This was such a beautiful hotel. If you’re traveling to Universal Studios definitely stay here! Very close to many attractions and restaurants. There’s also a ginormous heated pool and a hot tub which was a huge plus. BIG SHOUT OUT TO MORGAN. She works the front desk & was so helpful, patient, kind, and accommodating. She gave the best customer service I’ve ever received from any hotel.

Holiday weekend, and only ONE (of three) elevator working for the +12 floor building we're in!! Last night we waited in line at the elevator longer than we waited for some park rides! Since seeing that as a recurring situation, we've been climbing 7 flights of stairs every time we come/go. Tiring after a long day walking the parks! The rooms are decent, clean, average/not fancy. Only complaint with the room is that the bedside outlets are so loose, whatever you plug in will fall out of the socket unless you don't touch the cord or if youwedge something upon it. Customer service seems good, but we haven't interacted much with them since arriving. The elevator issue is the biggest, by far. The price people pay to stay here should ensure, at a minimum, that there are functioning elevators available! I'm dreading our departure, as we will have to choose between 7 flights of stair, or an outrageous wait time for an excessively overcrowded elevator.

the hotel looks really nice and check in/check out was super smooth and the front desk receptionist(linda) that checked me in was very friendly and gave me some cookies. the receptionist diamond that checked me out was very sweet also. didn’t really have any issues while staying. the only thing would be when we had to shower the shower knob gets loosened when trying to turn the water hot or cold so it keeps going round and round. however they don’t make it known when you’re booking about having to pay for parking. it’s $33 to self park and it’s per night of your stay but never have i had to pay for parking for a hotel i’m staying at. i’m a florida native so i’ve traveled to orlando a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels in orlando and this is a first. it threw me off when i was told checking in that i had to pay for parking. we are already paying for the rooms but then to also pay for parking seems like a cash grab. at least hide the pricing with the cost of the rooms cause that seems ridiculous. there should be an option where we can park for free cause if not then that’s on you finding a space for your car if you’re not paying to park on the lot. having to pay for parking is what will make me not stay here in the future but it was a nice looking hotel overall.

Standard hotel with great location. Right across from the universal studios/citywalk/islands of adventure park. They do take a $50 incidental fee per day of you being there which kinda sucks especially if you are trying to travel on a budget. There is also a $33 a night parking fee if you have a car. Outside of those two things though, I think the hotel is nice and decorates well for the holidays! I also utilized the café they have near the fountain. I got the Nashville chicken sandwhich with fries. It was very good!

The only thing great about this hotel is the location. Everything else was mediocre. The villas is not a room you want to stay in. The upscale part of the hotel is the lobby & tower. Any room that haves to due with villas i advise you not to book. Everything gave Travelodge vibes. The AC unit didnt work. It blew hot air all night. No hot water at all & there was mold throughout the shower & bathroom. Charge you so much & dont even offer complimentary breakfast. Bedsheets felt disgusting & was not comfortable at all to sleep in. Felt like a motel 6. A run down one at that. I want a refund expeditiously
