We stayed at this hotel for one week as a family with two small children (2 and 3 years old). First of all, there are cats everywhere. I am allergic to cats, and unfortunately, none of my medication helped. The cats were in the restaurant, by the swimming pool, in the garden, at the beach, in the mini club, and even near the ground-floor rooms. I couldn’t breathe properly for the entire week, and it completely ruined my stay. For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury resort, this is simply unacceptable. We visited in October, and most of the entertainment and facilities were closed. The main stage and all concerts were not running because of the weather, which apparently was considered “cold” even though it was 24°C in the evening. There was almost nothing to do during the day or night — just a few small games like darts or ball throwing, no music, no themed lunches, and no atmosphere at all. Even the staff seemed bored and tired. The mini club team had low energy and looked unmotivated. The mini disco was held indoors, even though the weather was warm enough to be outside, and they played songs that the children didn’t even know. After dinner, there was literally nothing to do — no kids’ entertainment, no shows, no animation for adults. We stayed in another resort last year at the same period, and every single day there was something new and fun. Here, it felt empty and lifeless. The food was fine, with a decent selection, but nothing special. I expected more seafood and variety from a seaside resort. One positive point I want to mention — the cocktails were excellent! The bartenders did an amazing job, the drinks were delicious, and the quality was 10/10. But overall, I was very disappointed. The hotel felt boring, overrun with cats, and nothing close to the luxury experience it promises. I left feeling upset that I spent my money here, and I would definitely not come back.

My stay at Mardan Palace was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Mahmoud, Our guest assistant. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Mahmoud’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out immediately. He was always available, incredibly attentive, and made sure all my requests were handled promptly and with a smile. Whether it was organizing last minute arrangements, providing excellent recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure I was comfortable he made everything effortless. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. Mahmoud truly embodies the spirit of luxury service that Mardan Palace is known for. Thanks to him, my experience felt personal, smooth, and absolutely first class.

We stayed here for a family holiday, and from the very beginning everything was wonderful. The staff, the food, and the service were all excellent. This hotel is amazing for children, offering a full program through the Kids Club House. The Kids Club staff were outstanding as well. A very special thank you to Faryar, who truly made our holiday amazing. We honestly have no complaints. We have stayed at several other all-inclusive hotels before, but this one truly stands out. We will definitely come back! — The Hengameh Family

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Titanic Mardan Palace, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional — warm, professional, and always attentive. A special mention goes to Ibrahim, the waiter at the pool area on roller skates, whose hospitality and service were outstanding. The culinary experience was remarkable, with an impressive variety of dishes, all of the highest quality and beautifully presented. The atmosphere and views, both indoors and outdoors, are absolutely breathtaking and create a sense of true luxury. The only area for improvement would be the bedrooms, which could benefit from some refurbishment and added attention to detail. Nevertheless, everything else exceeded our expectations and made our stay nearly perfect for the whole family. A highly recommended destination for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday!

We are currently staying at the Titanic Mardan Palace and are extremely disappointed with our experience. This hotel may look grand at first glance, but beneath the surface, it fails on almost every level of service, comfort, and value. Pool & Beach Areas: The poolside situation is chaotic. By the time you finish breakfast, every lounger is already “reserved” with towels and belongings — guests often don’t return until noon, leaving no chance for others to find seating. There is almost no poolside service unless you sit directly next to the bar. No one assists with sunbeds, umbrellas, or towels; it’s entirely self-service, which is shocking for a resort claiming to be five-star. The beach area is even worse — overcrowded, poorly maintained, and feels more like a forgotten public beach than a luxury property. Common Areas & Facilities: The same overcrowding extends to the lobby and Mardan Lounge, where it’s nearly impossible to find seating. Most arrangements are for large groups, so smaller families or couples struggle to sit anywhere comfortably. The entire atmosphere feels disorganised and uninviting. Dining Experience: During lunch, long queues form everywhere — it honestly feels like being on a cheap cruise rather than in a supposedly high-end resort. The all-inclusive dining options are extremely limited and repetitive. Compared to other five-star resorts in Turkey, the offering here is simply not competitive. Rooms: While the rooms are large, the design is impractical. A single switch controls all the bathroom lights, and because of the large glass window between the bathroom and bedroom, using the bathroom at night means lighting up the entire room. The sink splashes water everywhere, soaking your toiletries, and basic amenities like hand towels and tissues are missing. Cleanliness & Hygiene: There are stray cats everywhere — around dining areas, lounges, and outdoor spaces. This is not only unhygienic but also a serious issue for anyone with allergies, like myself. It’s uncomfortable trying to relax or eat with cats constantly around tables and chairs. Service & Communication: We tried repeatedly to raise these issues with different staff members, but due to language barriers, nothing was resolved. For a hotel catering to an international clientele, the lack of English-speaking guest relations staff is completely unacceptable. Overall Impression: The only impressive part of the Titanic Mardan Palace is the grand lobby — which, ironically, isn’t even practical. Beyond that, everything feels cheap and poorly managed. The management’s approach to complaints has been dismissive and manipulative, offering token gestures as “compensation” that do not begin to make up for the poor experience. If you’re looking to spend a lot of money for one-star service and facilities, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and choose one of the many other resorts in Turkey that actually deliver the five-star experience they promise.
