The rooms were very spacious and clean. The pools were far from room and requires a car or shuttle ride. The tubes for the lazy river were not covered by the resort fee and cost $9/ day. The game room was very modern and all games were working. The drinks at the pool were very expensive and weak, $26 for daiquiri double shot and could not taste liquor. $12 beer! If you consider buying into the timeshare do the math! At the 16% interest rate your paying more. The average points for a room is 20k/night, so do the math.

This place in a hidden gem. What a great property. Well maintained and so many things to do on property. Our only real issue was at check in with the man trying to book property tours. He was very rude once we said we did not want to tour .we tried to ask were our room was , on what side ?He gave us our parking pass and said that's all you need. Very rude , we had not even looked at our room or looked around.bit would better better to maybe state ....take a look at your room , enjoy the pool , if you would like to take a tour , please come back and see me ?? Very disappointed with his attitude. The king girl checking us in was lovely and we will return , but ask to avoid the sales //tour pitch.

When checked in unit was smaller than they said. Wanted to charge me $600 more for room they said could have. Checked in told me room number not location of room. Mad when asked where was. Big place to just say 2052. Room was dirty had to mop floor when first got there. Bathroom sink had hair in. Towels had makeup on and had to be washed. Living room curtain screws falling out of curtain rod. Curtain Rod was falling from ceiling on one end. Front porch light falling down. Toilet lid didn't fit toilet. Hole in wall. Paint all over dining room chair. Told several people there and no one cared. When leaving had trouble getting receipt for stay. Followed there check out instructions and still issues. Took 3 phone calls to get a receipt. No one there cared about anything. Would not recommend.

Over the past several years, my family and I have tried countless times to make use of our timeshare, but every attempt has ended in disappointment. Whether it was the location, available dates, or the type of vacation, nothing has ever worked for us. We’ve even tried booking hotels, cruises, and flights through the program, but none of these efforts have been successful. Despite these ongoing frustrations, we’ve continued to pay for this service for years without receiving any value in return. It’s incredibly disheartening to think about how much of our hard-earned money has been wasted on something we simply cannot use. Over time, we’ve found other vacation options that are far more flexible and satisfying than what the timeshare has ever provided. Even if we were eventually able to use it, I don’t believe the quality of what’s offered would justify the amount we’ve already paid, let alone the continued financial commitment required. What’s even more concerning is the possibility of this contract being passed down to our children. The thought of them being burdened with this obligation, with no way out, is deeply distressing. This needs to be resolved immediately. Don’t make the decision to get involved in something like this; it’s not worth it.

My husband and I stayed here in June. The property is beautiful and huge. The food on property for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent. The activities especially the pool area was very clean, fun, and it was enough chairs to sit out at the pool and enjoy all the activities including having to watch a movie at the pool. My only complaint was our neighbors underneath us were making so much noise. They were slamming doors, dragging patio chairs until 3am, and when they woke up at 6:00 am all 7 days we were there, we had no choice but to wake up with them. I contacted the front desk and even had to go inside the check in office to get help which I received no help. I spent over $1400 for this vacation for it not to be a vacation. After about 4 attempts and texting back and forth I was told a supervisor would contact me which no one ever did. I actually had to find a security guard on my own and was told unless they hear the noise, it was nothing they could do.It was no way they would be able to hear what we were hearing unless they came into our unit at 3am. I was very disappointed and wanted to go home because honestly the vacation was not worth it. No one offered any compensation or anything. This is the main reason we declined to become owners. My son loves this place and we were definitely ready to sign because of him. Please do better to assist guest that pay more than $199 for a time share presentation.
