Lovely, grand hotel, with impressive lobby. They had the most fantastic piano player one evening, he was incredible! The food was good, thank goodness for the Bistro as the buffet was so so busy and loud. Children everywhere watching loud i-pads, parents seemingly unaware other may not have wanted to listen to it too. Thanks for lunch at Stella too, friendly staff. The pool is nice and very large but we actually preferred sunbathing on the pier, a little gem of a spot for couples wanting to relax away from the noise. I felt very relaxed and cooled down with a dip in the sea. Staff on the pier were great and served us all day long. The pool has people bringing drinks on skates which was really good fun. The room was nice, especially the jacuzzi bath which I loved. Our balcony was huge, but our view wasn't the best. I did really like the room and bed was comfy and large. Didn't watch the shows but enjoyed the Mykonos beach club and garden festival party. For me this hotel is for families and it was hard to get away from it as a couple. There isn't any adult only dining at all. Why can't a section of the buffet be adult only? The adult only beach area was small and off the beach, and didn't look inviting. Such a shame as there is plenty of room to also cater for people who don't travel with children (even outside UK school holidays it was rammed with kids). Smoking - it is everywhere and you cannot escape it. Totally ruined dining for me, as I couldn't sit outside to eat with so many people smoking all around you. Again why can't some areas be no smoking? Even adults smoked at the tables whilst children were eating.

Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for, it offered a stunning view that we enjoyed daily from our balcony. The comfortable bedding and thoughtful touches made it a true haven after a day of relaxation and activities. One of the absolute highlights was the culinary experience. With an incredible array of restaurants offering diverse cuisines, every meal was a delight. The main buffet restaurant was fantastic, with an enormous selection of fresh, delicious food catering to all tastes.

My family and myself had the most amazing time here. The staff are all excellent, friendly and very attentive. I really could not recommend this hotel more highly. If you’re thinking of coming for a holiday here you will making a good a choice, we’re already planning our next stay next year for our annual holiday.

This hotel looks amazing. The lobby, the rooms and the hotel complex look very splendid, as you’d expect from a palace. The food is delicious and you can find a lot of healthy options. I have fond memories of the cocoa baklava. We had a great time with Volleyball and yoga, and the other daily activities also seemed very interesting. The lounge is a nice, relaxing place to unwind. The playful cats by the lounge outside (Çıtır and Cheeto) and throughout the hotel were definitely a highlight for me. I hope they keep getting good fish :)

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are magnificent. The food is fresh, diverse, and delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a classic style, as is the entire hotel. Upon entering, you feel like you've stepped into a palace. Complaints are also handled promptly, which made me wonder why I had complained. My thanks to Ms. Leyla for handling my complaint so kindly. People can always complain about something, but the way a complaint is resolved is what makes a customer appreciate it. If nothing changes about the menu and the offerings at this hotel, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
