My husband and I stayed here in June. The property is beautiful and huge. The food on property for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent. The activities especially the pool area was very clean, fun, and it was enough chairs to sit out at the pool and enjoy all the activities including having to watch a movie at the pool. My only complaint was our neighbors underneath us were making so much noise. They were slamming doors, dragging patio chairs until 3am, and when they woke up at 6:00 am all 7 days we were there, we had no choice but to wake up with them. I contacted the front desk and even had to go inside the check in office to get help which I received no help. I spent over $1400 for this vacation for it not to be a vacation. After about 4 attempts and texting back and forth I was told a supervisor would contact me which no one ever did. I actually had to find a security guard on my own and was told unless they hear the noise, it was nothing they could do.It was no way they would be able to hear what we were hearing unless they came into our unit at 3am. I was very disappointed and wanted to go home because honestly the vacation was not worth it. No one offered any compensation or anything. This is the main reason we declined to become owners. My son loves this place and we were definitely ready to sign because of him. Please do better to assist guest that pay more than $199 for a time share presentation.

The villas are absolutely amazing—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The front desk staff is just as impressive: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the relentless push for timeshare upgrades and points. When we arrived, the person assigned to activate our keys was more focused on signing us up for a sales tour than doing his actual job. As a result, our keys were never activated, and we found ourselves stranded in a downpour—soaked and unable to access either our villa or the Breeze restaurant. This was especially frustrating as an owner who used my own points to book this stay; I don’t expect to be subjected to hard sells or tricked into tours I never agreed to—only to be told there’s a charge involved after the fact. To make matters worse, we had a very disappointing interaction with the manager at Breeze. As we took shelter from the storm in the bar area, she rudely approached us and threatened to throw us out unless we ordered food from a waiter. She didn’t ask if we had ordered—just assumed we hadn’t. In fact, we had already placed our order at the bar, and the bartender had invited us to sit and enjoy it. The manager’s tone and approach were completely inappropriate and embarrassing. While the property and accommodations are top-notch, the pressure tactics and poor customer service from certain staff members took away from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable owner experience.

I have always loved visiting the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort with my family. The resort offers activities for the whole family, so if you do not plan to go to theme parks, you can do activities on-site with your family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I gave the rooms a 4-star because I was not given the requested room. The bathrooms were also not cleaned. However, the staff was very helpful and moved us to a better room. Overall, I love this resort and will continue to go three to four times a year.

Reservations were easy to make online. That’s how I made mine, my daughter made hers on the phone, she asked that we be placed close so that the family could spend a lot of time together. She was out in a room across the property where they had to drive to get to the pool we planned to be at. The managers tried to make it better. But the hotel was completely booked, they couldn’t move her. If you’re not checking out on Sunday morning, plan to wake up early anyway if staying at the water park. 7:30 am starts all the the car alarms going off, and the beeping of the hotel service vehicles. This happens for about 3 hours. I had planned to check out late but was so frustrated with all this beeping that I just started packing and left early anyway.
