RUN! Do NOT agree to or sign up for any presentations or timeshares! It’s one thing to stay at this hotel but do not entertain any of their offers to listen to a presentation or sales pitch. It will not be 90 minutes or 2 hours, it will last SEVERAL hours and they will not allow you to simply walk out and go back to the hotel. The salesmen would not let us leave until we signed a contract. We needed a ride back to our hotel and it was refused until we put pen to paper. Very coercive. We have only taken one vacation with it and were put in a very dirty and outdated hotel room, which we had to pay even more money to stay in. At the meeting they showed us brand new condos and said those were what we’d be staying in. It wasn’t even close. I have reached out to Holiday Inn about this several times and they have nothing to say for themselves nor have they apologized for anything. Their timeshare does not make travel easier, cheaper, nicer, or more accessible. Everything has been made more difficult and we have had to pay exponentially more money for vacations we can’t take because they don’t have any availability for owners.

This place does not act like a typical Hotel. Our rooms were not cleaned and there was no clean towels. I complained to the front desk and they told me this is a time share facility. They do not clean rooms or change your towels. Only do this every 10 days.
Actually they provide you a vacuum, and detergent and expect you to use the shared laundry machines in the hall way to clean your bath towels. I didn't see on the website anything mentioning a time share nor that guests are expected to wash their own towels!! So beware, you are not really on vacation, you still have to clean, and do laundry!!

I will try to give a fairly extensive review. This was our second stay and this time we stayed Sunday night through Friday morning.
To start, check in ALWAYS takes forever and they are pretty pushy with upsells and trying to get you to take a tour. I said "no" to everything.
When we finally got to our room (2 bedroom condo), our keys didn't work and we had to call security to get us in. We also called the front desk, who said they would drop new key cards off before 8am the next morning.
The next morning we left for Disney and hadn't received new key cards. However, we figured out that one of our 5 cards did work, so we took that. When we came home (LATE) that night, our key now didn't work... and of course, my 3 year old decided that she had to pee, so that was a fun experience.
Called security again, they came to let us in. We found new keys inside the condo (they dropped them off while we were gone) and they had deactivated the one we had. Just kind of a nightmare.
There was someone smoking pot the first night which I think smells horrible, thankfully security took care of that amazingly fast and we didn't have an issue again, so I was really happy with that.
The 2 bedroom unit is super nice! Nothing bad to say at all really.
Pizza from the resort is OUTRAGEOUS $$$.
As for the water park, there's a lot of nice areas, especially by the lazy river, the pools and splash pad were clean. The negative was the lazy river, it was dirty, and not just like leaves in it, but oddly colored. Both my daughter and I got a bad rash after being in it, and it's now been almost 5 days and I still have it... GROSS.
They didn't give any instructions of what to do at check out, but we remembered having to do some things with dishes and towels, so I had to call for that information, which was frustrating.
Housekeeping showed up on check out day at 9:45 and knocked on our door. She barely spoke English but I tried to tell her we didn't have to leave until 10am, so she literally sat outside our door until we left, kind of tacky if you ask me.

Immaculate rooms and interior design were wonderful. Though the paper towels were not the best, the other features were top-notch.
We only saw one cockroach!
Cable TV was great, except I needed access to close captions because of my hearing loss and the closed captions, we couldn't figure it out how to set it up.

I went here from Jan 27th to Feb 3rd, it was a very relaxing experience at the resort.
The room was very large in size and had all the necessities. The pool was huge and was quite nice. The location itself also has many things small distances away including Disney, around 3.5 miles away.
There are many nice places to eat and explore nearby. There's mini golf course close by the resort, but the resort has one already anyway. We stayed at River Island, the newest area and it was quite nice indeed. All in all, a pretty good vacation.
5 stars ⭐😊
