I recently stayed at this location for a quick getaway. I work a lot so I wanted somewhere that was not too expensive but in a great area in which everything was nearby. I was a bit disappointed that the TV did not work for the entire stay. I wasn’t interested in sightseeing, I just wanted to be in my room, watching TV and off my feet… From Sunday to Tuesday not a single channel worked. The bathroom tub needed to be cleaned and shower curtains needed to be replaced. I ended up buying products to clean the bathroom thoroughly. The floor in the room needed to be desperately mopped. I ended up doing that myself too… why? The phone in the room was not working to be able to call front desk. I stayed in the tower building on the 11th floor. Great views. The location of the hotel was great. I didn’t have to drive anywhere if I didn’t want to. No free breakfast, however, Cafe breakfast was decent. This hotel has the potential to be great, but still a bit ways to go.

Let’s start with the good. The pool is very nice and the location is convenient. However, the rooms are not what is shown online. It felt like staying in an old dorm room or motel. We were on the ground level and could hear everything from the street and people passing by. It made it hard to rest and it didn’t feel very safe. We also booked on Priceline and when arrived at the location they charged us an additional 130 dollars. I would like the company to be more transparent about any additional fees. I am including pictures of our room include the gap in the door that made our room feel even less private. Also featuring the holes in the sheets. For our trip it was fine but I would not come back.

My room was in a separate building it looked like jail. at night there is a lot of weird activity. Drugs were obvious. Literally felt unsafe. The room is outdated misleading pictures online. The fridge did not work, but the bathroom was the last straw for me. There was a ring around the tub nothing to hold soap. There was no liner for the shower curtain. The water temp was extremely hot. I had to shower with my flip flops on. Low quality towels left lint all over me. The safe was on the floor. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. The bartender on staff did not know what she was doing. I cancelled the remainder of my stay. Front desk had zero concern nobody even asked why/ if everything was ok. Nobody cared it’s like they knew. This is my most horrible hotel stay ever I don’t know what qualifies them to call themselves a resort. Only up was there are a bunch of spots to get food in the area. I re booked at the Gaylord Resort so that I can enjoy my time here in Orlando.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for a romantic getaway. While the room itself was clean and the hotel looked well-maintained, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise — being right next to the highway made it nearly impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. We were shocked to learn that the hotel charges extra for basic housekeeping services like making the bed and replacing towels — something I've never encountered at any other hotel. Unfortunately, this isn't a place I would recommend, especially if you're looking for rest and relaxation.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. The ceiling LITERALLY crumbled on me and they won't comp the room. Our experience was beyond unacceptable. Let's start at the beginning with the first room: -Multiple outlets didn’t work -The tub drain was rusty and the basin wasn’t even attached to the floor, making showers unsafe -I couldn’t bathe my kids due to the condition -The laundry machines had visible mold inside them Things got worse when I returned to the room and ceiling material started falling on me. I went to the front desk, shaken and upset, and they moved us to the room next door. That room reeked of urine. I had to ask staff to smell it themselves before being moved yet again. The chaos left my kids (3 and 5 years old) wide awake and unsettled. A manager named David came to the room, apologized, and said our resort fees would be refunded and breakfast comped. I explained that wasn’t enough, we were potentially exposed to asbestos or other hazardous materials falling from the ceiling. I then met with the Director of Guest Services, Tanekia, who said she would "take care of us." But later she left a voicemail saying they were only refunding $40.50 in resort fees. To make matters worse, one of the front desk staff was visibly sick and coughing, spreading germs to guests. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Instead, it was stressful, unsanitary, and deeply disappointing. We dealt with unsafe room conditions, health hazards, and poor follow-through from management. I can’t believe we paid to be treated this way, and that they won't comp the room. We are NEVER coming back, and I will be fighting with my credit card company to get refunded.
