***edit*** 03/06 not sure where our refundable deposit is??? No one replying to emails and checked out 20/05. Paid for 2 rooms? Photos are catfishing. It looks nothing like the photos online. They have taken a very old room, put some modern furniture in and painted it. No maintenance has been done at all to the rooms. Damp smell throughout once past reception. Loud music across the road from Lava which kept us up until 3am. The walls are paper thin so can hear absolutely everything. Pretty sure the barman charged us extra for a cocktail and took the extra as a tip which found sneaky if this was the case so didn’t drink at the bar again the time we were there. Pool also felt like hadn’t really been cleaned. The floors need mopped at least every few days, felt so dirty by night 10. Plus side- clean towels and bed made every day. Location is fantastic and staff are nice . Probably won’t stay here again as the photos don’t reflect the actually experience

Really enjoyed our stay here! We were on the 14th floor. The room was clean. Didn't see a single bug the whole time we were there. (Maybe they were afraid of heights?) The room attendant was fantastic! She made the bed, changed out our towels, and emptied the trash. It was great service! Our safe didn't work, so we left some of our valuables in the room. Our laptop was visible, and nothing was taken from the room. The room only had two drawers for storing your clothes. We brought extra hangers, so it wasn't an issue for the two of us. A family of 4 might have some trouble unless they don't mind keeping clothes in a suitcase. The room was pretty large though! We absolutely loved our stay! The water pressure was perfect, but you had to turn the shower on several minutes before you were ready to get in. It took a while to get the water the right temperature. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at this location for a quick getaway. I work a lot so I wanted somewhere that was not too expensive but in a great area in which everything was nearby. I was a bit disappointed that the TV did not work for the entire stay. I wasn’t interested in sightseeing, I just wanted to be in my room, watching TV and off my feet… From Sunday to Tuesday not a single channel worked. The bathroom tub needed to be cleaned and shower curtains needed to be replaced. I ended up buying products to clean the bathroom thoroughly. The floor in the room needed to be desperately mopped. I ended up doing that myself too… why? The phone in the room was not working to be able to call front desk. I stayed in the tower building on the 11th floor. Great views. The location of the hotel was great. I didn’t have to drive anywhere if I didn’t want to. No free breakfast, however, Cafe breakfast was decent. This hotel has the potential to be great, but still a bit ways to go.

Let’s start with the good. The pool is very nice and the location is convenient. However, the rooms are not what is shown online. It felt like staying in an old dorm room or motel. We were on the ground level and could hear everything from the street and people passing by. It made it hard to rest and it didn’t feel very safe. We also booked on Priceline and when arrived at the location they charged us an additional 130 dollars. I would like the company to be more transparent about any additional fees. I am including pictures of our room include the gap in the door that made our room feel even less private. Also featuring the holes in the sheets. For our trip it was fine but I would not come back.

Suppose to be a resort. Please save your money. The pool is nice, but the rooms were horrible and outdated. My car would of been more peaceful. People lay on the ground, blocking the right of way. Smoking and drinking. We stayed 2 nights the second night when we returned to our room and went up 12 floors to realize our key didn't work anymore. I went to the front desk, and they stated we changed rooms during the day. Found out they gave our room to someone else. Thank God they were honest people and returned back to the front desk and said people had stuff in the room already.
