Rooms were clean, except we found a roach in our room once during our 8 day stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. One day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking which threw us off. Overall it was an acceptable experience. Very convenient location!

As a Hilton rewards member, I was expecting a wonderful easy stay, but that was not the case. We had stained bedding and even though I said something(twice) we never got new bedding. We also had no parking available upon arrival. Food was mediocre at best. Our keys never worked which made getting in and out of the room very difficult. Needless to say we did not enjoy our stay and do not recommend this location.

Great location for universal studios. Nice accommodations on site (when not blocked off due to events). Rooms in my tower were dated. There was a contest going on and the hotel let them block off the hot tub and didn’t tell us or put up a sign notifying us. I was told that the hotel frequently does block these areas off for events and caters to these groups. Staff were rude when we asked about it. Also only microwave I am told is in game room no microwave in room or lobby or on any floors.

*LONG ONE, SORRY! I booked two nights here for my son's birthday trip to Universal. He, his father and I LOVE hotels. We arrived during a torrential downpour, but Lionel (I think that was his name!) unloaded my truck and assisted us with setting our hotel room up. Made us feel extra fancy! The room was wonderful, clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It looks like they may have Stearns and Foster mattresses, based on the designs, which was a major plus. Either way, we all slept great. Throughout our time in the hotel, despite multiple events going on, there were no issues with noise, long waits, chaos. The pool was refreshing. We only ate at the hotel when we first arrived and the food was fine - the pricing did not bother me at all and was not surprising - more on this soon. From start to finish, despite our main objective being Universal, the hotel was what made the trip. I will 100000% be using this hotel only for any future trips to Universal where I can sneak in a hotel stay. There are some things I want to highlight based on reading other reviews. I am going to assume the majority of these people are NOT from Florida and/or are not managing their expectations. There are a lot of reviews complaining about a smell in the rooms. I noticed this in the reviews on the last hotel I stayed at. Please, everyone, keep in mind SO MUCH of Florida is STILL recovering from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole. I am from Daytona Beach, and all around us is still in the process of recovery. These storms did catastrophic damage to so many areas of Florida and I am pretty sure that "musty" smell you are smelling is a direct result from them. Regarding the noise level, food prices and quality: Yes, this is a Hilton Hotel and perhaps the food should be "better" but this is clearly a hotel that's going nonstop for both Universal goers and events/conferences. There's tons of other places to eat in walking distance - go there if you don't like the food or pricing. All pricing is going to be jacked up at a hotel directly in front of Universal Studios. Lastly, I do not know how this was missed, as before I booked my stay I looked through multiple sources. EVERY SINGLE ONE states very clearly about the daily parking fee/valet fee.

From the moment I stepped up to the front desk and was greeted by the very lovely Ms. Carter, it was an excellent experience. I’m definitely returning to this hotel. The pool & pool area is exceptional. The room smelled very clean & was quite comfortable. Everything throughout was very clean. Excellent service from the bar to security when my room key wouldn’t work, to the helpful & friendly Universal Studios associate. The hotel is very well priced. It’s conveniently located. My family and I felt appreciated and taken care of. Thank you!
