Me and my boyfriend came here for vacation and we had an amazing time! We were here for 4 nights . We loved this hotel we got here few hours early and they held our stuff for us while we went to some stores till check in. They gave us free cookies they’re so good. Hotel room was really nice and clean. They have a fire pit outside and we sat next to it like every night. Jacuzzi is really big and nice too! Definitely recommend this hotel.Customer service is amazing everyone is super welcoming and sweet. Especially the girls working at the front desk.

From the moment I walked in this resort Diamond at reception made me feel comfortable and special. Her outstanding professionalism, warm greeting and welcoming smile stands out above all others - Thank You Diamond! And a shout out to Vinny the waiter who also provided exceptional customer service and a warm welcoming smile. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! So far my favorite in the Orlando area! Thank you!! - Sandi

Locations is probably the only thing that this hotel has. Room clean which is basic but outdated. I plugged in my travel steamer to iron my outfit for even and plug would not stay in the wall. It would pop right out as soon as I move. For the price I am paying which is close to $200 a night I expect outlets to work properly.
Customers service is something that’s lacking. I did online checking only to be notified that I need to stop by front desk regardless. Which is supper frustrating. Why offer service if you will make me stand in line anyway? I had to wait over 10 minutes before someone got to me and that’s me being 2nd in line with 3 people working . At least it was at the beginning and than 2 felt leaving 1 even though they saw me and other guests waiting to be helped. There was 1 of them
helping their “priority “ customers. While I was standing I was passed on 3 times because “priority” customers who were coming much later after me were called to desk first. Guy who was checking in “priority “ guests checked in 3 guests while other 2 were still ‘working on checking in their 1 customer. I guess efficiency is not something that is offered to regular guests and their time is not valued either. When I finally got to desk and asked why I had to wait event though I checked in online she just made list of reasons it might happened. She didn’t check why and honestly didn’t care. Acted like I was a bother and nuisance and annoyed that she had to work instead of loiter around like her other colleagues did who just watch me and other guests who were waiting to be helped. Oh, and their famous cookies? Yeah, she didn’t even bother offering them to me.
For the price I paid I expected to be treated better. Remote key didn’t work at all either. What is the point of offering service which would not be honored? Very disappointing and would not recommend this place.

This hotel does not live up to the Hilton standard. The price point on this hotel is specifically for location. The rooms are outdated, water pressure is almost non-existent (toilets), bath/shower is old, beds are uncomfortable with sunken mattresses. I was expecting far more for over $200 for a single night. You can walk to universal studios from the parking lot, which is $33 for parking, but it will be quite a walk. With how grand the entrance is, you would expect the rooms to be way more comfortable. I probably wouldn't have spent more than $90 total on a room like this elsewhere.

Let the stars speak for the categories. This review is about their management, who clearly are not interested in customer service. If you are parked in their lot, no room keys work to lift the exit gate. This has been for days. You have to get lucky and hope there is someone listening for the help button to ring the phone in the back office. The Valet supervisor stated, "we are outsourced, and the hotel managers won't let us solve the problem." Meanwhile, ten minutes pass and you are sitting in line for them to eventually respond to the customer who was fed up with getting no help from the help button, but has to walk back into the hotel to get staff attention. No signs posted as to the issue. Total This lack of empathy requisite in meeting customer's needs is apparently rampant in Orlando, and the same "quality" managers are in charge. Could they not have staged someone outside (valets already there) to watch for gate traffic? Aiming low for as long as the money comes in.
I forgot to add, the issue with parking has existed for months. See the other reviews below.
