave the resort. Even though there are shuttles running, you definitely need transportation if you prefer to get up and go when you want. We enjoyed Rivers Edge and West Village the most, although we loved eating in North Village. The lazy river was one of my favorites to hang out! My daughter and husband thoroughly enjoyed the arcades. This is definitely a family favorite!

If you're looking for a place to stay while traveling and seeing all the fabulous Orlando, FL has to offer, this place is great. We stay often, as we travel with a large family of 7. The 2 bedroom villas are wonderful, (request the west village). They are fully furnished with two full bathrooms, full kitchen with just about everything to make meals if you desire. Beds are very comfortable, and very sound proof as we have never heard neighbors. The resort is very large with many pools, arcades, and food options without leaving the resort. Starbucks on property. Only change I would like to see is better monitoring by the pools, as it's kind of a free for all (balls being thrown the entire length of the pool hitting everyone in sight, smoking, kids jumping in on other people).

This is a perfect place for families, friends and couples. They have great amenities, our suite was big with 3 rooms and 2.5 bath rooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful tub and the kitchen was fully equipped. Close to Disney and all shopping centers. They have several pools, slides and food and drink options too. I definitely recommend, very clean, very comfortable and very beautiful. And they had a jacuzzi in pool area by our suite. That was really sweet!!! Not the best pics, cause a lot of them have people in them so I posted what I could.

The resort was great. It was bigger than I expected. It sits on 1,450 acres! It took us almost 10 minutes to drive not walk to one of the pool. Good thing they have a free shuttle service that takes guest around. The property had a lot of amazing amenities that are family friendly. The room we had was very spacious for a family of 5.
