Check in was a bit long but it was worth the wait. They have 3 buildings full of rooms and it’s absolutely amazing. Pool area was great. Rooms were clean and well updated. Location was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. Can’t go wrong with the surrounding activities On the board walk. Family friendly. We will be back!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were great but my only complaint is that our door lock didn't work but we just parked our scooters by the adjoining door and the entrance door. My sister's first room television didn't work and they had to switch her out. But they did all this with pleasant understanding. Would we stay there again? Most definitely. The location was good to Universal Studios. We were able to ride our scooters to the park.

Severely understaffed and the rooms are stained and have leaky ceilings in the bathrooms. The drains are clogged and the entire hotel is humid on the inside. There are motel style rooms but they charge a “resort fee” and there’s only one person working the front desk even if there’s people on a line out the door

The photos advertised for this property are incredibly misleading. The room looked nothing like what was shown online—more reminiscent of a Super 8 Motel than a resort. I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, the remote control was missing, and it took far too long for the staff to bring a replacement. One of the light fixtures didn’t work, the air conditioner was both loud and leaking, and there was no comforter on the bed. The bathroom was far from clean—especially the floors—and the toilet was leaking with brown residue around its base. I had to put towels down to walk around, and they ended up stained. The entire room’s floor was dirty and clearly needed a proper bleach mopping. To make things worse, our room was never cleaned during our stay, even after we called to report these problems. The only response we got was a delivery of fresh towels, which felt completely inadequate given the condition of the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were well below any acceptable standard. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only redeeming quality is its location, which is likely the only reason guests book here. I truly regret staying at this property and wish I could get my money back.

I stayed at the Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference in Orlando and had a very disappointing and disturbing experience. First, the room did not look anything like the photos online. The pictures are misleading and show modern, updated rooms, but in reality my room was outdated and poorly maintained. There were spider webs in the ceiling corners, the air conditioner looked decades old and was built up with dust, and overall the space felt neglected and dirty. The only nice part of the property was the lobby, which is nothing like the guest rooms. Even though I was willing to overlook these issues, everything changed when I discovered a bed bug in the room. I took photos and reported it immediately. This is a serious health and safety issue that no guest should have to deal with. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability from the hotel. I was provided a manager’s name but told there was no direct phone number or email. When I tried calling the hotel, the phone would ring endlessly or hang up, and I was never able to get ahold of anyone who could take responsibility. To make matters even more frustrating, I was still required to pay for the first night even though I left the property a little after 12 a.m. the same night I checked in. I believe no guest should be charged under these conditions. The hotel’s policy only gives 15 minutes to make a complaint after check-in, which is unreasonable because most guests don’t fully inspect their rooms right away. On top of that, if you are at the hotel for more than four hours your bank may require you to pay for the stay, so guests should keep that in mind. Adding insult to injury, the hotel charges for “extra cleaning services” even though my room was clearly not cleaned properly in the first place. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with my stay and how it was handled. Wyndham is a large hotel chain, and guests should be able to expect clean, updated, and pest-free rooms along with real accountability from management. Unfortunately, this property failed on all counts. Until they take sanitation, maintenance, and guest concerns seriously, I cannot recommend staying here. Update to the owner: I booked this reservation under my mother’s name (Ginene Sewell) but my card was on file. There still hasn’t been any direct contact information provided to me to resolve this issue. I was at the hotel July 11th and although the reservation was under another name, the fact there is no documentation of the situation shows how poor it was handled from the start. The front desk personnel dismissed us and deferred us to the manager Taneika White. who was never able to be reached after multiple attempts. I stayed at the location mentioned, in Orlando and checked in July 11th around 6pm and left July 12th 1 am due to the situation.
