If you're looking for a place to stay while traveling and seeing all the fabulous Orlando, FL has to offer, this place is great. We stay often, as we travel with a large family of 7. The 2 bedroom villas are wonderful, (request the west village). They are fully furnished with two full bathrooms, full kitchen with just about everything to make meals if you desire. Beds are very comfortable, and very sound proof as we have never heard neighbors. The resort is very large with many pools, arcades, and food options without leaving the resort. Starbucks on property. Only change I would like to see is better monitoring by the pools, as it's kind of a free for all (balls being thrown the entire length of the pool hitting everyone in sight, smoking, kids jumping in on other people).

The resort was great. It was bigger than I expected. It sits on 1,450 acres! It took us almost 10 minutes to drive not walk to one of the pool. Good thing they have a free shuttle service that takes guest around. The property had a lot of amazing amenities that are family friendly. The room we had was very spacious for a family of 5. Here's a list of the amenities:
2 outdoor tennis courts
36 holes of golf
4 spa tubs
7 outdoor pools
Arcade/game room
Basketball
Beach volleyball
Bicycle rentals
Billiards/pool table
Children's club
Children's pool
Fitness classes
Free water park
Golf driving range
Golf lessons
Gym
Karaoke
Lazy river
Mini golf

Love this place! The staff and everyone are friendly. I will say right off the get-go, the reason for the 4-star service rating and not a 5-star is because of the "tour." We took the tour because they promised us a $100 gift card and 8 days 7 night free vacation for only 1.5 hrs of our time. Now what they don't tell you is it's more like 3-6 hrs, and that's depending if you become an owner. I would have been okay with 1.5 hrs, I asked more than once if that's all it is. I was told numerous times that it was only that long. It's not even if you say no a million times. Now on to the great things. The pools are amazing, the lazy river is amazing, the hot tub is great, and I wish they would make it 21 and up. There are too many kids under the age of 13 in it. Get a bucket drink and lounge by the pool or hit the golf course with some friends. This place has it all, and you never need to leave the property. If you do plan to leave and head over to Disney Springs, there is a back road that leaves from the complex and bypasses all that traffic and construction.

Very nice resort. We stayed in West Village where the rooms are updated. The pools are all nice, but the lazy river pool is always horribly over crowded. In order to use a tube at the lazy river, you have to pay $9/person per day. Ridiculous! The cost of tubes should be covered in the maintenance fees owners pay, or put into the resort fees. We ordered adult beverages at one of the poolside places by the lazy river. Paid $43 for 2 drinks, a smoothie for our daughter and required gratuity. There was no alcohol in our drinks but no way to prove it. I am absolutely positive there was water in the liquor bottles, not vodka or rum.
The restaurants, putt putt, etc all closed too early. They allow people to smoke on their patio and the smoke enters other patios and rooms. The kitchen is not well set up so if you cook on vacation be prepared with your own stuff. The beds were very uncomfortable and there's no ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The AC made a horrible noise every time it came on. The tennis and basketball courts were crowded and loud every night which made it hard for little ones to sleep.
Great location. Nice rooms. Great pools (other than the lazy river pool). Hot tubs are scarce and over crowded. It's iffy if we'd ever stay again.

I honestly could not recommend this hotel more!! It is a brilliant location - 15 minutes drive from the Disney parks, 20 minutes from Universal and right in the middle of many shops and restaurants! We had a two bedroom suite during our stay which had two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room/dining room, and a balcony. We also had a washer and dryer in our suit which came in very handy! The staff could not be more helpful and were very friendly. The facilities on site were fantastic, as were the restaurants and bars - a little pricey but very nice! It also had parking outside of each on the “apartment blocks” which was brilliant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be returning in the future!
