🌟 Hotel Review Summary: Luxury & Atmosphere: The hotel felt like a palace—pure luxury from the moment you arrived. Dining Experience: Food was consistently fresh with a wide variety. we tried most of the restaurants and found them all enjoyable, especially thanks to the ultra-friendly and polite staff. Room & Comfort: Stunning views (see photos), though the room could use a refurb—fixtures were dated and loose. A/C struggled to keep up, needing to run full blast day and night. Guest Etiquette: Staff were lovely, but some guests lacked basic manners—queue jumping and no “thank yous” were common. Pool Area: Massive and impressive, but the usual early-morning bed reserving chaos. Management seemed to improve this over the week.

I had the pleasure of staying at Titanic Mardan Palace and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning with its unique architecture and luxurious design. The service is world-class, every staff member was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly special throughout our stay. The food options were endless and delicious, and the variety of restaurants ensured something for every taste. The pools, spa, and private beach are simply breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel twice, about 10 years apart, and unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined. While the property still looks beautiful from a distance, a closer look reveals significant wear and tear. • The carpet on the stairs is old and worn out. • Some areas of the swimming pool have mould and have not been properly repaired. • Room showers are broken, and the silicone around the glass has been poorly finished. • The quality of food is below the standard of other 5-star hotels. Service is another area that needs improvement. Staff are often inattentive, and in some cases, even rude. Upon check-in, the bellboy refused to help with luggage and told us to get our bags ourselves. Very few staff members speak English, which makes even basic requests difficult. At the beach, when ordering fruit, staff told us to collect it ourselves from the counter rather than serving it. There is also a lack of warmth in the hospitality. For example, the hostesses at the entrances, while presentable, avoid eye contact and do not greet guests. Overall, while the hotel still has charm and a beautiful exterior, it is in need of major refurbishment and renovation. More importantly, the staff need proper training in customer service, attentiveness, and politeness to match the standards expected of a 5-star property.

I had an unforgettable stay at Mardan Palace! The hotel is simply breathtaking with its luxurious design, world-class amenities, and incredible attention to detail. Everything from the rooms to the dining options exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Mahmoud and Sabrina, who went above and beyond with their amazing service – they truly made my experience extra special. Their professionalism, kindness, and care made me feel so welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a truly five-star experience!

This hotel looks amazing. The lobby, the rooms and the hotel complex look very splendid, as you’d expect from a palace. The food is delicious and you can find a lot of healthy options. I have fond memories of the cocoa baklava. We had a great time with Volleyball and yoga, and the other daily activities also seemed very interesting. The lounge is a nice, relaxing place to unwind. The playful cats by the lounge outside (Çıtır and Cheeto) and throughout the hotel were definitely a highlight for me. I hope they keep getting good fish :)
