I stayed 4 nights and 5 days at Wyndham and no one cleaned my room a single time. Not once. I spoke with two managers, several front desk agents, and even the cleaning staff, and everyone kept saying “we’ll take care of it”… but nothing ever happened. To make it worse, other people from my group DID get their rooms cleaned, so it’s not even a policy issue — it’s just pure negligence. The staff was completely unfriendly, acting as if helping guests was doing us a favor. There was zero sense of hospitality or professionalism. And yet, they still charge a ridiculous “resort fee” for amenities and services that were never provided. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Totally unacceptable for a Wyndham. Don’t waste your money — pick literally any other hotel.

I stayed there for 5 nights and I didn’t liked anything from the hotel only the location… when we arrived there was only 1 lady doing the check in process and took for ever to attend all the people in line. During this time another lady came and did our check in… when we arrived to the room at first we were not able to open the door because it was jammed from inside, after we were able to get inside, the room was looking old, in bad shape, the bathroom was awful, dirty and with mold. Tv was not working and we reported the next day at the front desk because nobody answered the phone. They don’t offer complementary bottle water for the rooms, but they have a small cafeteria that has the basics from sodas, electrolytes, cold brew bottles, coffee, certain snacks, etc. everything is under charge including the bottle water. They do have an infuse water station in the lobby but must of the time was empty. The pool is nice and deep in different zones, the jacuzzi was nice and hot, but I saw an employee refuse to help a guest with his towel request, I know it’s not a Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton or St Regis hotel but you can’t denied a simple request from a guest… One good thing the hotel has is the free ride service to the parks in different schedules and that it’s located in a popular area that has a lot of options from restaurants to convenience stores that close around 1/2 AM, so when you come back from the parks you have options. Please recognize Jenna the universal concierge she was super helpful helping me changing the date in my tickets to visit Epic. And Victor in the lobby bar who gave really good feedback and recommendation to all the questions I asked. He went above his service and created an experience for us as guest.

I’ve stayed here three times in the past couple of months, and overall it’s been a solid experience! Here are a few things to know: Parking & Checkout - Free parking on-site - You can add one extra hour for free on the day of checkout—just call the front desk. - After 12 PM, it’s $25 per additional hour. Amenities & Hours - Pool opens at 7 AM and closes at 11 PM. - The bar closes around the same time. - The front desk is open 24 hours, but there’s usually only one person working overnight, so be kind and patient, they’ve always been super nice to us. - The café in the tower has always been closed during our visits, but the main one near the pool is open. Housekeeping - Not included daily, but you can pay for daily service if you’d like. - A free cleaning is offered every 3 days for longer stays. - Small heads-up: you’ll likely get a knock from housekeeping 15 minutes to an hour before checkout. Rooms & Overall Stay - Rooms are relatively clean, and the staff is friendly. - The walls are a little thin, but most guests are respectful, so it’s not a big issue. Location Highlights - Less than 10 minutes from Universal. - Around 15 minutes from Epic Universe. - 20–30 minutes to Disney World. - 15–20 minutes to the Kia Center. Overall for the price, you really can’t complain. It’s a good value stay with helpful staff and convenient access to all the major Orlando attractions!

Stayed at Wyndham Avanti Resort and Hotel at the beginning of our trip for 4 nights. Check in was super easy when we arrived and the staff on guest services were great. The rooms are a little tired and could do with some TLC, however, for what we paid and the location, you can’t go wrong. The rooms were clean, air con worked and had everything you needed. The pool area was lovely, the pool isn’t heated but is a really big area. Bar staff were also friendly. Location is perfect for the parks and and loads of food places and shops in walking distance. Overall, for the price and location would stay again.

I booked through Expedia and when I arrived to check in they told me I had to pay extra fees and a deposit it came out to almost $100 or more I believe but it was disappointing. The walls are very thin me and my boyfriend heard everything and would constantly be woken up because the housekeeping people were loud but walls are very thin you can hear people conversations in the room next to you. You even hear them if they cough. Elevators could be cleaner but decent I guess. The rooms have doors that connect to the room next to you it is uncomfortable in my opinion. Other than that room was tidy and the location was great so many activities to do. One thing I didn’t like is me and my husband were asleep on checkout day and an employee opened door to wake us up. It was very rude and scared us. Wouldn’t stay here again the location was only great thing. You have to pay for breakfast and lunch here.
