Great location! My second stay here ever and came to spend my husband’s birthday and our 1 year wedding anniversary. The team was amazing, was able to accommodate my room change and honored my celebration with some perks! Thank you Cathy & team! I will be back. Nice jacuzzi, huge pool. Great food choices on property from Starbucks, to a bar/grill option etc.

10/10. My recent 2 day stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very professional and attentive. (Special shot out to the check in staff. We will never forget this great experience!!) Good and service at restaurant was great. An all around great experience!!

We had a great experience. The hotel is older but they’ve done a great job maintaining it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were a bit slow. We enjoyed the on site Starbucks. Breakfast at the Sunshine Cafe was crazy expensive at $74 for the two of us but it was delicious. The chef working the omelette station did a fabulous job and our waiter Vinny was amazing! The location of the hotel cannot be beat for going to Universal and City Walk. It’s right at the entrance. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Before staying here, I read reviews about the restaurants being expensive, the rooms having a smell, and the elevators were slow. Sure the restaurant (we only stopped by the Sunshine Grille I think it was called) was a bit steep, but I expected nothing less considering this hotel's location. I did not eat at this location despite having a $15 daily credit. We were too busy with the parks. Our room was clean and did not have a foul odor. We got our cookies and water at check-in. The elevators were operating and their speed did not bother me one way or the other. The only issue I have is the fact I had to pay $31/night for parking, and I was charged fees to charge my Tesla. It was convenient to have these on the lot, of course, but had I known I would be charged, I would've just went to a nearby supercharger, as this is a free service for me. Otherwise, I have no other complaints :)

This made our trip to Universal Studios a million times better!! Location was phenomenal, food at the various restaurants was on point, and the price was astonishing!! We decided after staying one night that we were going to stay another and booking for another night took only seconds!! This was our family's first trip to Orlando and to Universal and to be honest, Universal Studios was kind of a nightmare! So staying at such a nice hotel made it better and allowed me to relax from the chaos of the day!
