My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay here last weekend. Overall we recommend this place for those of you who are visiting island of adventure and epic Universal. Service: The breakfast buffet here has a wide variety of choices. I was pleasantly surprised that it offers cooked to order omelets. Samar, the lady who prepared our omelet and eggs was especially lovely and helpful. I would also recommend those of you who are celebrating special occasions to stay here. When we told the concierge that we are celebrating a birthday, we were given a “special gift” (they do check your ID so make sure that you are actually celebrating!!) Shout out to front desk Hakeem for making our stay extra memorable. Location: 15min very scenic walk to Island of adventure. This is such a relief to us after the park closed and there was a humongous line waiting for uber. We simply walked! Last but not least, don’t forget to pack swimsuits and flip flops to take advantage of their nice pools and jacuzzi. Don’t make the same mistake that we did!

The first time we stayed here it was amazing! The location is great, quick walk to universal studios. Got to stay on the 18th floor with a park view. Beds are comfy. The second time was not as good and we were disappointed as we had wanted to stay here again because the first time was so good. We paid for a king size room and they downgraded us to two queens but gave us a free upgrade to universal view room. But wasn't even much of a view as we were only on the 6th floor. They got rid of the Starbucks in the hotel which is huge bummer and the breakfast is way too basic for the price. The elevators here are janky and sketchy. Waited 10 minutes for the elevators to even get to our floor and the button are broke in the elevator. They are small and sound like they are going to break apart. Need major renovations.

A wonderful stay – exactly what we needed after a bad experience elsewhere. We came here after leaving our first hotel, which was a complete disaster — and what a difference! We were warmly welcomed with fresh cookies and could check into our room right away. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, and the view was lovely. The bar staff were excellent — very friendly and skilled at making great cocktails. I still don’t quite understand why they put an orange slice in a beer, but that’s just my personal opinion 😉 All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back!

Definitely enjoy my stay, rooms were clean, bathroom clean, staff were always professional and nice. The only thing I didn't like was the place called Pizza burgers and more inside the Hotel. There staff were rude, the coffee I ordered tastes more like milk and water the hot chocolate tasted literally like warm milk. Best safe your money and go out for breakfast or coffee. Apart from that the Hotel was nice, I can definitely Come back

This exquisite property was the chosen destination for one night of our recent excursion. We secured two accommodations: a king-sized room and a double queen-sized room. Upon our early arrival, we were promptly granted access to our double queen room. A dedicated staff member named Carlos assisted us with our luggage, attended to our check-in process, and carried our belongings up the stairs to our room. His attentiveness extended beyond our immediate needs, as he provided us with comprehensive information about the property and offered valuable recommendations. To our delight, our king-sized room was unexpectedly upgraded to a spacious corner suite at no additional cost. The property’s culinary offerings were exceptional, particularly the restaurant and the on-site pool. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight.
