There are so many "fixable" things in the hotel, hope this feedback helps
Language Barrier: The staff’s proficiency in English was inadequate, making communication challenging.
Noise Levels: Persistent noise disrupted the serene environment, making it impossible to enjoy reading or relaxing by the pool.
Food Quality: The daily menu lacked variety and the food was consistently undercooked and excessively greasy.
Entertainment: While the entertainment was enjoyable, the late hours (past 23:00) made it difficult for guests seeking rest.
Cocktails: The quality of cocktails was subpar, with incorrect ingredients affecting the taste.
Restaurant Booking: Access to the a-la-carte restaurant was unattainable throughout our 10-day stay due to overbooking.
Room Cleanliness: Cleaning was superficial, with dust prevalent in less accessible areas. The room’s finish was poor, with visible construction flaws and unsafe electrical wiring.
Internet Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and performed poorly.
Pool Accessibility: Despite a well-maintained pool, the practice of reserving sunbeds overnight limited availability for other guests.
Room Finishing: The hotel’s exterior presented a modern and well-maintained appearance; however, the rooms were incomplete and required further attention to detail.
Family Safety: Marketed as family-friendly, the hotel had several safety concerns around the pool area, including slippery tiles and insufficient lifeguard presence.
Star Rating: Although advertised as a 5-star establishment, the overall experience aligned more closely with a European 3-star rating.
Hygiene: Poor dishwashing practices in the restaurant led to a hospital visit for our 4-year-old child due to cleanliness issues.

One of a best hotels I have ever been too. Perfect food, brilliant family room and also animation all day long. And evening shows are also top notch.
Definatelly consider return.
Only cons is, that almost impossible to get a laying bed on a beach…too crowdy…and it is a end of October

Thank this hotel for best holidays! Especially thanks to entertainment team, your energy wow it was amazing. Thank you Ayazhan, best waterpolo leader! Really my husband adores this activity in your hotel. We like Luna park, food, bar and show programs! Recommend from my heart ❤️

Just returned from a week with my wife and 2 children aged 16, 13.
It's a real mixed bag, in my opinion.
The hotel cleaning ,in both the room and the hotel in general, given how big it is, was excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the cleaners were always polite when we saw them.
The food was very good with a tonne of variety. The main issue was that as a vegetarian, nothing was labelled to instruct you if the dish had meat in it. This made us nervous to try a lot of the dishes as we had no idea what was in them. All other 5 star hotels we have stopped in do label every dish as meat, fish, or vegetarian. When we asked staff, we found it difficult to get an answer with the language barrier , however, the staff were always very polite and did try.
The entertainment was good. Lots of effort put in, and was always worth watching.
Shuttle bus to the beach was frequent and was a good service. The beach was great.
The service overall was OK. The language barrier with not many staff being able to speak English made it hard. We had several bar orders made incorrectly, but I suppose that's ok.
I think a map of the hotel should have been provided. There was nothing mentioned about the gym, a la carte, and we didn't know what the hotel had to offer . The tv channels in the hotel for the hotel information didn't work. Many English channels didn't work either, which wasn't a big deal, but not having the info wasn't great.
Service on the main reception was average. We went to cancel an a la carte meal, but there was nobody at guest services when we saw reception, the lady said she would try to get the message to the person on guest services, where we should have been told it would not be a problem. We were asked to come back and check. We went past a few times and saw nobody there.
Overall, it is a great family hotel, great facilities for kids, with a huge pool, water slides, and amusements.
It is worth visiting with a family, but there are just some things that would need to change a little to make it a high standard 5 star hotel, but in the main, we had a great time.
